In Spring 2014, I needed to perform a merger of my old company into a new one, that I just opened in another state. This can be a somewhat complicated process, dealing with the various Federal and State agency rules, especially if you want to preserve your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number). Jennifer lead me carefully through the entire process, was very efficient and responsive. She paid great attention to all the details, so that the process was almost perfectly smooth. Jennifer took care of all the correspondence with the Federal and State agencies and helped me prepare all the legal documents. She really cared about getting my issue resolved and about helping me. I highly recommend her services.
