I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is not only persuasive, knowledgeable yet an firm attorney, he also charges a very reasonable price. This combination is hard to find and I was lucky to have that benefit. Brian is calm, keen, and fair. Going through a divorce is horrible and having an attorney that one can trust completely is key. Brian has years of experience and understands the law and the nature of people. My recommendation would be to hire him, and then listen to him and let him do his job. I was visiting from out of state when an incident occurred that left me in need of legal assistance. After reaching out to several area professionals and repeatedly being told that my situation didn't warrant their help, I was feeling hopeless. I decided to make one more attempt to seek aid and it was attorney Findlater who picked up the phone. I again told my story believing I'd be turned down, but he listened. He heard what I had to say and understood my concerns, and more importantly, he believed I had a valid complaint. From that day on he worked very hard for me and he never gave up. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but would 'check in' with me and update my file periodically. It did take 2 years to finally get a hearing with a judge. With the guidance provided by Kevin, to our organization, I know our growth and future are in good hands.
Kevin has handled many major legal cases for us including the buyout of a partner, relationships with new partners, advice on MSA agreements with our largest customers while providing advice on employee issues, and other crucial situations for our business. FYI-- we are a technical consulting and advisory firm. Especially for clients with some understanding of the legal ramifications of their contracts, Mr. Learned and his firm offer an extremely cost effective and agile set of legal services. We have been using this firm for about six months and we have enjoyed the rapid turn around, flexibility of access, and deep knowledge they offer. One minor caveat-- I believe it is the responsibility of every client to READ THEIR OWN DOCUMENTS and not COMPLETELY rely on legal counsel for their review. Your legal representation knows your business and your potential liabilities, but not well enough that you should allow legal reviews to take place without your personal and detailed review of terms and legal language. With that said, Mr. Learned and his firm have provided excellent services for us!

Danielle is great! I recently finalized my divorce which lasted about 1 year. From my first interaction with her, she was very attentive to my wishes and understanding of my hopes. She was direct with me when my ideals were not realistic yet patiently willing to work with me if I was still determined to stay a certain course. She listened to me when it was just she and I and fought for me when she interacted with opposing counsel. She’s articulate, sharp, knowledgeable, intuitive and most importantly, honest. Robert Dain is the best lawyer in this area. He is a seasoned legal professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. Well respected in the courts, and held in high regard, Mr. Dain is fair and honest, humble -- all while committing himself to his clients' best interest in their case. I swiftly moved my divorce case to Mr. Dain after realizing my "family law" junior attorney was not making any traction, unfriendly and one who pandered to the OC. Mr. Dain is savvy and simply genuine. He had my best interest and that of my children at the forefront, in advocating for me. He had to work quickly to undo the former attorney's lack of detail for an upcoming deposition. It was amazing how quickly Mr. Dain got up to speed; asking all of the right questions, to my now ex-husband. We settled and did not go to court yet Mr. Dain was prepared in the event the opposing team would not cooperate. Robert (Bob) Dain and his partners at his firm handled my case (foreclosure resulting in subrogation claim filing Breach of Contract) in a professional manner and I didn't feel like he was 'riding the clock' so to speak on my case. EXPERIENCE MATTERS.... The plaintiff in my case was hoping for easy picking but Bob and his firm was able to blow it out of the water causing the Plaintiff Attorney to request a non-suit (Dismissal without Prejudice).
If you have a $90K problem you need a GOOD attorney and I would not hesitate to counsel Bob and his firm again for cases in Virginia.

Nicole Burns came recommended to me by the attorney I had (and trusted). When my attorney decided to leave law to raise a family, she told me that Nicole was a lot like her -- she takes the high road and doesn't get into dirty fighting with other attorneys. Exactly right. Nicole is a class act and works hard for you. She's a tough negotiator. And she really listened and fought for me and my child. This was a custodial agreement that needed to be modified and she worked hard to do what was best for my child. My child is on the spectrum and she was empathetic and understanding with how to work with a child under these circumstances. Best of all, she brought perspective and kept me on track. I am an independent consultant in Northern Virginia with an LLC and have had Jeff review a few contracts.
He is excellent at communicating and is very responsive. When I email, he responds rapidly. When he says he'll get back to me at a certain time, he does. When we need to have a call, it is easy to schedule time.
Additionally, his edits to my contracts were definitely in my best interest. I know this because he spoke with me over the phone and gave thorough explanations of every change in each contract. His thoroughness means I much more comfortable when I eventually sign.
For these reasons, I'd absolutely recommend him if you need contracts reviewed for your small business.

I hired Mr. Nath about a year ago because of a tax matter I had with the IRS.
I had very little hopes and possibilities to succeed were less than good.

We hired Craig Cibak to set up a revocable living trust, pour over wills, medical directives, living wills, and durable power of attorney documents. Craig is a pleasure to work with. Sharon worked alongside my primary lawyer, Brian Hirsch. The case involved my ex suddenly stopping spousal support with out going through the courts and then suing me to stop support altogether. She was my main point of contact and did most of the research thorough discovery. She was always available and supportive. In Spring 2014, I needed to perform a merger of my old company into a new one, that I just opened in another state. This can be a somewhat complicated process, dealing with the various Federal and State agency rules, especially if you want to preserve your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number).
