Jason was great! He immediatly addressed my concerns by having me forward the documentation regarding potential litigation against my company. After forwarding the documentation, I received a return call right away from Jason stating that there were numerous legal reasons why the other parties claims were worthless, and that if he needed to defend my company, he was certain he would be able to do so with 100% success. He drafted a letter to the other attorneys directly addressing the other parties concerns, stated that he felt their case was without merit, and that if needed, he was going to defend us aggressivelly. Jason was able to refute thier claims with clear cut legal precedents put in place to protect me and my small company. His obvious working knowledge of the law took immediate pressure off of us and we did not hear from the claiments again. Thank you Jason!

I was involved in a very lengthy divorce and custody battle. I had spent a fortune and had gotten nowhere. A friend referred me to Mr. Fenerty. I was amazed from our first telephone conversation. He completely understood my perspective and he also was able to explain my former spouse's take on things as well. He explained the legal stuff to me in a way I understood it and recommended that we try to calm things down. I was doubtful but I really trusted him. He took my case. He immediately called my spouse's attorney - who he knew (oh, it seems like this man knows everybody) and things changed immediately. We went to court a few times on the custody and the divorce and succeeded every time. I now am sharing custody of my kids and I feel like I did great in the divorce. Things have gotten better with my ex and I have never been happier. I ended up paying him much less than my prior attorney who accomplished so little. He is a really down to earth guy and he really seemed to care about my case.

What can I say, sometimes we find ourselves in a tight spot. Don't take a knife to a gunfight. Scott defended me throughly and treated me with dignity, I walked away and learned from the misunderstanding with no criminal record, with the charges dropped. Maybe I didn't need "the best" but better safe than sorry when it comes to the judicial system, I hired Scott and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a serious criminal lawyer.

Perry came with the highest recommendation and delivered. From an initial consultation within an hour of contacting him and through a seven month ordeal of hearing and court dates, he and his staff were always responsive , informative and supportive. After doing hours of research, including speaking to many famous local attorneys, I discovered that Dennis Cogan is one of Philadelphia's best, if not the best, attorney for criminal defense. He was a great choice because he beat my complicated cases. And no, I am NOT a criminal, just an innocent person falsely accused by Philadelphia's crooked cops who had a long history of complaints for similar corruption, all of which were covered up by Philadelphia's crooked joke of a police department.

Having been a trial lawyer engaged in litigation for forty years I have encountered innumerable attorneys engaged in litigation. My experience is: 1. that there are very few attorneys that excell in trial tactics/logistics, 2. there are very few attorneys who have total command of legal issues, 3. there are very few attorneys that come to court totally prepared on every potential issue, 4. there are very few attorneys whose presence totally controls a courtroom. Ms Mandi represented my firm in several cases regarding construction accidents. Very large projects, high profile owners where deep pockets were anticipated. Denise Mandi updated me along the way through the trial process, she hired investigators to research the plaintiff's claims, she hired doctors to review the alleged injuries... she put them all on the stand, and then verbally destroyed the other lawyer and his lying client. I was wrongly convicted [shoplifting] and was concerned I wouldn't be approved for Citizenship although I've lived in the U.S. for over 30 years.
Several attorneys I consulted with were very negative but then my wife's friend mentioned M.R. Cohen was THE lawyer to go to with tough cases. I met with him at his NE office [he has others in Center City and NJ] and instead of discouraging me, told me I should apply and he thought there was a good chance he could get me approved!
As we processed the application I immediately saw a big difference. His attention to detail was amazing. Again and again he suggested better ways to deal with an issue, made me get additional documents, etc., but in the end I understood why his 30+ years experience is a big edge to the other lawyers I had met!
I was approved and am very grateful Mr. Cohen agreed to represent me. He's helping me sponsor my brother and mother and I'd never want to use any other lawyer.

I hired Doug's firm in March 2014 and he was quickly assigned my case. At the time, my company was in the process of trying to recover a large debt from one of our vendors, on our own, for 2 years. In order to pay us, our vendor had to sell his company, which only complicated things. From the beginning, Doug showed himself to be very "hands-on" and proactive. The case was far from simple, but Doug was always prepared for every twist and contingency. After nearly 18 months of negotiation, we closed a very good deal which allowed us to receive a large portion of the debt upfront and reasonable terms on the back-end. Through no fault of my own, I found myself embroiled in a complicated multi-level governmental personal injury case. I was struck by a vehicle driven by a municipal employee assigned to a federal task force. I suffered significant serious injuries and loss of work time as well as property damage. I faced a legal battle against a defendant with unlimited financial resources as well as teams of experienced attorneys. In addition, the legality in governmental cases is quite complicated.
From the very beginning, Anthony assured me he would take care of me, and I should concern myself with my health and recovery, that he would handle the legal side of things. While riding his bicycle, my husband, Chris, was hit by a car whose driver ran a red light. Chris sustained serious injuries, and we knew that we needed to contact a lawyer to help us protect Chris's future, which will probably be full of pain. It was a good feeling to entrust Chris's lawsuit to Anthony's capable hands and not have to worry about the processes or the outcomes. We were able to focus on Chris's health needs and our family's needs (we have four young children) and did not use up energy on the lawsuit, as we knew that Anthony was taking care of it. What stood out to me whiile we were in court, was Mr. Callahan's patience. While other lawyers were either running around like chickens with their heads cut off or completely ignoring their clients and talking to each other, Mr. Callahan sat with me because he knew it was my first time in court and I was scared/nervous and he made sure I understood how everything worked.
