We were involved with an extremely complicated, lengthy and difficult trust/probate case. Megan Lee was extremely informative and very responsive with us. As clients, we were unsure of the legal aspects of our case. Megan was very good at explaining the answers to the questions that we had. We were most impressed by her sensitivity to the emotional stress that our case was having on us. We feel that this helped us to get through the five year long case that we had. Upon completion of our first meeting she began working with me the moment we shook hands . Ms. Klibanow is "no- nonsense" (and an expert) when it came to assisting me with the education and support necessary for me to have a successful outcome. Immediately I began working in the world of Depositions, Mediations, Private Investions, Doctors, Consultants, Litigators, etc. Linda prepared me for this new normal as she relentlessly continued the process of Suing a Corporation. I used Ms. Serine Tsuda for my prenuptial agreement and she is professional, knowledgeable, and transparent on the topics discussed at hand. She was able to guide me in an efficient and timely manner which I cannot thank her enough. At the end of my process with Ms. Tsuda, I was pleasantly surprised that she did not use up the entire retainer and refunded the remaining balance. Shanon Quinley just finished my two year divorce process. She has been there to settle the case through mediation when my ex and I were getting along and she has been there to fight for me when that was needed. She is an excellent attorney. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Brett Johnston, Esq.
Before I was referred to Brett, I had the unfortunate experiences of three other family law attorneys.
They took thousands of dollars in fees, but literally did nothing to move my case forward. I was discouraged and scared. My former spouse is an attorney and was using all the tools at his disposal to ruin me financially. I had no more money, my credit was destroyed and I had about given up any hope of a fair settlement.
When I explained my situation to Brett, he was incensed. He told me he would help me and he did.
Finally I had a true advocate. He took charge, moved the case forward and has helped me recoup some of the funds taken from me. Brett has always been responsive and pleasant.
During our time working together he became certified in family law. When he talks, other attorneys and judges listen. He is very good at what he does.
Having to spend time in the family courts is a nightmare for anyone. If you are fortunate to have Brett on your side, your nightmare might be only a short, bad dream.

Charles Gugliuzza is a great lawyer, truly. I've been in a tight situations before, but this (the last time) there was a problem with a construction paper. A friend of mine has recommended me to go to Charles Gugliuzza LLC and so I did. Mr. Charles was really helpful from the beginning, offered me a couple of solutions to my problem.
