I was recommended to Berin from a family friend after I was involved in a accident. After working with him I see why…..He is a stand up guy! He talks to you like a everyday person doesn’t try and confuse you with the legal terminology. He came to my work to meet me so I didn’t have to go to him at all, he answered/returned all calls quick, called to check on me almost monthly, had my case closed quickly. Berin is a very matter of fact and straight to the point lawyer, which I can truly appreciate. He doesn't sugar coat anything and gives you realistic expectations as to what to expect through the entire process. I've had 2 personal injury cases with him, and the first one was "too hard to prove" for the original lawyers, but Berin came in, fought for me and won a decent settlement. The second one he did the same, but I was a passenger so while the work wasn't as much, he did just as great of a job. I would highly recommend him and his firm for any legal issues that fall into their area of expertise. I'm actually starting case #3 with them, on a completely different matter, I was glad to know, that even though it's not his expertise, he has someone in his firm who is an expert on it. Nice to have one lawyer/firm for all of my legal needs.

I was involved in a rear end collision 5 months ago, I was referred to Berin Fite by my chiropractor. Berin is very professional and keeps you informed every step of the way with your case. If you have questions about anything he will answer you straight and he never gives you the run around. With his diligence and hard work ethic I was very satisfied with my settlement. Not once did I feel mistreated. Plus, his office staff is very friendly and polite and that is hard to find these days. I have an IVC filter that has caused exstensive damage. Brian has handled this case with patients and perfection . Jack is a considerate and knowledgeable attorney with excellent integrity and character. He has done all the right things to build my confidence in him as an attorney. I did not hire Jack, only because a good friend referred me to a friend of hers who thought she would help me out. As the process has moved forward in my divorce, everything that Jack said when I met with him was spot on. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me know about the process. I hired Jack O'Connor to represent me for visitations of my daughter. Mr. O'Connor was very knowledgable and prepared for court. I had not seen my daughter over a year due to mother not allowing her to see me. I have been paying child support for four years and never missing one payment. I finally got fed up of it and hired a attorney. Mr O'Connor was able to get me every other weekend visitation and overnight stays. Mr. O'Connor also was able to prove to the judge that I was active in my daughters life previously despite what her mother attest to. Mr O'Connor proved to the court that mother was being very difficult and the judge awarded me compensated for attorney fees. The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people.
I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did.
If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically.
Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

Out of nowhere we received a call from a detective making accusations about a past event. These were the kind of accusations that could potentially be life altering. Not knowing what to do, but knowing we needed advice, I found Jerald Schreck online, ascribed as someone with expertise related to my case. I made a call. Sure enough Mr. Schreck picked up the phone himself. He was warm and reassuring. Not having ever met me before, or with any pretense that I would retain him, he spent about an hour on the phone with me reviewing the recent events and my concerns. He explained to me the law, how these things typically work, and put it in to the context of my situation. In the end he advised me that I was not currently in need of a lawyer, but if things progressed, he would keep my information on file. I offered to compensate him for the impromptu consultation, but he said he was happy to help, and that was not needed. He offered his services but insisted it was not worth my money at this time. With one phone call we went from shock and panic to reassurance. Mr. Schreck’s kindness and expertise deescalated the situation and enabled us to get back to our lives. His kindness and willingness to help without compensation was truly unexpected. We owe him immense gratitude and WILL be calling him back in the event we ever need his services. An honest lawyer who is passionate about helping those who need defense.

We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. We hired Nicholus through Knockle Law firm. We were seeking help to get consevatorship, guardianship of our Mother. Nick led us through the complete process. It was an uphill battle from the start. The result was exactly as needed for the welfare of our Mother, with the Judge ruling on all matters in our favor. The cost were fair and I believe that we got our money's worth.

I met Krista in 2015 when she agreed to take on my case when it seemed no one else would. My case was involving a motorcycle accident, and even the law tiger wouldn't take my case (they claim to specialize in motorcycle accidents). She was very professional and had my best interest in mind the whole time. The case lasted 2 years and 5 months with many setbacks. Krista and her team made me feel like I was their best client and encouraged me to stay positive throughout the whole process. My case started out by going to arbitration. We won the arbitration in the amount of 23k. Unfortunately the defendants lawyer appealed it and we went to trial. At this point Krista decided to do a counter offer we the defendant knowing full well that they would deny it. This was detrimental to me as if the outcome was in our favor the defendant would have to pay my attorney fees and all the taxable fees in double. Like she predicted they denied the counter offer and we would be going to court. The court system has a backlog so it was 1 year later going to court. Krista and her team went to bat for me and the trail ended up in a mistrial at no fault to her. So another court date was set for another 1 year later. Yet again Krista and her team pulled out all the arsenal they could. They called in specialists, and engineers to help aid in my case. They fault gallantly for me with the best outcome possible. We won by a jury verdict in our favor. The jury awarded 21k. Krista didn't stop there. Remember the counter offer they denied....
She went back and fourth with the defendants attorney with sanctions, fees, and costs. After all was said and done Krista and her team cut me a check for $48,288. I was shocked and awed on the phone when she called to tell me. That was more than double what the jury awarded me in the court room. I was very blessed that Krista came into my life to battle for me and my family. We will be forever in her debt, and she will always be in our heart and prayers. I will highly recommend her always and forever.

Krista handled my case after an accident in Aug of 2015. Her and Jodi worked diligently on my case and got ALL of the providers to negotiate my medical bills and agree to settlements to get more money for me. She was always available to answer any questions. It was the first accident I have had that I had to obtain counsel due to the extent of the damage and injuries and with them, all I had to do was get treatment and get better. was clear on his fee”s and he made sure I understood what I was facing before I left his office. A few months later when my charges were filed I contacted Mr Noland. I was surprised when he in fact told me to try a public defender first. He told me he used to be one himself and they get a bad wrap. He assured me that he would take my case if in fact I was not happy with my council. In the end Mr Noland saved me a great deal of money as I had no lawyer fees. Robert Wooten was the best thing it happened for our son. He was arrested undefined us terribly, this is not supposed to happen to us. We called Robert at the law firm Curry Pearson and Wooten. In his office Robert counseled Him, told him he needed to write an essay of sorts on his behavior & how it got him to this place. Also that he needs to pay us/his parents back for all we're doing for him. Robert asked the judge to meet with us as a family 30 minutes before court. We were so impressed that the judge took the time to explain the what and how of court procedure & jury works. Ultimately Robert represented him extremely well and his felony was reduced to a misdemeanor. I recommend Robert Wooten & I have. We are grateful!

My wife filed an Order of Protection against me, so she could gain access to our children, my home and my business. I thought I could handle the Order of Protection hearing on my own. I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.

In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. My mother died unexpectedly due to nursing home neglect. We turned to local authorities, whose investigation of the facility unearthed some information, but we still didn't have all of the answers our family needed as we grieved my Mom's death. My sister was in a horrific car accident that took her husband of over 15 yrs away from her - the only man she ever dated. I have been receiving services from Snow Carpio & Weekly since July of 2015 and it has been smooth sailing since then. My lawyer Nicholas Wearne is always in contact with my doctor, my workers compensation adjuster and sends me updated information every 2 weeks.
