I received a letter from a rental property I had recently moved from. Despite receiving a 30 notice, the property was attempting to charge me an additional 17 days worth of rent. As a servicemember, I was aware of my rights under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) but was not knowledgeable of all the legal complexities and common tricks used by leasing offices to get around the law. Beth quickly research my options and was able to provide the necessary guidance to this developing issue. After my conversation with Beth, I spoke to my former leasing office. I informed them I had spoken to my lawyer and would not simply send them the check for the additional 17 days. The leasing office immediately changed their tone and stated lawyers would not need to be involved in the matter. In the subsequent conversation, the leasing office dropped the 17 day charge and ended up sending me a check for the remainder of my security deposit. I don’t believe I would have received that outcome had it not been for the tailored advice I had received from Beth.

Members of my crew were cited for not having proper fall protection. In photos, taken by the OSHA rep, it showed that they were tied off correctly. The rep then cited them for improperly using a cooking device with an extension cord on the site. I felt that the fine was wrong and decided to hire an attorney to review the situation. Atty Guyton communicated with OSHA in a timely manner and was able to get the fine drastically reduced.

Mr. Ravi Manne was very professional from the initial consultancy until the satisfactory outcome of our case. Our case was sent in on 2/20/2015 and on 2/24/2015 we were notified that our I601a had been approved!
I started the I-601 process with another attorney but found out that attorney had been disbarred for fraud. When I found out I no longer had an attorney I received an RFE from immigration.
I decided to contact Ravi because he had successfully completed an H1B transfer for my employer.
Even though we were in the middle of our I-601a process, Ravi picked up our case and stuck with us even though we had such little time to present our case. By the time i contacted Ravi, we had less than 2 weeks to respond to the RFE.
He asked us to gather the required documents and gave us a detailed list of what we needed to gather. After we turned over all the documents to him, he promptly and accurately prepared our application. After all the applications were signed, he sent them to the immigration office without any delay.
Ravi was extremely dedicated to our case. We spent many evenings on the phone and numerous emails back and forth to meet our deadline. He was very attentive to our case and answered all of our questions (And there were quite a few questions!)
My husband and I want to thank Mr. Manne for his dedication, hardwork, attentiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and communication. We want to thank him especially for his willingness to deal with our nervousness and worries. He went above and beyond his responsibilities by making sure that we understood the process and answered any questions we could possibly think of.

In a time of family crisis, Anthony's help was invaluable. Sadly, our 34 year old son recently passed away in a swimming accident in Raleigh. Mrs. Lassiter represented my autistic brother in a modification of guardianship hearing. Having experience with her own special needs child, she got to see the dire situation my brother was in with his current group home. Not only did she show a genuine love and urgency for his well being, she took it upon herself to follow through with a complaint to the state on the conditions and treatment at the home. All of this done on her own, not because we asked her too because we hit roadblocks at every turn, but she did it on her own time. In a world which seems to be so misguided and upside down, it was nice to have a breath of fresh air with an angel in disguise. My worker's comp case began in 2005 while employed with the state. It dragged on forever as I was shuffled doctor to doctor and given the run-around. I was not hurt seriously enough to warrant a court hearing but did need advice as to how to bring my case to closure and still receive a due impairment award. Ben didn't know me and still took the time to properly advise me so that I could handle the case on my own. Because of him, my case is finally coming to an end. He provided me with the proper information to be able to negotiate with the worker's comp company. I was so impressed that he was not concerned about what was in it for him but what was best for me.
