Our experience, since becoming clients of Attorney Christopher Johnson, has been excellent. Christopher first handled my case where I was involved in an automobile accident while on a business trip, out in Seattle. This happened over 20 years ago. The rental car was totaled, and though I suffered only minor injuries. Mr. Johnson was able to get me a settlement from the owner of the truck that was responsible for the damage to at least three cars, all of which were stopped on a highway off-ramp, due to construction and lane reduction. Luckily (at least for me), I was 2nd in line, and didn’t receive the full brunt of the initial collision, but the force was hard enough to push my car into the van in front of me. The people in the van had the nerve to sue me, and Christopher was able to get that lawsuit thrown out of court. Since then, Mr. Johnson has advised us on many other legal and financial matters, both major and minor, and we consider him to be a good friend as he is always looking out for our best interests. I highly recommend engaging Attorney Christopher Johnson for your legal matters.

The day following my son’s arrest, we were in a state of shock and immediately hired a different attorney affiliated with one of those DWI firms that you see heavily advertised on billboards. Over the next couple of months, as details of the case emerged, it became increasingly clear that there were issues with the initial stop and inconsistencies with the evidence, but the attorney did not seem to be fully engaged or have mastery of the facts of the case. Often, I would reach out to him when I found an issue and would get no response or a response at the last minute, as if he only looked at the material the morning before the court appearance. Each court date it seemed like he was “going through the motions” with a foregone conclusion that the case would simply be pled down. When I brought up issues with discovery, or the police report, or frustration that no one was reviewing the full facts of the case, I was most often met with a shrug and some comment along the lines of “that’s just how it is in the criminal justice system.” He advised my son to request and accept a plea deal and had us nearly convinced that if we tried to push forward with motions, etc., we were just risking a worse outcome. But this was my kid, and accepting a sentence without anyone really considering the facts of the case just didn’t feel right, so we reached out to an experienced friend for advice and she said, “Fire that guy. You need to hire Ed Fiandach.”
At our initial consultation with Ed, he immediately identified that there were issues with the traffic stop and cited the relevant case law. He said the right next step was to file motions to suppress the stop. “You should never skip the steps,” he said. When I shared that the other attorney told us that filing motions could result in a worse sentence and maybe the plea is the best we can do, Ed said something that put everything in to focus. He said, “Your son hasn’t even had a defense yet.” He gave us confidence that my son shouldn’t just accept the plea deal. Ed and his team filed the motions, and when the hearing happened, Ed knew exactly what to say and do to show that the prosecution had not established probable cause for the traffic stop. To follow-up, he wrote a memorandum of law that was thorough, detailed, and fact-based that clearly supported his motion to suppress the evidence. Ed knows the law inside and out and through his efforts, my son’s case was dismissed.
Throughout the entire process, Ed was responsive when we had questions, patient, and most importantly, kind to both me and my son. I am forever grateful to Ed and his team for helping my family through this difficult situation.

I had a bit of anxiety over filing bankruptcy like many people probably do. I also felt embarrassed to be in this situation. Ken, however, always treated me with respect and honesty, and never made me feel worse about the situation. He laid out the entire process step-by-step and provided all the information and resources I needed to complete.. In the end, my agreement was able to help me be in a far better financial situation or at least one that I could see light at the end of the tunnel. He was insistent on creating a plan that I could achieve and not one that be doomed to fail. Communication was always timely and clear. I really feel like I have a new lease on my financial situation and couldn't have done it without Ken's help.

Ken helped me in so many ways , first was chapter 13 and feeling confident that he would win our case. And we did . When Covid-19 came about , it was a different sort of story for me and my family . I had to quit my job of 8 years to stay home and Remote Virtual teach my new Kindergartener . So all bets were off . I had no income and no way to pay my Chapter 13 trustee . I went to Ken , asking to help me convert to Chapter 7 . This was all brand new to everyone , himself , me , the courts , the creditors , as this is a Pandemic and I was not fired , I chose to quit to keep my family safe . Meredith is a good communicator. If she nurtured this trait some more instead of foolishly spouting things off she might be a better lawyer. Additionally, Meredith took it upon herself to discuss my case behind my back to parties not involved. I found this out after my case had closed. Regrettably, Idid not file a grievance with the bar association when I should have.
There is a level of arrogance with her that I cannot comprehend. Honestly, she should be ashamed of herself and disbarred. Would not recommend. Ever.

We met Rick in 2003 when my husband was permanently injured on the job and forced to take an early retirement because of it. Rick has always been honest with us and put my husbands best interest first over the years in the many times that we have had to go attend hearings. Would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to compensation lawyer Richard Ferguson with his guidance, knowledge and professionalism with Workman's Compensation. I was hurt on the job in July 2000 & my Union leaders advised me to get a compensation lawyer realizing that it was a serious accident. Richard was by my side every step of the way, something the larger firms cannot offer. He was very knowledgeable about the DWI process and explained everything that would happen in the justice system and the DMV. Facing charges in the #1 county for DWI convictions and a strong case against me, Richard was able to reduce my sentencing to the minimum sentence allowed by law. He kept me out of jail, off probation, and I was able to drive with a conditional license. He quickly answered any questions I had. I was able to live a somewhat normal life as I knew Richard was taking care of the problem. The best advice I can give anyone in my position would be to hire Richard.
