Initially great experience working with Lydia to draft custody doc quickly. But it’s worth noting that she does not have experience with domestic violence or cross jurisdictional custody. Really key items were left out of the custody document which I didn’t realize until almost two years later. When I reached out to her about it, she didn’t respond. There was no way for me to know these items needed to be included— that was her job. This is the type of mistake that means my child will grow up without knowing my family. It’s pretty serious and will cost me a lot of money to fix. If you’re looking for someone with experience protecting you and your family from a high conflict ex, I would recommend paying for a more experienced attorney who will go to bat for you.

Angela took such good care of us. She worked with my wife and me through the adoption of our second child. In that process she also caught and fixed an error in our first child’s adoption made by a previous law firm. She was kind, clear, timely and supportive. She held our hands through the process of setting up our will and making lots of important decisions. We can’t recommend Angela enough! I wish we had found her at the beginning of our adoption journey.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. The Boonswang Law Firm took on my case when other Lawyers Turned me down and told me I didn’t have a chance with the circumstances surrounding my life insurance claim for my Deceased Brother. Not Boonswang law firm, they told me from the Jump they will accept my case and do all they can to bring it to a successful conclusion and that is exactly what they did. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are battling a life insurance company for the pay out that you are owed. Call the BOONSwang Law firm, they will do all they can to assist you. Their fee is 1/3, but that is better than you getting 0$ from the insurance company (trying to deal with them on your own) when they try to deny your claim unjustly. After a year dealing with life insurance company declining payout and pushing it back on employer and employer wanting to just pay back what was paid in on life policy was unacceptable. State Department of Finance stated out of their jurisdiction even thou policy was written in the state and apparently prior lawyer did nothing and in the end said didn’t believe there was a chance. Then I found Boonswang Law Firm and had full payout within a month! Yes, within a month! I am so grateful. Dealing with this firm was expedient and flawless. Wish I found them sooner.
Grief and grieving is hard and shame on these insurance companies for making it difficult on top of that when our loved ones have passed.

I have been assisted by Seltzer & Associates with my disability claim for over a decade. Their firm has been an invaluable resource and source of support throughout this entire period.
After functioning as a Pathologist/physician for 25 years, I was diagnosed with malignant lymphoma and underwent intensive chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Over the next 14 years I had three recurrences with subsequent intensive therapies, and, with Mr. Seltzer’s counsel, I retired approximately 3 years ago.
Following my initial treatment, it took me a year to return to a full workload; however, I then discovered that I was no longer able to work at my prior pace. Following thorough evaluation this was determined to be the result of chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (“chemo-brain”). As a result, I negotiated with my Group to practice at a 50% workload during a regular work week for 50% compensation.
Though the disability insurance company provided complete coverage of my illness during the year of treatment while I was not working, I was unable to receive their support a year later for residual disability in my newly negotiated work arrangement. I was referred to Mr. Seltzer’s firm and they knew exactly how to assist me in obtaining the disability benefit due to me. His partner and their administrative support team helped me with everything – from showing me how to properly apply, complete, and submit forms, to arranging evaluations, to overseeing compensation calculations, to communicating with and following through with the insurance company. Though the initial struggle with the insurance company took a few months to resolve, once the benefit was finally determined, Mr. Seltzer’s team has ever since been with me every step of the way. This has included periodic additional evaluations, additional status updates, additional benefit review, etc., all required by the insurance company. Seltzer & Associates knowledge base, experience, and service was reassuring and supportive during every one of these follow-up assessments over the years. When my initially assigned attorney moved on to another firm, Mr. Seltzer himself took over my case to assure me that nothing would be lost in translation. Mr. Seltzer and I have since become very good friends during these many years, and I have gotten to know his staff extremely well. They are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and personable. The entire team has always been there for me during all my ups and downs, and together we have never missed a step.

Getson & Schatz handled my EB2 NIW follow-to-join case as the spouse of a Green Card holder, and I had the pleasure of working with Brian Getson.
The entire process was straightforward and took about six months, culminating in the visa approval on the day of the consular interview.
Brian's most crucial advice was on timing our paper filings to minimize processing times, which saved us at least a year of separation between me and my spouse. This advice was not provided by other attorneys we consulted. For that alone we are very grateful.

I would like to recommend Brian and his team to researchers who plan to go through EB-2 or EB-1.
I am an entomologist with specific expertise in pests of agriculture, so I had hoped to obtain a green card through EB2 National Interest Waiver. Now it is a reality.
I found Brian through the internet and from the start he was clear and straightforward.
He explained to me what are the strong sides of my case and where are potential weaknesses. If I would prepare a case by myself, I would definitely make all of the mistakes that Brian helped me to avoid.
He is extremely responsible, and detail focused. He answered every single email in very short terms.
During our work through the case he and his team were always extremely fast when preparing my paperwork.
Overall it took about 6 month to prepare the case. 18 month to receive an NIW approval, and then only 4 month to receive a green card ( I applied for residency only after I had approved the case ).

The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Can’t recommend Jason enough! I was in a terrible living situation, when everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I ended up being charged with several erroneous charges, including a serious felony charge.
