Where do I begin with writing this review? Since my motorcycle collision with an F150 truck back in September 2013, I have sought closure and compensation for the incident. I was pulled out in front of by this said F150 truck with no warning.
After my couple of week stay in the hospital and quite a few large hospital bills later, I needed immediate representation to try and retrieve compensation for lost income, damage to myself and my motorcycle. I found this by a recommendation of a family friend when they referred me to Levenbaum Trachtenberg and the Law Tigers.
When I first called the Law Tigers, I was greeted in my home as I was out of work at the time and could not really travel. They assured me that they would fight for me in the very best possible way legally. After many obstacles and some time later, my case went to trial and we won. I want to thank this office, and especially Arcelia. I filed my DACA in February 2017, my work permit expired in July. I never got my work permit, Arcelia did tons of service request they would always email me back to tell me I would hearing from them in 15 days never did. Went and got a copy of my money order and Immigration cashed it on March 3, 2017. After arguing for a couple of months and showing the proof. I got my receipt in August 5, 2017, took my fingerprints and finally after my Attorney's office calling immigration and doing a total of 16 Service request I got Card last week. I was really frustrated and upset but one thing I can say is that every time I called Arcelia she would answer my call, and if she was busy she would tell me I will call you back and she did even if it was at 7 or 8 at night. Thank you very much. There was a point that I honestly thought I wasn't going to get it.

My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. I was really impressed with Deshon at the hearing, she was against another 10 rated lawyer in the town and the opponent was totally out of her element and Deshon was smart, poised and eloquent in her part of defense. I retained Attorney Barber's services to assist me with a good-cause exception for a fingerprint clearance card through the AZ Board of Fingerprinting. While I was ultimately denied a good-cause exception, it was not for lack of effort or legal skills of Mr. Barber. He took time to get to know me and understand the complexities of my case. He represented me in filing the initial paperwork to the Board, representing me at the administrative hearing, and filing a reply to the Administrative Law Judge's recommendation. At each stage of the process, Bretton was willing to help and put forth a really good effort to try to get my good-cause exception approved. Unfortunately, I believe Mr. Barber was correct in his assessment of the law as it applied to my case in that the Board should have granted my petition, but we don't live in a perfect world. I think my experience may signal the need for the legislature to take a closer look at which misdemeanor offenses should even be included on the statutory denial list and draft legislation that is fair to petitioners so simple misdemeanors cannot be grounds for denial in the first place. Based on my experience with Bretton Barber, I would not hesitate to recommend him to individuals facing situations that require good-cause exceptions or any other matters related to fingerprint clearance cards. It's been several years since I had to use Jim, but all I can say is there is literally no one better :) If you think that some miracle can come along and take you out of your circumstances stop praying and call Jim. I contacted Nicole when my own Living Will attempt on one of those "do-it-yourself" websites went awry. I had started the living will and trust, but needed to make changes. The online host was not open to making changes, so I found and contacted Nicole. Kevin was assigned to my case as a public defender. If I had the money I would still definitely choose him. I had a criminal charge that I was worried would interfere with future schooling/job offers. I was so happy that he got the prosecutor to dismiss the case.
He's very good at his job and honest. Straight to the point about how he wanted to approach the case. I appreciated his honesty and prompt responses if I'd leave messages for him on the phone. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in a bind.

Finding myself in the worst situation I have ever been in, Kevin was there with me through the entire process. It would be almost impossible to describe exactly what he means to me and my family. The first time we met, he was very open and honest about what I was facing and more importantly what he intended to do for me. This never changed throughout the entire process. He is the only man that I would ever trust to represent me or anyone close to me in the courtroom. I won't go into many specifics in this review but I quite literally would not be able to be home writing this right now if it wasn't for Kevin. He is an incredibly dedicated lawyer who cares very much about the success of the people he represents. I have now fulfilled much of my obligation to the courts and am satisfied with the resolution we were able to come to and I know that none of this would be possible of it wasn't for him. Even now, over a year since our first meeting, we are still in contact and he has always been incredibly supportive of my recovery and helping me to put all of this behind me and move forward with my life. Im glad I was lucky enough to end up with a lawyer as cool and good at his job as Kevin. I walked into this entire process blindfolded and really didn't know what to expect but Kevin helped me out big time by going over the process and helping me understand what to expect. Also, because I lived out of state Kevin did a great job of keeping in touch and giving me suggestions as we went along!
