Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with having attorney Robb Gavin help me with my real estate needs. I have just used him again for assistance in another real estate issue that he came through for me again! I was very pleasantly surprised how expedient and fair he was with his fees. Mr. Gavin originally asked me for a retainer to secure his services. He was so efficient with his work that he sent me back more than half his retainer. You can't be more honest than that!

I've recently hired Mr. Cuddy and found to have his service provided to be very professional and an excellent process. For my ticket I had was a traffic violation in the county of Washington in PA. Being that I was from out of state I was unsure of where to turn to because I was not a local resident. Within hiring Mr. Cuddy he provided great communication and answered whatever questions I needed clarification on. From the intake to the court sentence I was very pleased with his services and I would highly recommend him to a friend or for future cases.

Colm William Kenny is terrific as a person and very professional as a lawyer in court of law.
Two years ago we purchased our first house and found out that the seller omitted to disclose structural work that was made in the past in the basement. Bill agreed to represent us in the case, came few times to our house to understand in depth the problem in our basement. The hearing lasted more than 2 days, and Bill demonstrated tremendous speech and strong arguing abilities, always having the last word. We were sincerely very impressed by his performance all along the hearing.
