It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways. Every step of the way I was informed on the status and not once was I ever sugar coated. Hope was there anytime I needed to speak with her or was unsure about something on the case. The government is not joke to go against but Hope can stand toe to toe and come with a great outcome.

She is someone who not only understands the law but is well versed in representing her clients, utilizing her knowledge and experience with the law.
Hope is straightforward and will give you the defense you need.
She takes her time explaining the process and is very thorough in her preparation for your defense.
She helped our family tremendously and did her part with integrity.
In many cases the stress can be extremely high and sensitive, Hope understands that and operates from a place of empathy and doesn't discount the pain of her client or their family.
She has a high regard for respect and she will give you the utmost respect and her time.
Many times lawyers will often lie or give you a version of what they will do to get you as a client, however Hope will not be that lawyer, hence they're lawyers and then there's Hope.
Her name represents her very well, she will not just give you hope but fight for you and renew your hope for your defense whatever it may be you're facing legally.
She is realistic and will defend your case without smoke and mirrors, she is someone that you can rely on.

I hired Mr. Cohen to get the job done and he did just that. The only downfall was the time it took to complete my divorce. To no faults of Scott of course. The courts are so backed up it took a while. The positive part was being able to contact Scott and he almost was always available to speak with me. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in my case and that was one of the most important things to me. I do recommend Scott if communication is a big deal because he does make it a point to stay in contact and include his client.

Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. He's truly a magician and great at what he do and he don't cost an arm and a leg!!! I would recommend him to anyone faced with serious charges and want to maintain their freedom or at the very least shorten their sentence. I was referred to Scott to help review an executive contract for a new position- he was amazing! I'd never used a lawyer and did not expect such a warm experience. While I anticipated it to be very transactional Scott is incredibly empathic and takes the time to explain his thought process to be sure it makes sense. Scott also made sure to understand my situation before he spent the time reviewing my contract- he didn't want to spend his time and therefore my money if he didn't think he could help.
He listens and considers your view- while he gives advice he also navigates the situation pivoting when considering new information/ideas you have. Scott also takes the time to check in on you periodically during what is a complex emotional time when changing jobs.
Scott is also incredibly accessible- he took the time to meet with me on a weekend because he was going to be on holiday during a weekday, he didn't want to leave me hanging while he was away. He also responds quickly to emails.
Scott demonstrated he cares a lot about the well being of his clients, it is easy to speak with him and ask questions- this was important for me since I know very little about law/litigation.
I would definitely use Scott again and highly recommend him without reservation to others.

I met Scott on one of the worst days of my life. I'd worked with plenty of attorneys before and didn't have high hopes , just figuring he'd be moderately helpful and transactional while billing the heck out of me. I'm so glad I was wrong. Scott brings a lot to the table when you hire him to help you, ensuring he is worth every penny.
(1) He treats you like a human. I cried during most of our first week of conversations but he insisted on FaceTiming on day 1 so that he could let me see him and know that there was someone who cared on my team. It made an enormous difference to my ability to engage and survive in my own battle.
(2) He is patient and thorough, making sure you not only understand your options but nudging you to consider them thoroughly. He adapted to my complex learning style after just a few weeks.
(3) He's a brilliant strategic thinker who can help you find ways to win even when it seems like all is lost. At the same time he is willing to admit mistakes and open to others' ideas.
(4) He writes well and cares enough to be sure that his communications are very clear and accurate so they are received as intended. This is also strategic and a winning move.
(5) He is very clearly in law because he loves it and what it can do for people. I never had a single moment where I felt like a billable hour.
I plan to work with Scott on all matters employment until he retires. I don't care what he costs, I know it will be worth it. I can't say that for any of the other lawyers I've ever hired, nor for many other professionals in my life. This high praise is extremely well deserved.

I engaged/retained this firm after having trying to engage 3 other attorneys — who ghosted. My first contact was with Andi Paul who explained the process and set the tone that Id be working with decent human beings who would not merely treat this as a transaction. Scott Goldshaw was the only person I had to recount my situation — no repeating over and over. Scott provided some education that facilitated our having a common language and expedited our work. He consulted with me — establishing goals and expectations. We worked out an efficient process of collaboration where we shared resources and documents. Scott has a breadth of knowledge about the law and also various organizations in Phila - he is also known for litigating in court - which is a distinct advantage. But what was most important to me at this time was that, as Andi foreshadowed, this was consistently a human interaction. I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off

I have crippling PTSD and depression. I hired Mr. Lichtman at the start of my process applying for disability. As a former attorney myself and as someone who actually practiced social security disability law early in my career I know very well how important it is to get legal help early. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He spent many hours on my application and then his office was in constant contact with my disability adjudicator after she was assigned making sure that all the records were not only received but properly interpreted. I can't recommend him enough. While past results are not an indicator of how a particular case will go, he won my case.

Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome. I highly recommend this man who I call a BROTHER after defending me aggressively to make sure I was given a second chance at life. The entire time he represented me it felt like family more than a business relationship to me. This case was not BUSINESS for him it was PERSONAL to where he wanted to make sure I was satisfied at the end of the day.

Banks Law was recommended to us by another law firm because we needed representation in worker compensation law. We thank our lucky stars. We cannot imagine a more knowledgeable, better informed, harder working or more respectful organization. From our initial meeting with Mr. Banks when he got to understand out case and laid out for us what we could expect, through working with many members of his staff (and we have worked with several), we have been continually surprised at the amount of support offered by every member of the team whether it is during working hours or not.
Searching for care providers, offering advice, or telling us what we can do on our own without needing an attorney's help were all done with quick response time, concern and helpfulness.

Andy's legal advice, representation, time, dedication and results are the only positive to come out of my criminal matter. I was facing some serious charges and Andy helped me to help me achieve a much better result. He stuck with me every single step of the way, he always followed up with me when he said he would, and was 100% correct every time he gave me his opinion and he was always honest in his assessment (even when at times it wasnt what what I wanted to hear). Even after the matter ended, Andy took the time to call me and offer me the best possible advice anyone could give me and basically using his advice, I was able to get a job despite my record. I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life.
