I was involved in a slip and fall which left me with a permanent injury. I was in unbearable pain and without medical insurance. My doctor recommended Adam Davis. I called Adam and as we were talking on the phone he was working on my case typing and email to the other party. Talk about fast service. Because of Adam, within 24 hours, I was able to get the medical care I needed. Adam and everyone at Pansini, Mezrow and Davis family took care of me as if I was family, guiding and advocating for me every step of the way from helping me with scheduling doctor's appointments and to explaining the process in simple non-legal terms. Whenever I called the office, I was always greeted with "Hi how are you feeling" not "Who are you"?

Miriam was recommended to me by a good friend that worked under her while in law school. The prospect of my collecting anything seemed slim at the outset. I was hit by a car while riding my bike and the car took off. I had significant injuries to my face and head. I didn't think there was anything I could do in this situation, but my friend insisted and I went to see Miriam. She listened to all of the specifics and was very honest in her assessment of what to expect, which was little. That did not stop her and her assistant from chipping away day after day, week after week. They would get in touch with me whenever they needed more information or my signatures for the release of documents, but otherwise handled everything. Very professional, caring and competent. After a number of months (this amount of time was due to my sometimes unresponsive nature) she had established a line of communication and a compelling argument for collection from the uninsured motorist clause of my mother's automotive insurance. At this point, the gentleman representing the insurance company wanted to conduct a phone interview with Miriam and myself. She walked me through this process, with pre-interview counseling and conducted the entire interview on speaker phone, stepping in when she felt it was in my best interest. A few days later she got an offer for a substantial portion of the injury limit. She gave me the pros and cons of accepting the offer and her professional judgement as to whether accepting this offer would leave money on the table. I asked her to counter offer, which she did with apparent skill and we settled for 96% of limit of the insurance. If you find yourself injured, you'd be doing yourself a serious disservice not to use Miriam. She won't leave a stone unturned in making sure you get reimbursement for your damages.

Miriam Barish represented my Mother in a case where her foot got stuck in a defective pavement, causing her to fall. She broke her femur, and also had major bruising on her face. We felt that Miriam was very compasionate, and did a great job handling her case. She always returned calls and e-mails, and kept us both informed as the case progressed. My Mother was happy with her settlement that Miriam was able to get her. She also did a great job dealing with the insurance company. Some time after the settlement, she called my Mother just to see how she was doing. I would highly recommend Miriam Barish.

I am Vice President in charge of litigation in the Burlington Coat Factory (BCF) Legal Department. Divorce isn't a fun process, but Charlie Meyer's knowledge and approach to a difficult situation made it a little easier. Unlike other attorneys I consulted, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but instead what was a fair and likely outcome (even if it wasn't 100% in my favor). He has a very patient, encouraging, and casual manner that put me at ease. Charlie always got back to me even in my most hysterical moments, often early in the morning, often on weekends. I believe he has a good sense of personalities as well-- understanding how much information a client needs and wants and knowing, too, when to keep some of the unimportant nonsense quiet. Needless to say he has extensive knowledge of the laws in quite a few counties in and outside Philadelphia, and he seems to have a good rapport with lawyers/ masters/ judges in a courtroom setting.
If you're looking for a fair and balanced approach to your case--and for someone to put a lot of fight and effort into getting you what you deserve-- Charlie is a good choice.

Charlie Meyer has consistently been a supportive and knowledgeable resource. I have learned the value of his experience and benefitted from his ability to navigate family court. Charlie has always been fair and professional. What I appreciate most about Charlie’s council is his ability to balance being practical yet an advocate for his client. There have been times his advice regarding emotional matters like custody and support was not what I wanted to hear, but he shared his advice and listened to me. Luciana, A lawyer with Elaine Chueng law firm in Philadelphia was of excellent support on my journey to citizenship. She prepared me for my citizenship interview. On the day of interview she was very encouraging and kept me confident. I was refused unemployment by my prior employer and had to appeal the judgement. It had been over 14 years since I had last filed and was at a loss as to the process.
I consulted Ms. Hoye telephonicly. She was pleasant, professional and comprehensive in sharing her expertise in this area. Armed with her expertise, I was able to present my case to the Referee in such a manor as he reversed the prior ruling and I commenced receiving my unemployment.
I would highly recommend Ms Hoye to anyone facing a similar situation.

Mr Morlok was a fantastic lawyer. Before any court date, we sat down and discussed the case at hand. His opinions, advice, and recommendations were excellent.
