Joe wasn't recommended to me by anyone, I found him on my own when researching LTD attorneys. When I selected him, I hoped I had made a good decision. I'm an MBA prospect, with a sensitive nationality, and I entered the country on a student visa. I decided later on to pursue a spouse-based application for permanent residency. I started looking around for a competent immigration lawyer to advise me of the more complicated aspics of immigration law. After few unsatisfying encounters with other lawyers, I was very fortunate to land upon the Gonzales & Tiagha team. Mr. Gonzales was fantastic. He advised, prepared and processed my green card application and prep'd me for the interview. It was a stress free process.
I appreciate the fact that Gonzales & Tiagha were very welcoming, accessible, and responsive, but most importantly that they were flexible with my payment installments. They also advised me to take a different step witch secured me a US green card that's valid for a longer period of what I've initially was asking for! I'm extremely satisfied.

My frend’s father was the victim of a car accident caused by negligent driving. My friend contacted Dean, and despite the fact it was a Saturday, Dean spent an hour on the phone with my friend, discussing his situation and recourse in detail. I have used Zachary Rubinich in defense of my company's WC claims for 10 years now. Outstanding hands down, I must admit I definitely had my doubt. My son kept saying "no mom we're going to keep her, let's see what she can do."
My son was charged with gun possession and fifty other charges broken down from one. My son's bail was set at 200,000 Ms. Lauren was able to get him released on house arrest. Lauren Wimmer was on point in and out of the court room. She 100% knew the law. She was always available day, night and weekends. Although, not a part of her job; She provided emotional support for my son and myself. She was always 100% with her wording and we really appreciated and respected her for this. No sugar-coating, false hope etc. Lauren provided assistance on an unrelated case involving the same son, while on House Arrest and was hired to assist with this case as well.
All charges were dropped on both cases due to Ms. Lauren knowledge of the law and the street culture of Philadelphia.
oIn conclusion, We would definitely hire Ms. Wimmer again and I highly recommend Ms. Wimmer.

From experience, Tom is HIGHLY recommended for high-conflict Family Law cases. Particularly frivolous "Ex Parte PFA's". His criminal defense background mixed with family law is the perfect combination to combat frivolous pfa's and vindictive parents. ESPECIALLY those who have past, a criminal background. We are at sever high risk in the Family Court system and often abused by the flawed system.
Tom's criminal defense background utilized in Family Law greatly aide in exposing abusers of the flawed Philadelphia Family Court system. Example, if you want a liar to be exposed beyond ALL doubt then he is your guy.

Mr. Landis was extremely down to earth and actually had the best price around. I hired him for my preliminary trial and he showed up 4 times for me and never charged me an extra dime. While other lawyers automatically advised me to agree to an ARD program, Mr. Landis was confident the nature of my case was not serious enough and advised me to at least try to let him get it thrown out in the preliminary stage. That is exactly what happened. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I will be using his card.
