I recommend Richard and his entire group with the highest rating possible. From the first time we spoke he was caring, understanding of my particular accident and subsequent need for TBI rehab as well as surgery. His concern was always for my well being. When it became time to file my law suit, his advise was spot on. He negotiated a final settlement which exceeded the offer given by the insurance company. This firm is exceptional in providing legal service, advise and compassion to clients.

Mathew Martinez is a fabulous attorney with an excellent understanding of immigration law. We had a somewhat complex case and spoke with several attorneys with some giving what I believe was not good advice. Prior to signing with Mr. Martinez. In any event, Mr. Martinez was able to help us with our situation in the most appropriate manner. As we progressed he was quick to reply in a knowledgeable and helpful manner to any additional questions we had. Marie Snyder who works with Mr. Martinez is an excellent paralegal and was in frequent contact ensuring a smooth transition. I would highly recommend this team for any immigration needs. In my opinion, this is not an area to go cheap or with inexperienced attorneys.

Mr. Coughlon jr. is a lawyer you need to be recommended too, that's why I have left a review. His many years as a lawyer in business in two states made me feel confident in his counsel. His rates are what any immigrant can afford compared to other lawyers with high overhead and ridiculous prices. Also always willing to help and answer questions personally and not thru an assistant.

I am a US Citizen and married a lady from Brazil. She was on the nervous side to say the least. Robert assured her that she had nothing to worry about and everything he does is legal He was efficient in preparing the paperwork and submitting them on time. Now we are coming to the end of this whole process and we are fully confident that Robert will complete it correctly. I have worked with many lawyers in my lifetime and the one standout thing you will notice that is different about Robert is that he is not arrogant in any way. Mi nombre es Ramon, y no me gusta hacer reviews en el internet pero por este abogado y por como represento a mi esposa en un caso de deportación en Eloy se gano este review. Antes de contratar a Robert contrate a 3 abogados que me salieron rateros, mentirosos y finalmente abandonaron el caso dejándome en una situación muy mal, pero dios es grande y le trajo a mi esposa este abogado faltando solamente un mes para su corte final este abogado medio cielo mal y tierra y hizo mas en en ese mes que los 3 abogados que via contratado hicieron en los 5 meses que estaban en su caso. Sim mal gaste $18,000 Dolares entre los 3 abogados un error en mi vida pero si no vias pasado por eso no me vias encontrado con Robert Coughlon hoy mi esposa no fuera liberada ni tuviera su Residencia. De todo corazón desde Febrero 28 2017 (Corte de mi esposa) en adelante y para siempre le doy las Gracias a Robert Coughlon por regresarme mi familia. I relied on Jacie to help with a frivolous neighbor complaint. Jacie was instrumental in getting his claim dismissed. She knows the Court rules inside and out, and strikes a perfect balance between irreverence and respectful disagreement for dealing with ridiculous and frivolous claims. Her pretrial insights were invaluable, and her conduct during the hearing impressive. My neighbor's seasoned attorney had 15+ years more litigation experience than Jacie, but she danced circles around him, eliciting critical testimony from both the plaintiff and his witness. I am a senior-level attorney, and so am familiar with the various skills and competencies that fellow lawyers share -- Jacie is among the best. I first met Jacie in connection with a relative's criminal case (which she resolved favorably, without any record), and she impressed me then, as she impressed me now. I would not hesitate to hire her again should the need arise.

I hired Schill Law Group to defend against a felony charge. Jacie Cotterell was easy to talk to and worked quickly to get the charge dismissed. Jerry's expertise and assistance with an "environmentally challenged" development site was invaluable. He was able to effectively navigate the process involved in obtaining a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). This agreement was instrumental in our ability to mitigate the risk associated with purchasing and developing the site. His involvement with other aspects of the site's environmental condition and the associated responsible party was critical Jerry is competent and personable - two traits not always found in legal council. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

Jerry presented at the SAEMS RCRA Seminar. He presented on penalties and outcomes when dealing with regulators. His presentation was fact-based and provided attendees with great information as well as helpful hints on what to do next when in certain situations. He also provided additional hand-out materials. I would recommend him to speak at another seminar.

I was going through a rough time in my life. It didn’t have to do with my employment per se but it was definitely effecting my work and day to day life. I was basically being harassed and stalked by a now ex boyfriends ex wife. She continued to make false complaints on me at work, filed false police reports, and had me served with an injunction against harassment filled with outrageous lies. I reached out to Mr. Landeen through FOP when it was clear that no one was going to have my back. Simple things like obtaining the complaints and police reports seemed impossible dealing with the department I work for. Mr. Landeen handled everything for me so I could focus on getting my life back together. He obtained copies of everything I needed, helped me prepare for the hearing to fight the injunction, and appeared with me the day of so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Ultimately he got the injunction against me dropped AND was able to get injunction I ended up getting against this person upheld. He was great at keeping in contact and keeping me updated on what was going on. I appreciate his help greatly and would definitely recommend him to others.

I was referred to Boreale Law Office by my divorce attorney. Having never met in person before working together I did not expect to be as cared after, listened to, and so exceptionally guided through my very sticky & personal eviction as I did working with Samit. This already difficult situation was made a lot more difficult by the restrictions of the current Covid 19 guidelines. I was lost, confused and I lacked the knowledge and confidence I could maneuver through this tricky process successfully on my own. I was spoken to with dignity, kindness and respect. I was kept involved and up to speed on my case or communications consistently. I was involved in ideas, informed and educated on all the new restrictions and guidelines in a very professional yet “this is new to us too” way. Handling this the way he did made me feel secure in my decision to work with Samit. He never lacked the confidence that he knew the answer or the willingness to involve other capable minds to help me get the job done. Even when all of the CDC and Covid restrictions being new to everyone involved in the process, I felt nothing but professional confidence that He would find the answers, do the work, and represent myself and my family name exactly as I would have hoped for. I was awarded everything I was asking for in my case and couldn’t be more thrilled! I can say with confidence that I would have had very different results if it not for the talented Mr. Samit Bhalala and the Boreale team!

My wife and I selected Samit from a list of attorneys recommended by Hyatt Legal Services, which we subscribe to. He did not disappoint. Although our trust restatement was unique and somewhat complicated, Samit was fine with it. He scheduled a videoconference (this was early on in the pandemic) and we went through what we were interested in doing and why. After a short time, Samit came back with a set of draft documents for our review. We responded with a list of questions, referencing each question by document/paragraph number. We held a second videoconference to discuss the questions. Samit explained all the legalese with practiced skill and patience so that we understood. We discussed changes we were interested in and we each made a list of changes for him to work on. A second draft soon ensued. This time, since so little was off, we were able to make edits directly to the document. He compared the submitted docs with what he sent us, approved the changes, and we had a final set of document and a restated living trust. We met with Samit and a notary public to execute all the documents. And with that, we could finally relax. Samit was a pleasure to work with. At one point, as our trust desires were complex, I told him that, if what he was getting from Hyatt was not enough, we would gladly add whatever he thought appropriate. He declined, saying that he was being fairly compensated. We were shocked, since the last time we went through this process, our previous lawyer demanded additional payment. We feel this says a lot about Samit's approach - he is our advocate first and foremost. In short, the whole process was painless and the new set of documents are well done. We were not expecting the professionalism, humor, and general likeability in a lawyer. It was an unexpected surprise. We highly recommend Samit Bhalala.

Let me just say WOW. I spoke with Mae on the phone about my legal issue. She listened patiently and then gave me several options. My case was a little too small for her firm and I really appreciate her being honest and looking out for me financially. She is very informative. kind and respectful. If you have a larger case than mine then I would recommend her without hesitation.

We were completely pleased with the work that Mae Innabi did for use regarding the recent sale of our mother's condominium in Phoenix. She worked with us to successfully create a sales agreement and get the transaction closed in a very short period of time. Mae was extremely attentive to our needs and kept us well apprised of what was happening each step of the way. Adding to this is that we (the sellers) were in Illinois and California. It was no issue at all for Mae to work with us remotely to complete the task. Mae was able to make what could have been a very stressful process simple, clear and easy for us. After an illegal eviction attempt by my apartment complex, my daughter and I needed to just TALK to a lawyer about options moving forward. NO ONE, of a dozen Phoenix attorneys, would even return our calls or emails. This effort began back in October 2018, BEFORE this issue mushroomed in a very disturbing situation. We couldn’t get anyone to LISTEN long enough to retain them for a court hearing. Fortunately, I was able to get the case dismissed myself. But we still wanted the advice of a member of the bar. Ms. Innabi’s office not only LISTENED to me in my initial phone call, she scheduled a free 20 minute phone consult for the next business day. Throughout the weekend, I received confirming emails from her office which enabled me to dial down my stress level which has been overboard since October! Ms. Innabi took time out of her busy day to listen AND recommend a colleague whom specialized in the area of law that I was involved. Her clients are primarily landlords, therefore, under normal circumstances, representing me would be a conflict of interest. My issue is actual civil litigation which is not what she handles. Yet she was kind enough to listen and guide me to the right law office. I would have gladly PAID Ms. Innabi for her free advice. A plethora of other so-called Phoenix lawyers wouldn’t even take my money for a 15 minute consultation! I just hope they keep being “Ballers” for the rest of their career that can turn down FREE MONEY! Ms. Innabi exhibits the rare traits of professionalism and integrity which is sorely lacking among the Phoenix legal community. Thank you to Mae Innabi and her outstanding staff!

I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.

Alex was the first and only bankruptcy attorney I consulted with and hired. He explained the process clearly and concisely within our first appointment, and he was always responsive through the entire process. He also just seemed like a good human being and honest attorney. Randal took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong! I missed a hearing because I did something wrong and was not notified, and started to spiral. Again, I contacted so many attorneys for consults. This case was 5 years old, and the size of a mountain and Randal said YES! He fought for me, and when we there were things he wasn't sure he could handle himself...he brought on another attorney at no additional charge to me! Together, these two were my warriors and super heroes! Finally, after 7 years...my case is done and favorable! I cannot thank Randal Hutson enough for taking that chance on me and fighting for what was right!

Randal was the best attorney I've ever dealt with. After my accident I was very overwhelmed with all the medical bills, insurance and the lawsuit. Randal explains everything in terms you can understand, is always available for questions, whether its on the phone or over email he is always there to put your mind at ease. And most importantly Randal was brilliant during my arbitration and I received a settlement that was even more then I had originally hoped for. I hired Nora after my sibling's falsely accused me of not meeting my trustee duties. It was the hardest time of my life. I lost my parents and those who were supposed to be there to support me were against me. Nora did an incredible job at clearly explaining the next steps and helping me understand what options I had available. She kept me calm and focused on one step at a time. Even when she was faced with insane drama from my sibling's she stayed positive and always reassured me everything was going to be okay. She went above and beyond countless times, especially when my mom passed. I can't imagine getting through the last years without her knowledge, guidance, and empathy.
