Shannon is handling my current divorce. Very patient and understanding, yet gives it to you straight and truthful. Very fair in regards to cost. Has charged 1/3 of my wife's attorney yet has filled me in more and made sure I understand what she is doing for me in trying to move forward. Has recommended actions to me that I have taken and some I have not, but understands why I decided not to without badgering me. I'm no easy client, and I have probably handcuffed her in defending me. But she consults me and gives it to me from both perspectives. I'm so glad I found her services and double glad she accepted me as a client. Her assistant Kaila is a saint as well. Thanks to both of them for helping me.

I hired Ms. Otto to assist me with my divorce in 2012. She was very easy to work with and did a great job in dealing with my ex husbands attorney. We were able to come to an amicable separation agreement in a very reasonable amount of time which was important to me so that things didn’t get dragged out. I also hired her and her partner Mr. Locke to assist me in another part of my divorce which had to do with my mothers will and again they were nothing but professional and swift in getting that situation wrapped up. I have referred quite a few folks to Ms. Otto including my daughter for a prenuptial agreement. If you’re looking for a great lawyer that will get things done in a timely fashion with your best interest at heart look no further.

I retained Ms. Shannon Otto and she helped me to file a couple of show cause motions for contempt of court, she also helped me to increase my visitation time, and to update our child support schedule. I am extremely impressed with Ms. Otto. She is very knowledgeable, professional and honest attorney. During the discovery phase she was very thorough and she made me work a lot to compile all the information that could serve as evidence. I really appreciate the way that she represented me in court, in front of the Judge, Ms. Otto was always very well prepared. She focused on the important issues, and she chose her battles wisely. At the end, I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. Her paralegal, Ms. Craig was very helpful, she always kept me informed on the development of my case and she always got back to me to answer my questions.

My mother moved into assisted living four months ago. Her long-term care insurance originally denied coverage. I hired Ms Follis and we filed an appeal. Mr Follis was reasonably priced and expeditious with services. We didn't have to go to court. I am very pleased.

Wow! Working with Mrs. Stewart was one of the best investments I've ever made-next to investing in real estate! The service I requested was a contract review and she pretty much dissected the contract and exposed sinister intention. She explained how contracts should be construed in accordance to the locality/state of the party. She offered great advice such as being able to exit a contract under your terms and that it shouldn't be unilateral or in the favor of the other person. There is so much more I could write, but I have to go to bible study now!

Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran! For the first incident, a felony hit and run she reduced it to a misdemeanor and I was able to keep my license in addition to just being such a calming energy in the midst of what felt like the worst storm ever. Recently, I received a misdemeanor marijuana charge and of course I called her and not only did she give me a break financially she took care of the case quickly and efficiently with the best possible outcome in my favor.

Ms. Debra Desmore Corcoran esq. was able to take time out of her very busy schedule to consult with me on a matter that I was continuously hitting dead ends on for numerous days & it was exhausting and disappointing. Suddenly, almost like an Angel was kind enough to visit me, I was told information that I was seeking & given a proper direction in which to head towards. Mr. Mattox represented me on a speeding violation, which would have resulted in a recklace driving violation. He explained the whole process step by step and took care of everything me promptly. He then appeared in court on my behalf, and successfully negotiated a significantly reduced sentence of Defective Equipment. a non-moving violation with no points, no stress over affecting my insurance. Did have to pay court costs and fine, but well worth it. It could have been a nightmare for me, had I tried to handle it on my own especially with a CDL. Mr Samuels was helpful as much as possible. I hired him over 2 years ago to assist me with my disability claim. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way he kept in touch and was always a step ahead in the claim process. As today,promptly returns calls.
I have a current insurance company issue & need guidance in the steps to get this rectified so providers can be paid as in the past 30+ yrs I have been with them as a spouse of a retiree.
Understandably, Mr Samuels does have to require a Escrow account deposit to start his assistance. He was very thorough in explaining the associated fee and is understandable given the possibility of time devoted. Unfortunately SSDI is my only income. I don't qualify for any assistance the government supposedly pays those who are unable to meet living requirements due to my being married and my husband receiving actually less per month than I do after the SS insurance Part B deduction.
Mr Samuels is so professional and shows genuine empathy given my disability when initially spoke with him in 2019. He has shown that same professionalism given my current situation. I would (and have) highly recommended this lawyer who genuinely cares more about the client than the understable need for case charge currency. However it is very competitive given the economy and other providers in his profession. Mr Samuels dedicated the time to assure my disability case moved swiftly through the system process and held true to any statement made. Worked with several of my providers as needed . Was very professional in guiding me through the required process of gathering office and the many procedure notes required by me from the Social Security Administration. Mr Samuels is very knowledgeable in the disability program and the way he breaks the language down to layman's terms is a helpful qualification of many definite accomplishments acquired by this top notch attorney.

The Patent process can be scary, expensive and frustrating. It is well published that patent approval could take three to six years and there is no guarantee of success. However, our experience has been the complete opposite of that trend ….. largely due to Brian’s hard work with my little technology company over the past five years.
To date we have received five patents from the USPTO and have the like amount pending with the USPTO. Putting aside Brian’s vast experience and knowledge on the patent process, Brian’s greatest contribution to our process has been his ability to first, listen to what I am trying to accomplish and then have the courage to disagree with me if he feels that we are going down the wrong path. This is a quality that provides my company a sense of comfort and allows for more discussion and collaboration.
In summary, Brian’s “hands on approach” has greatly benefited my company and I recommend his services to anyone that is looking for this quality when choosing the proper patent attorney.

Mr. Bradshaw was very attentive to everything I needed and wanted. Being the first lawyer I ever needed, he made the process as easy as possible for me. He informed me of the entire legal process being that I had no prior experience. He kept me fully informed on everything that was going to occur in court ahead of time down to the judges name. During the 3 year long process both JoAnna and Christy kept me informed of any and all changes as well the progression of my hearing. Joanna and her staff filed my application, my appeals, and Joanna went to a hearing with me. Her staff is very knowledgable about all aspects of Social Security. If I couldn't talk to Joanna, I could talk to K and she would be able to answer most of my questions. They were upfront and honest with me the entire time and never let me lose hope with kind words and a good sense of humor. It was an experience that I don't want to repeat, but if I had to, I would not go any other way. Joanna was able to tell me what she thought of the hearing/what decision the judge would make when we left. Michael Huyoung was a godsend for us. At age 68 I found myself in a situation I never could have imagined and was being prosecuted by the federal government and was looking at a long sentence.
Never ever in all my 68 years have I ever faced such a frightening possibility and had never, prior to that time, been involved in crime. I was informed by the FBI that I needed to get a good attorney.
With no experience and things like that I was at a loss to even know where to begin so I asked our eldest son, who was a policeman at that time, who he would recommend and he immediately said Michael Huyoung. Over his many years as a policeman he had seen hundreds of attorneys at work and he said Michael was the best.
He was absolutely correct.
It was a complicated case and Michael invested the time and effort both to understand what was the nature of what I was accused of and communicate honestly with me regarding what might be my outcome. Even though I my wife and I were terrified he never offered false hope but was forthright and objective.
Even the US attorney told us that I had a very good attorney.
