We used Mr Fong as our attorney to represent us in our application for US Citizenship. This office allowed for payments to be made over time, which helped us immensely. In the months that followed it seemed as if nothing was happening, in the end I was granted naturalization and became a citizen. You will get the feeling that they were doing nothing. I received an RFE after my citizenship interview based on a 5-year rule, it was pretty unexpected and concerning. Megan was able to find time for consultation in her packed scheduler. She sent valuable information even before our consultation and provided me with very clear step-by-step instructions and a number of options. In addition to that, Megan spent extra time checking some of my documents after the consultation. The result: I received my approval 4 days after the documents have been received by USCIS! And the total time from the date I submitted the N-400 until my Oath ceremony was 3 months and 2 days (including the delay with the RFE). Unbelievable! Mr. Chanaka Ramanayaka assisted in my citizenship case. I was denied my citizenship during my interview back in October of 2023. I contacted Catholic Charities where Mr. Chanaka is a staff attorney and thanks to his quick intervention and letter he wrote to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services my case was resolved and I received my citizenship in November of 2023. My wife and I are in our mid-forties and decided it was time to create a living will and trust. We researched a few options and attended two seminars to understand the scope of what we needed to know. Unfortunately, the attorneys running the seminars seemed to be more focused on volume rather than the quality of their service. So when a close friend referred us to Adam a few days later, I wasn’t tripping over myself to speak to another attorney, but I’m so glad I did. From the first phone call, I knew Adam would be able to help us. He was a great listener and very patient. We truly felt that Adam was completely focused on our needs and helped us craft a will and trust that was exactly what we wanted. He was easily available by phone and responded very quickly to emails as well. Adam Aparicio was an excellent choice for our will and estate planning and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I seriously goofed up a property transfer which resulted in the reassessment of the property taxes of my home. I literally went from paying $1500 a year to nearly $5000! Despite me missing several deadlines, Mr. Aparicio was able to secure a roll back of my tax value on my property when I thought all hope was lost. He was very generous with his time and didn't nickel and dime me for every call. He has a certain way about him, its very calming, and its nice to have someone do what they say they're going to do.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but my experience with Adam Aparicio Law Offices prompted me to spread the word. Finding a good lawyer is a daunting task, scarier than finding a good mechanic, or dealership, or dentist, or sushi restaurant. Your life is literally in this persons hands. I can't believe the Law Gods smiled on me when they dropped Mr. Aparicio into my lap. I was talking to a good friend about my problem with an insurance company. I had signed some documents without really understanding all of the fine print. I made a grave mistake and trusted the insurance agent when she explained what everything in the documents meant. Little did I know, that she had failed to mention some pretty important clauses that were to my great disadvantage. I spent sleepless nights once I realized my mistake. The mistake had cost me in the thousands of dollars, and in this economic climate, it was heartbreaking. My friend mentioned he knew of a good lawyer and this is where Mr. Aparicio came in. I was reluctant to call his offices at first, I was feeling apprehensive in trusting anyone, since I had been let down by my own insurance company just previously. I had that same fear people have when trying to choose a good doctor. You want the best. But my mind was put at ease once I walked in. His staff was courteous, his office intimate, and his handshake firm. I felt comfortable with him right away. I was highly impressed by his initiative. He read my documents thoroughly, he answered my questions, he brought his staff together and they started on a plan of attack. Things were getting done right away and I felt at ease about it. I felt confident about having good people behind me. Adam and his staff were there for me every step of the away. They were always a phone call away. Even after they were able to get the contract retracted and annulled. They still called to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the results. Was I happy? My lord! They saved me thousands of dollars and they still call to ask if I'm satisfied? Wow! They don't make lawyers like this anymore. I highly recommend Adam Aparicio Law Offices. It feels good to know that If I ever have legal problems again, I have no problem knowing who to turn too. I just want to give a big thanks to Adam Aparicio and his staff. It was a magnificent honor knowing you were all on my side.

My case should have been straight forward, the person who rear ended me accepted fault the day after the accident. I naively thought I didn't need an attorney. The person and his insurance agency made things very difficult for me and it was apparent needed an attorney. Darren was a referral from a friend and from the moment I met him, I knew I was going to be well taken care of. This accident and resolving the issues became a 2.5 year ordeal and I was grateful for Darren every step of the way. If you take a little time to meet with Darren you will see what I mean, he is a wonderful person and attorney.

I had a difficult slip and fall case which a previous attorney turned down. Basically I slipped on some oil in the cursor service area of an auto parts store and for my ACL in my knee. The site rejected my laim as did attorney no. 1. I called Darren Manibog and he took the time to listen to me when others didn't. He took my car and he and his team did a great job. They got the store to pay for my surgery and rehab. And they got me a nice settlement in my pocket too. They were so helpful, patient and nice.

I was working with a top lawyer on AVVO but they were not performing at all, someone else recommended me to move over my DUI case with Mark Khalaf. He is an outstanding lawyer!!! I was charged with a DUI and a driver license suspension. He fought for me every step of the way and I've got it reduced to a wet instead. Also, he won my DMV hearing which was the most challenging part of my case. He is an expert on DUI's with a license suspension, I believe that he’s one out of a hundred lawyers that can help you win a DUI with a license suspension or a case that other lawyers might overlook and give you no hope at all. Also, Lorena his assistant is wonderful, she's helped me greatly to answer a ton of questions and they answered my calls every single time! I am so happy that I made the decision to move over my DUI case with Mark Khalaf and his team, it was a life saving decision for my driving record to move over my case! I have to say, it was a very dark time for me. I had looked at a ton of different tax attorney firms on the websites. but a friend highly recommended Amy with Sulahian Law, I was still skeptical at first and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Plus I was hoping for someone in my area, I chose Sulahian Law because it was almost in walking distance from my Pasadena office. I felt like I could verify them if I needed and even offered to meet them. When I called, I was surprised to get the principal lawyer right away. She was extremely friendly and explained my options. No pressure - which almost made me suspicious! So, over the course of a few days, I asked many questions and she was always prompt at getting back to me. So, communication was always really good. Always. The communication and explanations of things, and describing what to expect (having real expectations) were always valuable My attorney, during this process was available to me. She provided clear, concise direction which required action on my behalf as well. In other words, if you want your case to move quickly, provide exactly what the firm asks from you expeditiously. It really helped move our case along quickly. Even though it took time in my case, like most tax cases does ,we eventually cut my overall liability in half and established an installment plan that quite literally saved my hide. My dad hired Atty. David for my greencard, and ever since, all my immigration concerns I always consulted Atty. David Zuckerman. He has no consultation fees and he is kind enough to always call regarding updates. His prices are very reasonable, and he really takes the time to email you regarding your case(s). My citizenship, and my petition to my mom and fiancé are being handled by him. You can see that he really puts his clients first, and he is very easy to talk to.
