Mr. Oknyansky helped my wife, my uncle, and I when things needed to be done correctly and efficiently. My wife and I were on our honeymoon when our property dispute was happening at the same time. Although we were overseas trying to enjoy ourselves, he handled our case by representing us and keeping things in order till we returned. In the end, Mr. Oknyansky helped us come to an agreement that all parties signed to split and part ways. My wife, my uncle and I couldn't be happier with the results during such a tough time in our lives.
2017:
Fast forward to 2017, paperworks needed to be signed regarding our properties once again, and with his guidance, we were able to clear things up. He provided us the bigger picture, by giving his honest opinion on the matter at hand, and guided my wife and I on how to proceed. He was there to look over every documents to safeguard our interests.

If you’re seeking an attorney who values ethics, honesty, and professional integrity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Matthew Sundly. My ex-wife, Haley Beck, and her new husband, Joshua Turley, hired Sundly to handle a custody case involving my two children. Throughout the process, Sundly, in collusion with his clients, consistently misled the courts, blatantly broke basic court rules of procedure, and falsely filed baseless claims of threats and harassment against me. This resulted in a restraining order that was later dismissed, but only after it wasted everyone’s time and resources.
Sundly also attempted to spin an innocent office visit into a supposed veiled "threat"—a ridiculous stretch even for a lawyer trying to win a case. His transparent manipulation of facts and truth in the courtroom is beyond reprehensible. His singular aim has been to help his clients rip away my parental rights and prevent me from seeing my own children until they are adults.

Mike Ayaz of Blake and Ayaz is the lawyer you want in your corner. He represented me in a case brought on by ABC. It was already in a default judgment against me because ABC never properly notified me that there was a case against my establishment. Mike was able to get the default judgment thrown out and allowed me to start anew. The outcome was more than expected. I like that he did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest about my chances and the possible outcome from the beginning. Oh, and he took my call from day one. The other law firm took my name and said they would call back the following week.
