I had some legal issues with the federal government and fired two attorneys before finally being referred to Richard Novak by one of my attorneys who I kept as council. Richard is excellent at what he does and truly cares about his clients best interests. He always made time for me and never once made a big deal out of it. He doesn’t over bill but at the same isn’t cheap, but is worth every penny. He’s aggressive but yet extremly calculated and strategic. He listens and also gives solid advise. He’s bullet proof and if your having any type of serious criminal or civil federal matters don’t look anywhere else. This is the attorney to hire and keep in your phone book for the rest of your life. A solid and honest man who will do exactly as he says...and looks at the bigger picture not the short run. I wouldn’t hire any other attorney for any serious matters, Richard Novak is by far one of the most professional and respectful attorneys I have met. He doesn’t have a god complex like most lawyers and he is still very human and humble, but extremly good at his craft. He mangaged to settle my issues with the federal government in just 2 months when other lawyers I fired simply had been dragging their feet to just bill me more and more and accomplished nothing. Nearly 6 years ago it was my first time needing an attorney, and not knowing where to look I called a few that popped up on yelp. Rocky was very prompt in returning my initial call and listening to my situation. He represented me in my child custody case. Although the outcome was not as I had hoped, I found Rocky and his associates to be very honest and attentive. 5 years after the conclusion of that experience, he was proactive in contacting me to remind me of a court date which I had no idea about. I am extremely grateful for the assistance of Rocky and Tawny. They are the best attorneys out there who will fight hard for you. They had prepared a strong case, against my section 8 tenant, who had filed a frivolous elder abuse restraining order against me, after I had served my tenants with a 3 b-day notice to perform or quit.
Rocky and Tawny was able to expose the lies of my tenant, in front of the judge. The tenant couldn't keep his story straight. The tenant was even laughing at me, while I was speaking, and the judge had admonished my tenant.
Thankfully, with the assistance of Rocky and Tawny, the judge had dismissed their frivolous Elder Abuse Restraining order!
