My wife and I contacted Roman to work our family court matter. He handled
everything for us - working with Monroe County to make sure that all the
paperwork was filled out quickly and correctly. He was prompt in letting us
know when we needed to fill out something or when he heard back from the
county regarding any delays.
He did a great job and was well respected by everyone that he needed to
work with. The judge was really impressed with him (which can go a long way
when dealing in family court). He was very knowledgeable regarding the
process and knew where to find answers for the tough weird questions that
arise during the process.
I strongly recommend Roman for anything you might need an attorney for, but
especially for family court or legal advice for family court matters.

This office is located downtown behind the War Memorial. Parking is rough and sometimes there isn't any at the building itself so you need to locate another lot and walk or park on the street and walk. Not the most convenient but downtown Rochester isn't the most convenient.

We were warned that the schedule to complete our home purchase was very optimistic and that it would be difficult for the title work to be finished in this time frame. Tim not only made sure it was on time…it was early. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly answered all of our questions. Attorney Dedes helped me settle a dispute I had with a customer of my business. He worked with me and the other lawyer to arrive at an equitable settlement and procedures to avert future disputes. He then set up an LLC for the business. His office is managed by a highly competent paralegal as well.

Recently a financial legal issue turned my life upside down. Please do yourself a favor a find a different law firm to represent you. This place has more hidden fees than Verizon Wireless. My matter was resolved in the summer but yet I still receive bills every other month with a different fee. Nice guy but complete waste of money.
