I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life. You have blessed me and I hope to bless people the way you do until I’m no longer on this earth.

After lost hope and frustrations I was put in contact with Attorney Cairone. I had a consult regarding my legal issues and subsequently was retained. Attorney Cairone from the beginning was empathetic, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I had an issue with my past employer at the time. As the issue was clear cut on the surface, the details were complicated, and I didn't know how to go about it and even if I should talk to an attorney. But when I finally decided to contact one, I managed to find Mike, who was nothing short of being helpful and understanding. Dealing with the tech industry can be pretty complicated but Mike was not only able to provide competent legal advice with a greatest candor, but also got the details of my work, and understood it to the extent that litigation went very smooth (and this is a great achievement on its own given how stressful legalities can be to a non-lawyer). I always felt comfortable and never felt overlooked by either Mike or his team at any time. Moreover, they were very supportive and flexible with a payment plan, offering a superb service all-around. I needed someone that had expertise with ERISA law and consulted with multiple attorneys before finding my way to Mike. I was dealing with a life insurance claim after losing my spouse. The up front retainer was a little high although we were able to renegotiate that it was refundable and Stephen refunded the remaining funds once the case was over. Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were required.
I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result.
Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

I was in an unfortunate accident and had a severe foot injury which lead to prescription drug abuse and one thing lead to another and the next thing i know I am living the fast life purchasing drugs in the inner city, something I would have never ever imagined myself doing. Before I was caught I have never had any police contact ever not even a speeding ticket so was scared for my life. Mr Long heard my story and for the amount I had on me(a pretty hefty amount after payday) Mr Long helped me and worked to get my charge dropped to probation with my record expunged afterwards, besides a very minor hiccup I entered a program and accomplished it and continue to attend meetings today. I feel that getting caught that evening most likely saved my life, and thanks to Mr Long my record is back to clean and so is my life. I suggest hiring Mr Long for any criminal matters you may be facing as life throws us curveballs sometimes and unfortunate things do happen. I hired John for a fire arm I was wrongly arrested for... John came to visit me In jail on a Sunday with sweats and a T-shirt I’m thinking ok he’s gonna say what he has to... do he begins to tell me how I never should have been arrested I. The first place and how by law the case has to get thrown out in preliminary, I’m thinking too good to be true, so I say to him “ Listen Man U don’t have to gas me up just be real with me “ he looks me dead in the eye and says I got 8 questions that’ll have this case dismissed!!! . Fast forward to preliminary I lie to you not he put the cop on the stand asked him roughly 7-8 questions then turned to the judge and says “ yea your honor I don’t think this is enough to move to trial I ask that the case be dismissed!.. the judge says “ yea I agree I don’t think so either, case dismissed... by the way he has beat about 5 of my friends cases by now..! 5STARS

Walsh took my case and I thought his price was high. Then he told me he was charging that much because he was trying the case and I was going to be found not guilty. This was a serious gun case and he seemed like it was a sp ending ticket. We went to trial and after about 5 questions the judge found me not guilty. I couldn't believe how easy he made it look.

I was charged with stealing a cell phone, the phone took a picture of me! The person then filed a case! However, the police didn't investigate, they just automatically filed charges! Mr. Spade presented all my evidencecas a landlord being retaliated against from an ex tenant! The DA withdrew all charges in 12 sec in the courtroom! The false accuser is now in prison!! He is not only a good lawyer, but after 11 years of knowing him, i consider him a friend!!

I am ending a legal issue in which Mr. Spade represented me. He was quick to meet with me to review my case. I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

Amy Steerman has been our attorney for over ten years. We met her through a number of members of our parish church. Our first contact was with the preparation of wills, health power of attorney and legal power of attorney for my partner and myself prior to our marriage. She helped us establish an irrevocable trust for both of us. As the years have passed she has helped update our wills.
When my brother was in the hospital in critical condition she came to the hospital and created a power of attorney for him. To ensure the validity of the power Amy had the attending Doctor sign as a witness. I say this to show that Amy is thorough in all of her processes. I had a very complicated ownership of a property with my two brothers. As they each passed away Amy assisted in determining the tax owed to the government in each case. She assisted in all the paperwork required by the government in their deaths. Later when we sold the property she assisted with the settlement (representing both buyer, who was a close friend of ours, and seller). She also assisted in determining the federal tax to be paid.
My father lived in Florida and as his health declined we decided that we needed an attorney in Florida to assist in legal situations. Amy researched and validated his credentials. We were very pleased with her recommendation.
We had a property in Philadelphia with a very difficult and combative tenant. When we decided to sell the property we asked Amy to represent us and handle the request for him to move as we did not want to have any contact with him. She gave him notice to move and informed him that he was not to contact us and any questions (of which there were many) be directed only to her. We were extremely pleased with a situation that we had been dreading for a number of years.
My partner was the executor of a will for a close friend. The will was extremely complicated involving the sale of a big property, funding a trust created by a bank, the distribution of funds to four individuals which included prepaying the inheritance tax for each person. Amy was indispensable in that process. In order to save some money and because it was not in Philadelphia but Montgomery County it was her opinion that he could process most of the requirements himself. When items such as the amount of tax for prepayment et cetera arose Amy provided the answers. She assisted in many other complicated and required procedures that filing a will requires. She recommended a tax accountant for preparing a tax report for the current year and several tax reports that were due in the several years to follow as well as the final tax report. Again, her referral was excellent.
Amy has a way of explaining legal issues clearly for the layperson and she is always available to answer a question. I want to add that she does not follow the practice of billing for 30-second increments and will talk and offer advice without billing for every event. We have recommended her to a number of close friends and without exception, they have been extremely pleased with her service.
We trust her without exception and to show this trust we have requested her to be the executrix of our wills. We highly recommend Amy Steerman.
