I wanted to thank Dan Hetznecker for taking on my case and having such a positive outlook during its entirety. I feel like he always had my best intentions in mind and he was able to empathize with my situation. I also want to acknowledge him for his professionalism while handling my case. We had the pleasure of working with Nicole Simon in our process of securing a Permanent Resident (Green Card) for my husband, an Italian citizen who had been working successfully in Philadelphia on a work visa for several years. My wife and I were referred to Nicole Simon by one of my wife's friends. From experience, Tom is HIGHLY recommended for high-conflict Family Law cases. Particularly frivolous "Ex Parte PFA's". His criminal defense background mixed with family law is the perfect combination to combat frivolous pfa's and vindictive parents. ESPECIALLY those who have past, a criminal background. We are at sever high risk in the Family Court system and often abused by the flawed system.
Tom's criminal defense background utilized in Family Law greatly aide in exposing abusers of the flawed Philadelphia Family Court system. Example, if you want a liar to be exposed beyond ALL doubt then he is your guy.
In my opinion, one of the most attractive features of working with Tom is he does not talk to you like an attorney just out to get your money. You keep it straight with him he'll have the best possible plan available.
Don't waste your money getting talked down to or having your case dragged out by an attorney who can't see the creator of the conflict. Talk to Tom. He'll come up with a plan.

Mr. Landis was extremely down to earth and actually had the best price around. I hired him for my preliminary trial and he showed up 4 times for me and never charged me an extra dime. While other lawyers automatically advised me to agree to an ARD program, Mr. Landis was confident the nature of my case was not serious enough and advised me to at least try to let him get it thrown out in the preliminary stage. That is exactly what happened. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I will be using his card.

Months had gone by without any help so it was time for a change. I came across John Mattiacci Attorney in civil suits.
I explained to John in detail about the person who ran a stop sign, and he always kept eye contact except to write down information. John was the attorney I needed.
I fired the firm who I had who did nothing. John went to work and I mean he went to work.
John took on my case which the defendant knew some police officers and received no tickets. If I met John earlier I would guarantee summonses for many motor vehicle violations for this person. I know some about law as I protected former presidents, just not the knowledge John has.
The real truth came out when John did the interrogatories and deposition. He used the right questions and got the defendant to admit running the stop sign, that I had the right of way with my blinker on, and the name of the upper echelon police officer. He also picked up on auto parts damage missing out of the interrogatories insurance pictures. My car had very little damage and the insurance tried to say there is no and John cut in and got the defendant to admit he hit my axle sending my car into a fishtail and the damage was to my person not the car. That is a trial attorney who puts the fear of God into insurance companies.
Then came the insurance company doctors, and John sent his paralegal with me. I was comfortable with this, and Kristin who came with for my insurance exam “WOW”. I read the doctor he was not pleased. The questions were short, and the exam was not painful as they can be with their tests. Because of John sending Kristin with me on my behalf the doctor was flabbergasted, and it showed.
My wife got very sick; John always asked what could I do for you. I was worn out from my own doctors and the insurance company charade. I actually felt better when I spoke with Mr. Mattiacci. I told John about myself and he said hold on it would not be long now. He did not tell me not long was less than two weeks.
John had offers coming in but said not yet; we had an offer I was comfortable with and said let’s settle. John asked me to let him work his magic or he would settle if that’s what I wanted. He always asked what I wanted never forcing me. Oh his magic worked well.
The amount of money is between John, and I, it was five times what I thought it would be. John is the nicest attorney until his clients are pushed. I have seen this in person in action, need I say more.
When I met John I knew he was the Attorney to represent me. I can only recommend but I would go with Mr. John Mattiacci with reading this Attorney review without doubt. I had the chance to meet with several attorneys and have several friends who are Judges and Attorney’s. John was my Attorney.
I have one regret, I really wanted to see John in court but my body was giving up. I was afraid to let him down. I knew the defense had no chance against this man. I told John I would not lie I had my honor, he said of course. I told him in the beginning we could not be friends something my father taught me, who was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, Police Officer and worked with judges for juveniles. I can say now he is my friend and he showed me his Honor.

I'm not usually one to write a review but Brian Collins deserved praise after helping my have all charges withdrawn against me during my case. Although t he charges were all false to begin with I still had to go through the system like any other. They involved a off duty police officer so even though the charges had no merit I was still concerned they would believe the officer and I would end up sitting in jail for crimes I did not commit. Brian was very responsive and never asked me If I would like to plea out and bow down in fear of jail time to the often wrong justice system. I made a good choice and would highly recommend him to anybody facing the legal system. The cost was worth it because you get what you pay for and even though you may find a cheaper attorney like I had done before hiring Brian Collins you will also find far more expensive attorneys. In the long run the state withdrew the false charges that should have never been filed to begin with. The good thing also about Mr. Collins his firm handles civil cases and hopefully I can recoup some of my money and time I wasted during that period of my life.

Mr. Collins assisted me with my criminal defense case in which I faced 2.5 to 5 years in prison for a misdemeanor charge. I unfortunately did not find Mr. Collins until later in my case, but despite this, as soon as Mr. Collins was on board he went right to work. Mr. Collins dug through my case to find the best possible outcome. I had already pled guilty to the charges, which made things a little more difficult, but that did not stop Mr. Collins from grabbing the bull by the horns and taking action immediately. Mr. Collins took every avenue possible in negotiations. In the end, I was sentenced to a probationary term, a little fine, and a little community service. Mr. Collins is extremely intelligent, proactive, as well as an aggressive fighter. He was very personable as well as reassuring and supportive throughout it all. Whether your case is in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, or Bucks counties, I would make Mr. Collins your first call! Thanks to him, I'm at home right now. He is a super lawyer!

We contacted a well known pool company to do a full renovation. It turned into a nightmare. Thousands of dollars for work so badly done a second renovation along with replacement of fixtures the company’s workers broke were needed after it was “finished “. Carolyn was awesome - a force of nature. Her hard work and savvy resulted in a full redo of the project. Without her representation we were going nowhere with this company. Mr. Malloy was referred to me by one of my Sorority sisters. Initially I wasn't very hopeful that he would take my case due to other attorneys declining. Mr. Jeffrey Cianciulli was my defender in a lawsuit brought against me by people who had embezzled money from me.
