When my ex left she was hell bent on making sure she could hurt me by using our children as a weapon. Judith put a stop to that fast! She got me temporary visitation quickly and helped me every step of the way to make sure I could fight for custody. I started out trying to talk to my ex's attorney alone and she was playing really rough talking about mandatory supervised visits acting really tough. heck I didn't know the law I was ready to crawl under a rock and cry myself to sleep thinking I'd never get to hold my daughters again. I'll never forget the day I hired judith she told me not to worry. I was scared going into that first court hearing but that fear quickly vanished as I watched the opposing counsel try and question their witness and Judy stood up objected for whatever legal reason and the judge said Sustained. The lawyer tried again to refraise the question and before she could get a response from her witness Judith stood again Objected for some other reason and the Judge said Sustained. the lawyer looked so lost she walked back to the desk where her Boss was sitting and then he stood and informed the Judge that he would be questioning the witness. The judge agreed Well here we go again before he could finish his question judith was on her feet again objeting for something legal sounding and the Judge again said sustained. She did that to him 2 more times then he walked back to his desk said he was finished. (more like humiliated if you ask me). He stated he was done then it was Judiths turn to examine the witness. my ex was so frazzled after watching her attorney and her attorneys boss get hammered by judith that she didn't know which way was up. Judy questioned her and had her admitting to basically everything I had told her about. She would ask a question and if she was silly enough to lie Judith had the evidence ready to submit to the courts. in the end I got to see my daughters. I don't know about you but the money I paid judith was well worth it. She worked hard at making sure My daughters ended up with daddy just like I had wanted. Look someone is going to hire her so if you are going to have to fight in court I guarantee you do not want Judith sitting at the opposing counsels table. if you see her sitting there might as well tell your attorney to ask her what it is she wants for her client and then try and work with her because if she has to fight you for it she will win and she will get what she wants and guess what then you are still going to have to pay for Judiths services because she will make sure the court orders you to pay for her clients services. So if you're going to have to pay for her anyway might as well make sure she is on your side and not the ex's.. I wish I could tell you how many times she would work on my case till late at night only to have to get up and be in court the next morning with me. She had the opposing counsel so affraid that when they would see me in the halls of the court room they would walk in the other direction for fear that she was close by. lol I tried other lawyers before and kept getting my butt handed to me Heck I will always keep Judiths business card in my wallet from now on.

We got referred to Mr. Lowe from another attorney. We had a lawyer prior to Allen that was very expensive, so you would think that they would do a lot. Wrong. Then we met Allen and while he was a bit more expensive than the other lawyers we were looking into. This man has helped my family, tremendously. We had a custody case and he has been thorough through it all. He has answered all our questions. He is always level headed and always made sure we knew he would always do the best he could. He was way more attentive than any lawyer; that i have previously employed.
He has a lot of pro's and i have already recommended him to another family member.
We appreciate Allen. He was and continues to be an amazing representive of our family. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. Previous lawyers, the DA, the probation officer all said this could not happen but our lawyer made it happen. Amazing. Just wish i had known about her sooner and my child would not have had to wait 3mths on house arrest. Everyone I spoke to talked about how difficult Judge Kelsey's court is and that my child had little hope. Our impression of the court was changed by our lawyer Gladys Del Fierro, With the proper attorney everything is possible. Thank God for Mr. Foster! I had a very bad and unfounded criminal case and Mr. Foster saved my freedom. From the moment he took my case, he worked hard to get it resolved. He is smart and seems to really know the law. I could call him day or night and even on the weekends and he would return my call by the next day. A little more than three years ago, a medical team made mistakes during and after a routine procedure that nearly resulted in my death. I spent a month and a half in intensive care and had to take five months off from work to recuperate. The suffering was unimaginable, and I still have significant pain. No matter how blatant the doctors' failings were, the first malpractice attorneys I consulted didn't think my case was strong enough to pursue. In Tyler, I found a champion for my cause. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Kelly on two occasions this year. The 1st time I was renting from a rogue property owner who refused to fix the a/c when it was hot and the heating unit in the middle of winter. When the unit was finally fixed she transferred the costs back to me and wouldn't accept rent until the balance of $1,100 was covered. I immediately retained Attorney Kelly and within 30 days she and the property mgmt company agreed they were responsible for the unit expense, dropped the case, and allowed me and my family to move out a month early! The 2nd time I needed legal advice and Attorney Kelly was there prompty to provide me with the proper guidance. Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome. I comfortable with him and what he had to say from the get go. He layed it all on the table and didn't sugar coat anything. He told him how it was straight foward. I just completed the most difficult mediation of my career. We literally worked for 22 hours straight. First time ever in jail and looking at felony 2 with a court appointed lawyer and I was terrified by all the horror stories of my fellow inmates. My odds at getting one to actually care to show up and discuss my case with me were little to none. I heard continuously bad things about most court appointed lawyers. They finally assigned one to me four weeks in and by 9 am the next morning his team was there to work to help me. I was blown away. He immediately went to work for me and was never to busy to answer questions of any kind .and put the effort into my case. When my first court date arrived and was reset with no future date I was horrified. Within one week I was out of jail with case dismissed and back at home where I belong. I can't say it enough.. Thank you Anthony Cantrell. You were a cut above the rest.

I sought out Packard Law Firm for representation since at least 2014. In the firm they have many nice and caring attorneys, legal aids and staff. However Michael Gross did what my last attorney did not, which was win my case! In meetings over the phone and in person he was always prepared and knowledgeable of my extensive medical history. I had faith in his capabilities because he showed true compassion for me, and for his career. He knew which one of my disabilities was the best to lead with, and throughout the hearing he was poised and articulate. For me it wasn’t just a hearing for social security, it was a fight for my life. He took my doctors notes, medical history and discussions of my pain and suffering to accurately convey to the judge the representation of my “quality of life”, or lack there of. Throughout the hearing it was evident that my faith was well placed in his hands. He thoroughly knew my medical background, was able to direct the judge to exactly where to look throughout the documentation of my exstensive medical history, as well as recite medical definitions & findings for my conditions. He was very professional and talked me through all the steps in preparing for my hearing with the judge. Sat with me while I was talking with the judge and let me know how it was going. After the hearing, he briefed me on how I did and let me know that I was going to receive the benefits that I was asking for in the hearing. I received my full benefits. Then he set me up with another member of the Packard team to explain the process of receiving benefits and how Social Security works. He responded to my calls or email every time within a day and was very caring. I should have gone to them from the beginning. I would definitely go with the Packard Team again. Thank you Mike!!!

Eduardo was the perfect lawyer. He gets back to you in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question he knew how to word it just right for me to understand it.
