I met Dennis at his office in Pasadena because my lender was going to foreclose on my home. I had no where else to turn and I was desperate. What impressed me was that he had a huge team at his office that listened to me, and they knew exactly what my bank was doing and reassured me that they've done this before. They outlined a strategy and I felt relieved. I really felt that I had a team behind me. Anyways, the result was that they found some bank errors which effectively blocked the foreclosure, and it forced them back to the bargaining table. We are negotiating a new loan and it's so much better then what I could of ever hoped for.

Mr. Kent Laszlo Kristof did an excellent job in handling a life insurance policy, which my late brother had left in charge to me and my other sibling. My late brother had a very clear explanation of what he wanted to have the funds used for, and someone very close to him, filed suit against us for the entire amount. We met with Mr. Kristof, and he provided several options on how to go about this situation, as he clearly explained the pros and cons of each approach. The clarity of each option helped us immensely, and we decided on that same day how we were going to handle this case. Just a short time later, we received a phone call from Mr. Kristof stating that the case had been settled. We were very pleased with the outcome, and impressed on how he added extra protection that we had not previously thought of or considered for added "peace of mind". Dan is an excellent attorney whom I would highly recommend. I was dealing with a lien on my real state property which I was not aware of until I was attempting to refinance the home. To my surprise, the lien was filed in New York! He took my case when other attorneys were suggesting I deal with a lawyer in New York. I haven't retained this attorney, but will offer a review of how she handled my specific inquiry directly from an email sent to her which I obtained on the CA Bar Association website.
I received a very expeditious reply and a time to phone me was requested. When that time came, I received a phone call from a woman with a very pleasant and compassionate sounding voice. I told her I’d send a document that would explain my situation and she said she would review it and see if she’s a good fit. Within the hour I received an email stating that it wasn’t a good fit, in addition to giving me contact info for 3 firms that would be a good fit.
I had already been acquainted with one of the firms and I wrote her back telling her so. She responded back to me and reassured me I’d be in good company.
In all my years, I believe I've developed the ability to sense compassion and “good” in humans. In light of this, I can say that Kristen Jones is a great asset to her field and to the community. I would have not hesitated for a moment to retain her if she was the right “fit” for my case.

She helped move forward a conservatorship for my Aunt and Uncle that has some bad family history attached to it.

I would recommend anyone considering an attorney to look no further than Scott Wu. I have worked with Scott for the last ten years now, and I haven't encountered an issue that Scott wasn't able to resolve. He has helped my husband and I prevent costly mistakes by always reviewing contracts first before we sign them. Bonus, he's pretty funny and definitely witty. However, opposing parties beware he can be quite firm and aggressive if needed. I'm glad he's on my side.

Phil Marr provided me with excellent help and advice during what was a very difficult divorce case. Unlike other attorneys nearby, I felt that Phil truly cared about my situation and helped me understand the complexities of my case. I contacted Devin over 2 years ago because it was some false information put in my credit report which was denying me of getting a place to live. When the credit bureau found out that I had a lawyer (Devin) guiding me in the right direction, the negative impact on my credit report was immediately removed. I went on with my life but Devin was still on the case. After 2 years had gone by I get a surprising email from Devin stating that the company was ready to settle. The nice amount of money that I received quickly after the settlement really helped me out a lot. Can’t thank Devin enough. He was my best choice.

I just hired Anoush Sarkisyan for a second time to represent me in a civil matter.
I first hired Ms. Sarkisyan for representation in a personal injury matter a couple of years back, and I was *very impressed with the tenacity in which Ms. Sarkisyan pursued the other side. They handled my case with some incompetence and negligence. Whereas other attorneys might have become frustrated and urged their client to take whatever offer was on the table (just to get on to the next case), Ms. Sarkisyan did just the opposite. She stuck with it, actually fought for me, and we walked away with a fair settlement.
I had the exact polar experience with a high-profile attorney (who had handled big-named cases and was loaded with media notoriety). Believe me, one of those negative experiences is enough to sour your opinion of lawyers for a lifetime. But Ms. Sarkisyan gives me new hope.
What I realize is Ms. Sarkisyan flies beneath the radar, works hard, and puts her clients first. I only had an over-the-phone consultation with Edrik, but through that I was able to tell that he's an honest and capable lawyer. Whereas I suspect many lawyers may attempt to collect money from you as soon as possible, Edrik was forthcoming enough to give me sincere advice as to why I should or shouldn't hire a lawyer for my legal claim.
