I have crippling PTSD and depression. I hired Mr. Lichtman at the start of my process applying for disability. As a former attorney myself and as someone who actually practiced social security disability law early in my career I know very well how important it is to get legal help early. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He spent many hours on my application and then his office was in constant contact with my disability adjudicator after she was assigned making sure that all the records were not only received but properly interpreted. I can't recommend him enough. While past results are not an indicator of how a particular case will go, he won my case.

Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome. I highly recommend this man who I call a BROTHER after defending me aggressively to make sure I was given a second chance at life. The entire time he represented me it felt like family more than a business relationship to me. This case was not BUSINESS for him it was PERSONAL to where he wanted to make sure I was satisfied at the end of the day.

Banks Law was recommended to us by another law firm because we needed representation in worker compensation law. We thank our lucky stars. We cannot imagine a more knowledgeable, better informed, harder working or more respectful organization. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

Andy's legal advice, representation, time, dedication and results are the only positive to come out of my criminal matter. I was facing some serious charges and Andy helped me to help me achieve a much better result. He stuck with me every single step of the way, he always followed up with me when he said he would, and was 100% correct every time he gave me his opinion and he was always honest in his assessment (even when at times it wasnt what what I wanted to hear). Even after the matter ended, Andy took the time to call me and offer me the best possible advice anyone could give me and basically using his advice, I was able to get a job despite my record. I chose Andy because a friend of mine recommended him. I visited with him with a lawyer in my family that told me he was clearly the best we interviewed. Andy was the best decision I made after making a big mistake and I don't know anyone outside of my family that showed more genuine care and concern for my well being and without asking me for anything in return (well after my case was over and his services were done- he helped me by giving me time and advice on his own time). Andy even texted me on my birthday to check in on me. Outside of the case- because of Andy I have become a better person and I am forever grateful to him for his help and will never forget him my whole life. I still have some things to take care of over time and I wouldn't go to anyone else except him. I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I was facing 7 year felony drug distribution and possession charges. Thanks to Jeremy, I wound up with misdemeanor possession and 6 months probation. It was my first arrest and I was terrified. I had an issue with my past employer at the time. As the issue was clear cut on the surface, the details were complicated, and I didn't know how to go about it and even if I should talk to an attorney. But when I finally decided to contact one, I managed to find Mike, who was nothing short of being helpful and understanding. Dealing with the tech industry can be pretty complicated but Mike was not only able to provide competent legal advice with a greatest candor, but also got the details of my work, and understood it to the extent that litigation went very smooth (and this is a great achievement on its own given how stressful legalities can be to a non-lawyer). I always felt comfortable and never felt overlooked by either Mike or his team at any time. Moreover, they were very supportive and flexible with a payment plan, offering a superb service all-around. After litigation, Mike was even empathetic towards my situation; he's not only a legal genius (you can tell when you talk to him), but also a good guy. Great lawyer, very professional. Was very clear from the start about expectations and delivered a great outcome for me. The up front retainer was a little high although we were able to renegotiate that it was refundable and Stephen refunded the remaining funds once the case was over. Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were required.
I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result.
Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

I hired John for a fire arm I was wrongly arrested for... John came to visit me In jail on a Sunday with sweats and a T-shirt I’m thinking ok he’s gonna say what he has to... do he begins to tell me how I never should have been arrested I. The first place and how by law the case has to get thrown out in preliminary, I’m thinking too good to be true, so I say to him “ Listen Man U don’t have to gas me up just be real with me “ he looks me dead in the eye and says I got 8 questions that’ll have this case dismissed!!! . Fast forward to preliminary I lie to you not he put the cop on the stand asked him roughly 7-8 questions then turned to the judge and says “ yea your honor I don’t think this is enough to move to trial I ask that the case be dismissed!.. the judge says “ yea I agree I don’t think so either, case dismissed... by the way he has beat about 5 of my friends cases by now..! 5STARS

Walsh took my case and I thought his price was high. Then he told me he was charging that much because he was trying the case and I was going to be found not guilty. This was a serious gun case and he seemed like it was a sp ending ticket. We went to trial and after about 5 questions the judge found me not guilty. I couldn't believe how easy he made it look.

I was in an unfortunate accident and had a severe foot injury which lead to prescription drug abuse and one thing lead to another and the next thing i know I am living the fast life purchasing drugs in the inner city, something I would have never ever imagined myself doing. Before I was caught I have never had any police contact ever not even a speeding ticket so was scared for my life. Mr Long heard my story and for the amount I had on me(a pretty hefty amount after payday) Mr Long helped me and worked to get my charge dropped to probation with my record expunged afterwards, besides a very minor hiccup I entered a program and accomplished it and continue to attend meetings today. I feel that getting caught that evening most likely saved my life, and thanks to Mr Long my record is back to clean and so is my life.
