I had alot going on April 5th, 2018. I just got news that my disabled aunt was diagnosed with cancer. I went out to vent a bit ,and had some drinks. I lost track of my speed and was pulled over for my 2nd DUI. My license was immediately taken away, and a condition of my bond was a restriction that I could not leave the county. This was a problem because I was the caretaker for my aunt and was responsible for taking her to her doctor appointments and Cancer Specialist.. My DMV hearing was on May 24th 2018 and I was FACING 18 MONTHS SUSPENSION of my driving privileges. Attorney Rebecca Sonalia represented me on the DMV portion of the case. On the day of the hearing, Rebecca called me with John Musca on the line to inform me they had won my DMV case! I dropped to the floor crying! Words cannot express how much they care, and all the hard work they have put into my case. They truly went out of their way for me. Now, I can take my aunt to the Cancer Specialist without worries or any issues, and it’s all because of them!! My heart and gratitude goes out to John Musca and his team for all their efforts!. When we called Lindsay Allen with our complicated civil case, Attorney Allen took on our case without hesitation. He quickly understood all the details. He was honest about the time it could take to resolve our case and the possibility of trial. We could see from that first appointment, that Attorney Allen cares about the interest of his clients and justice, more then making money on a case. There were never any surprises. Todd Allen was the third attorney we had hired in the Naples area. A friend recommended him to us after they saw the problems we were having with our previous attorneys in reference to collecting a Foreign Judgment.
Mr. Allen returned my call immediately and I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning. He knew that time was at the essence and he did not waste time acting on our behalf.
He research what he could do for us from the information we had provided to him and within days of signing his contract, he immediately went into action on our behalf.
He kept us posted and returned our calls/emails in a relatively quick manner. The outcome was a WIN for us and we can not express our gratitude.
I have personally worked for several attorneys over the last 20 years and I can honestly say that even though I have not worked for Mr. Allen I would be proud to do so!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Attorney Victor Bermudez. He is one of the most professional and hardworking attorneys we have worked with. Victor was very quick to pick up on the many details of our complicated civil case. Victor was very honest about the time that it would take to resolve our case. He was communicative through the entire process. The bills were clear and always an accurate representation of the time spent. We never felt over charged. He called and discussed with us what was happening every step of the way. And he personally called, not his assistant. It became clear, early on that he genuinely cared about our case and the damage we had experienced. The day before trial, Victor made himself available to us that entire day, should we have concerns or questions. He took exceptionally good care of us through the whole stressful process. Ian and Taylor were fantastic!! They helped me deal with my very difficult and spiteful ex husband on enforcing an court order that my divorce lawyer neglected to do. Unbelievable attorney and after this experience I can say an incredible friend as well. Justin saved my life literally from a felony charge that I knew from the bottom of my heart I was innocent for and should not have been arrested for. He was professional, kept me in the loop, explained everything he was doing and kept me up to date with the progression of my case, and in a matter of days was able to get the state to drop the charges against me. I got a ticket in Naples, FL, Collier County, and was looking for a lawyer to get my ticket dismissed. Talked to about half dozen lawyers, from ones that were sarcastic to ones that just wanted your money, to do what I could myself. I finally got in touch with the law office of Michael R. Gorman, who was truly a good person and a knowledgeable lawyer. He explained to me that it is a waste of money to hire a lawyer because in Collier County the chances of dismissing a ticket are extremely slim. Furthermore he walked me step by step to what I need to do to avoid points and insurance price increase. Mr. Gorman could have taken my money and did all of that but he did not, instead he looked out for me. I highly recommend the law office of Michael R. Gorman.

I would like to thank the members of the new BVF Law Firm for the exceptional handling of a recent law suit filed against me. The plaintiff in the case filed a complex shareholder's derivative lawsuit most of which was totally false, however, due to the defendants being my company and my personal position as the past president of a condo association, the case required extensive understanding of both business and condominium law. BVF had the expertise to immediately get in the middle of this case for me and dealt with the plaintiff in a manner that one would not expect from a new firm. My case was headed by Jason Vishio as lead attorney and supported by Brett Fisher. The combination of that team managed to put together an excellent response to the plaintiff's claims, but also a counterclaim against the plaintiff which set the opposing attorney back on his heels. The Plaintiff's attorney immediately knew he was in competition with a very knowledgeable and professional law firm. During my 35 year of business dealing with multiple lawsuits in the million dollar range, I have never experienced the professional handling of a relatively smaller case on the basis that the combined team at BVF fielded in my defense. Their response to the case was solid and could not have been better and the professional level of the counterclaim could not have been more complete. So the ultimate settlement in my favor, while it took a while due to normal court delays, was very positive for me. I would and have already recommended the BVF Law firm to anyone looking for a highly-talented and professional young law firm in SW Florida. The partners are very aggressive and will deliver 150% effort in representing their client in the court system.
