Craig is a man with with a lot of resolve. He skillfully navigated between the prosecuting ADA's blockheadedness and my own. He is smart, clever, and compassionate. I could tell that he really cares about his work; he sees his clients as human, with lives to gain or lose. Whereas the prosecution only sees us as criminals (and maybe our lawyers' clients), Craig sees us as people; he put his absolute best into getting the best possible outcome for my case, and his wisdom had helped me get a good leg up on my new life. He's not just a lawyer, he's a man who believes (and rightly so) that he's doing the right thing.

Craig Mastantuano is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me with my case and got me an amazing deal that I didn’t think was going to happen. I cannot say enough about the representation I received from Rebecca she literally saved my life. Facing 3 felonies and an enhancement charge facing 40+ years in Waukesha jail she got me 2 years probation is a miracle. She was very detailed kept me calm throughout the entire process and most importantly she knew what the hell she was talking about and showed it by her actions. Mike Hupy has been an attorney for myself or my family in several issues for over the last decade. When I was hit while driving my motorcycle near his Milwaukee office, his investigator was there ensuring my safety before police arrived, getting photos of the scene, and helping me to move my wrecked bike out of traffic while we waited for the wrecker. Then he took me to my wife, and made sure I got a ride to the hospital for appropriate care. He doesn't go to this extreme for every incident, but it exemplifies the kind of car he gives to see that each and every case gets handled in the best interest of his clients. Mike is the kind of man who sees to it that there is a foundation to protect the settlement and long term interests of a client who was left with limited ability to care for himself.
Mike and I share similar beliefs. When I was coordinating a campaign for the United Way, I invited Mike to come to my corporate office where he delivered an impactful explanation of why he lives a life of charity and feels compelled to personally support and provide for so many of the needs of the community. When your business is "Ambulance Chasing", the world expects that you will be concerned only in lining your own pockets. But that isn't Mike. A a boy, Mike was involved in an accident that put a strain on his family. He saw the impact, and as he grew, looked for a way to help reduce the burden that such an event placed on others. As a lawyer, he made his life's work out of that simple purpose. And as a business man, he finds that a part of his own blessings should be returned to the community in which he lives and works. His family bestowed on him the moral values that compel a man to give of himself; to use and see his acts of charity as an investment in his neighbors and community, not as a handout.
Mike Hupy and his team took care of my wife and I in several cases, getting settlements that helped us immensely. They provide advice and service for my motorcycle club whenever we need legal help. They have gone above and beyond in getting settlements for my family and friends when we thought there was no way to recover. And Mike is so much more than an outstanding attorney. At my office, when he gave his presentation, Mike didn't tell everybody all the things that he does, but luckily I had told them before he arrived. When they asked him why he does these things, the answer may have sounded trite without some history. But having this history, everybody knew that it was heartfelt, and honest. There was nothing left to be said when Mike told them: "it's what we are supposed to do for each other."

I recently found myself facing DV criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges because of false allegations brought by a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Due to my immigration status (I'm here legally, but I'm not a citizen) I knew I needed a highly-skilled criminal defense attorney who ALSO had a good understanding of immigration law. Thankfully, that is EXACTLY what I got with Marc Christopher!
From the very beginning, Marc did an excellent job of walking me through ALL of my options and discussing the possible defense options for my case. Ultimately my case went to trial and I was acquitted of both charges! At trial, I and others in the courtroom were extremely impressed by my attorney's competence and skill which I wholeheartedly credit with my being able to beat both of these charges. This is why I would strongly recommend him for anyone in need of a defense and/or immigration attorney.

From the moment I met TJ, I was confident justice would be served. He is calming, professional, confident and knowledgeable about OWI / BAC testing procedures and police conduct. There was sufficient evidence in my case that TJ was able to present a very easy to understand explanation of the facts to a jury of 6 in Waukesha that unanimously voted; not guilty of OWI/PAC and OWI. I can't say enough good things about T.J. I consulted with many lawyers and once I talked to T.J. I knew he was the one. He was compassionate and was very prompt in getting back to me. He took my unfortunate DUI incident and helped keep me calm and informed of what was going on and what was going to happen. I had a ton of anxiety over the course of my case and T.J. was kind enough to be understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to help me. He was able to get a Judge transfer and I ended up with a very light sentence. He was able to file a Post-Judgement Motion to get me the Good Time Credit that was not granted at the time of the sentencing. I was able to shorten my already light sentence even more and was released 3 days earlier than I expected. I was extremely pleased with this Lawyer and absolutely 100% would recommend him to anyone. If you are unfortunate enough to experience an OWI, CALL T.J.! You will be amazed at his results! I will forever be grateful to T.J.... I usually don't write reviews, I either forget, or am not invested enough to take the time to write my experience, or feel that the review platform is just for hearing my own voice. HOWEVER, I feel it important, this time, to write a review of Atty. Payne. I found myself in financial "hot water" this year and felt that I was stuck in a situation that had no end. I initially consulted with Atty. Payne and after spending an hour of time with me, I had not only a "road map" to solving my problem, but an increase in my knowledge about debt and debt collections and the bankruptcy process. He listened and offered advice based on my own situation, NOT some cookie cutter solution like you see on TV at 2 am. I suddenly had a plan, and steps to take to get out from under crushing debt and a pretty horrible situation. Atty. Payne helped me understand the plan, the steps, my options and was incredibly skilled in advising me without forcing me into a situation I wasn't comfortable with.

It's unfortunate I can't give Attorney Payne more than five stars because he deserves them. I interviewed four attorneys about a difficult situation; two highly respected in their field. They promised to guide me through a process. Attorney Payne offered a solution nobody else had suggested, and he didn't guide me through the process, he directed the process. My accident resulted in injuries including multiple rib fractures and a totaled car. We tried for over a year to work with the at-fault driver’s insurance co thinking we didn’t want to involve attorneys. There was so much back and forth, and the insurance co wouldn’t even make themselves available before 8:30 or after 4:30 because it wasn’t convenient for them. They assigned different reps ranging from ‘Claims Generalist Associate’, ‘Claims General Int (does this mean intern?)’, etc. So frustrating! Then they gave me a lowball offer saying they wouldn’t go higher. I asked close friends for the name of the attorney who had successfully handled their case decades ago – Attorney Fehring.
From the first contact with Attorney Fehring and his paralegal Shannon, they handled my case respectfully and professionally; advising what they thought and outlining options. In the end, they were able to secure far more than we were while they handled all the interactions.

Laurence Fehring has my unequivocal and enthusiastic recommendation. I have a difficult time envisioning an individual who chooses Mr. Fehring and comes to second-guess the decision.
My knowledge of the Milwaukee legal community runs broad and deep. A car accident at the end of calendar year 2012 -- caused by the negligence of another driver -- left me with injuries, bouncing around from physician to physician and from one physical therapy session to another. Mr. Fehring's name found its way to my "short list" of lawyers for a potential representation.
After one preliminary consultation I knew he was the lawyer I wanted. In our initial meeting he manifested kindness, authenticity, amiability, strong listening skills, and more than a measure of wisdom. As time unfolded he proved to be especially -- in some circumstances nearly instantaneously -- responsive to all inquiries I posed via email. No less important, the team of assistants with which he works consistently struck me as every bit as diligent, skilled, and caring as Mr. Fehring, bespeaking (I am speculating here; but I'm comfortable doing so) the talent he and his partners have for training others.
My claim against the insurer of the negligent driver settled out prior to any complaint being filed -- as Mr. Fehring had indicated in our initial meeting is the case with more than 85% of the representations he undertakes. I was pleased it did -- even though, at times, my anger at the negligent driver engendered in me the desire to tell my story on the witness stand.
To repeat, to my mind Laurence Fehring is both an outstanding lawyer and a terrific person. Having the two rolled into one makes for a can't miss choice.

It was a pleasure to work with Attorney Robert Arthur. I needed an attorney to advise me for a local production company that did filming on my property without my knowledge or approval. Attorney Arthur was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure that I understood the “gray area” of the law. He listened very attentively, without interruption to make sure he had a thorough understanding of the issue at hand; and then reiterated what I was looking for.. He then explained in great detail what the law allows, and next steps. Attorney Arthur then sent out detailed correspondence to opposing counsel and myself, after every conversation we had. Attorney Arthur was always responsive to my phone calls, texts, and email.
I highly recommend working with Attorney Arthur. Some attorneys do not feel the need to communicate the law to their clients level of understanding. Some also fail to keep clients informed of their case details, step-by-step. This was not the case with Attorney Arthur, and he exceeded my expectations.

Jaime was there for me from day one. She guided me through all the paperwork and choices I had to make. Jamie listened when I had questions about the guardian ad luteum and his lawyer. This morning, I met Attorney Blau for a scheduled appointment to review my situation to see if we should proceed with a case. Going through a legal process for personal injury from a healthcare provider is quite intimidating, but meeting Attorney Blau today was wonderful. Although pursuing a lawsuit would not be economically feasible for my situation, I really appreciated the education regarding legal proceedings in the state of WI that Attorney Blau shared with me. He is really a nice, down to earth guy and if I ever needed any legal help, I know exactly who to call.
