Where do I begin with writing this review? Since my motorcycle collision with an F150 truck back in September 2013, I have sought closure and compensation for the incident. I was pulled out in front of by this said F150 truck with no warning.
After my couple of week stay in the hospital and quite a few large hospital bills later, I needed immediate representation to try and retrieve compensation for lost income, damage to myself and my motorcycle. I found this by a recommendation of a family friend when they referred me to Levenbaum Trachtenberg and the Law Tigers.
When I first called the Law Tigers, I was greeted in my home as I was out of work at the time and could not really travel. They assured me that they would fight for me in the very best possible way legally. After many obstacles and some time later, my case went to trial and we won. I have this law firm to sincerely thank for this and I want to especially thank Mr. Henry and Mr. Trachtenberg for representing me during the toughest times during this case. My son was in a horrible motorcycle accident and his right leg was amputated by the vehicle that hit him. He was in ICU and I was by his side every minute. We got T-boned at an intersection by an SUV going about 60 miles an hour. The SUV was coming off a freeway at full speed and running a red light. Our body on frame 4Runner saved our lives, Kellen saved our bank account. And, made sure all our bills were paid. Not only does Kellen know what he is doing, he is passionate about it. Passionate, professional, thorough, and willing to fight for our case. Kellen tracked down the driver trying to avoid service of court papers. Kellen tracked down the driver to a location outside the U.S. to get the driver deposed. Kellen filed our case in court to make sure the next time the driver causes a crash there is an official record of what happened, and maybe the police will be more likely to take the driver to jail and take away the driver’s license. Kellen kept our case on track despite all the court delays caused by the COVID shutdowns. Nothing can replace the time we lost in our lives recovering. I was struck and injured while riding my motorcycle and left with permanent injuries. The recovery from the physical injury and financial stress was overwhelming and left me spiraling. I want to thank this office, and especially Arcelia. I filed my DACA in February 2017, my work permit expired in July. I never got my work permit, Arcelia did tons of service request they would always email me back to tell me I would hearing from them in 15 days never did. Went and got a copy of my money order and Immigration cashed it on March 3, 2017. After arguing for a couple of months and showing the proof. I got my receipt in August 5, 2017, took my fingerprints and finally after my Attorney's office calling immigration and doing a total of 16 Service request I got Card last week. I was really frustrated and upset but one thing I can say is that every time I called Arcelia she would answer my call, and if she was busy she would tell me I will call you back and she did even if it was at 7 or 8 at night. Thank you very much. There was a point that I honestly thought I wasn't going to get it.

I've litigated various kinds of matters for 25 years, but I wasn't about to even try and handle my own family law matter, especially one that was as complex and difficult as ours (moving children out of state). That said, I know a good lawyer when I see one. Not only was David incredibly responsive, but he was also thorough, easy to work with, prepared and -- most important -- had the kind of mature judgment that was needed to carefully thread the needle in our case to get the desired result. He left nothing on the table, but he also knew what issues were important and what truly needed to be communicated to the court. While I hope I never need his assistance again, should you have an important family law matter and if he is able to accept your case, you should thank your lucky stars because he and his entire team are truly the best I've ever come across. I found Diane Drain just by going through Google and looking for an attorney who can help me understand bankruptcy. She was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained what will be expected of me. It was a scary thought for me, filing for bankruptcy because I have always believed that I should he responsible for my debts even if they have been putting me in so much stress that my health started to suffer. Best attorney ever! I had a horrible experience with my hoa not releasing old liens and double billing during litigation. We went back and forth for 13 years until I hired Jonathan Dessaules as my hoa attorney within 2 months my liens were released and my ledger was zero. I highly recommend any issues you may have with your hoa hire him do not try to fight on your own the laws are easily mis leading hard to understand he knew every law Jonathan was able explain why it was not right to me and he was able to have it cleared up fast. I had an almost 6000 ledger go to zero for my family to truly start fresh! I wish I found him in 2010 would have saved me so much more.

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
We contacted Jon Dessaules from Dessaules Law Group and from the first conversation we knew we had come to the right place. Jon knew from experience the possible outcomes and walked us through what would most likely happen. Before our initial conversation, Jon took the time to review the facts about the case and various documents we had provided.

My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. I was really impressed with Deshon at the hearing, she was against another 10 rated lawyer in the town and the opponent was totally out of her element and Deshon was smart, poised and eloquent in her part of defense. From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn. Leading up to court, I was confident I had the best team possible.
