Sharon Hanlon recently represented my wife in a motor vehicle accident. Upon our first meeting, we were put at ease with our choice of attorney. She was very knowledgeable; immediately answering all of our questions and answering questions we didn't even know we had. Ms Hanlon took control of what I had attempted to do prior to hiring her, thus I no longer had to deal with insurance adjusters and my wife could concentrate on healing from her injuries. Her office staff was always friendly and professional. Ms Hanlon and her staff were always available to either of us whenever we called. Friends of ours that were being represented by a large law firm couldn't get over how often we were able to speak with our attorney, which was every time that we needed to. Whether immediately or at her first opportunity. Her availability and hands on approach made all the difference for our peace of mind. We knew we were in good hands with anything that might be thrown her way. She showed this to be true as, In the end, despite all roadblocks thrown by the at fault driver and his insurance representatives, Ms Hanlon was able to obtain a favorable settlement for me and my wife. We would absolutely recommend Ms Hanlon to our friends and family should they be in the unfortunate position to need an attorney.

I hope this review helps those who find themselves in a situation where they don't know what to do, how to proceed, where to turn, and feel that at every turn of the legal process they hit a brick wall. My husband and I were in that vey situation and Jamie literally fixed everything! We ended up firing our first attorneys ( whose name I will not mention), as they made our situation even worse and never truly explained the law to us. We then interviewed over 15 different attorneys in the naples area. As soon as we spoke to Jamie, we knew she was the right person for us. Not only will Jamie go to battle for you and fight for you every step of the way, she explains everything to you ( good and bad) so you're never surprised and feel a part of the overall game plan. She has such a warm and kind personality that many times she would just listen to me vent, and remind me that her job was to to take care of the mess we found ourselves in. Lastly, Jamie always let us know her schedule ( if she was out of the office, in all day meetings, etc) so that we would always be able to get in touch with her. Many times she even emailed us on Sundays to make sure we felt comfortable and had our questions answered as soon as possible. I think the world of Jamie. I wish you all the luck, but if you work with Jamie, you wont need it!

Jill has represented me for the past nine years concerning the guardianship of my father. During this period she helped direct me through one of the most difficult periods of my families' life. She was on top of every issue and helped direct me through the many intricacies of being a guardian. Her office staff has always been extremely responsive and provided immediate answers to my many inquiries. This past summer Jill called me after normal business hours on a Friday to assure me of an issue that she knew would be weighing on my mind all weekend. This is very typical of Jill in that always kept me informed.
When I received an invoice, there was never sticker shock, or inflated hours. There never needed to be a discussion concerning an invoice, to my Father or me, they were always correct and equitable.

I do not live in Florida and that made choosing a Florida attorney a little more difficult. A Florida family member had passed passed away late in 2014 and we needed to probate the Florida estate. We ended up retaining Mr. Mast after speaking to a number of attorneys. He was by far the most candid and most reasonable. The estate was not particularly complicated and Mr. Mast did not try to embellish or justify why he needed to charge an inflated fee. His fee was most reasonable and his final bill was exactly where he projected it would be. It was refreshing not to hear an attorney "sales pitch" - a tactic that other florida attorneys used to try to justify why their fees should be higher.
He was knowledgeable and always promptly responded to our questions. He filed all papers in a timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending him and I am very glad we retained his services.

Want to see a skilled attorney at work in the courtroom that will knock your socks off your feet? Enter: Attorney Ross Schulman! I have to admit before walking in the court room watching Ross with a pull-cart stacked with several huge binders that he wouldn't be ready with the detailed paperwork we needed. Boy was I wrong! During a hearing you only have seconds to produce necessary paperwork to back up your argument. Let me tell you, Ross was prepared every single step of the way. Ross was quick on his feet and knew just the right information we needed to succeed in front of the judge. I am still amazed at what I saw and so grateful I ended up in Ross's skilled hands. I have been going through a difficult divorce and am so happy I have Ross and his team at Woodward Pires & Lombardo on my side.

I was pulled over for a seatbelt violation. I gave the officer my valid Florida license issued to me a month prior. Three Naples cop cars took 45 minutes to write me 3 tickets - driving with a suspended license, using a license from another state while my Florida license is suspended, and a seatbelt violation. They actually wrote the tickets with my Texas license info which apparently they figured was suspended, though I gave them my valid Florida license, which they kept. I was issued another valid Florida license a day later at the DMV after disclosing what happened.
I have used Avvo before and it has been magnificent. This time however, I met with six of the top rated criminal defenders in Naples. If I actually got to meet with them and not a subordinate: at most, they asked a few questions and focused on highlighting the problems I faced followed by high demands for retainer. Of the six I met with, only one was actually going to take the case himself.
I was close to spending way too much for way too little, but got a letter from Denise in the mail urging me to call her. When I did, she personably legitimized my innocence when I told her my situation and was the first to give me confidence in the approach to my case then gave me the most reasonable quote of anyone. When I met with her the next morning, she was far sharper and more honest than any other attorney and asked questions that no one else did. We established a great approach and she highlighted why it will most likely be dismissed, a far more honest response than any other attorney in town.
Two weeks later, at the arraignment this morning, everything was dismissed. I am honored to be her first AVVO review as I hope my experience warrants you to give her a call. Denise Michelle Tyler is legit, the smartest and most honest I met with in town and is building a practice that will be huge, so get her while you can. In a town filled with whales, this attorney is a shark.
