The other review was dead on. Michael handled a case for me a few years ago and went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an Attorney. Grace was very flexible with my schedule (I work out of town) and kept me informed on the status of my case in a very unpleasant situation with my ex-husband.
Her willingness to go the extra mile helped me be able to have the situation addressed and settled in court with most of my requests being granted by the court.
Grace even worked on my case while she was on vacation with her family (this was WAY more than I had ever expected).

He is incredible! If you're in need of an attorney, Mr. C Peters is the one! I had hired him on for a case of mine that I don't need to get into but in short, my good nature was taken advantage of which resulted in litigation. If I had gone anywhere else, I don't think it would have worked out the same. I say that b/c, being in business for years prior to this problem arising, I'd hired many attorneys and I'd also usually end up firing them as well. They were useless, to say the least. Constantly arguing with my point of view, forgetful, billing me constantly but could never produce any meaningful bills. It turns out that one of them was actually a friends with the opposing side's attorney! Yeah, that worked out well. For those 2! Anyway, Mr. Peter's was there the entire time. He listened, was intelligent and kind to my money problems during the process. It was pure luck that I came across him but should I ever need anyone in the future, he's the one. I enthusiastically recommend Luis A. Barba, Esq. to anyone involved in a landlord-tenant dispute. I had to break my lease due to my landlord's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations, as outlined in my lease. Moreover, the landlord wanted to charge me an unreasonable sum of money to break the lease. Attorney Barba wrote the landlord a letter spelling out my legal rights as a tenant that resulted in the landlord's acquiescence to our terms. Not only is Attorney Barba commendably knowledgeable of the law, but he is also caring towards his clients. He was always very responsive to any inquiries I had. He is, in my opinion, an excellent attorney.

I was involved in a serious auto accident where the other driver was at fault. When I tried to handle the claim on my own, the other driver's insurance started playing games with me.
I hired Lance and within a week the other insurance company accepted 100% of the liability. Throughout the next several months Lance worked with the insurance and my medical providers to get me a very fair settlement. Lance and his entire office were professional and effecient. I got rear ended as I was sitting at a red light by someone who fell asleep behind the wheel. It was my first accident and I was pretty rattled. Since the accident wasn't my fault, my attorney, Lance Rupp was able to get me treated and I was compensated as well. It is really important to document everything if you are in an accident and definitely use an attorney. I would definitely use this law firm again.

I have hired Suanne honey to represent me in a very complex high conflict divorce case. I've never heard of anyone who'd been mentally ill having their firearm rights restored, but my team of Attorneys Paul Hecht and Bill Conner delivered! I can almost hear everyone exclaiming "What?" in shocked disbelief with all the negative mental health publicity these days. So, let me clarify: in 2011, I underwent surgery. That surgery and adverse reactions to medications led to my temporary mental illness which lasted only a few weeks. I've been back at work as a successful engineer for several years, but that brief bout caused me to lose my gun rights.

I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!

Like many professional photographers, I find people using my photos without my permission. This theft costs me time and deprives me of earnings. On the first case I gave her, she got the company to stop using my photos and to pay me $12,000. I know we could have gotten more if we sued, but I preferred to keep things simple. I am sending more cases.

Ms. Sarega has been the attorney assigned to my cases since I hired Higbee Associates. She has helped me resolve dozens of cases where people were using my photographs without a license. She stops the infringement and collects damages in a professional manner. She just had a court award me $40,000 in a case where a company refused to pay me $1,500 for using one of my photos on their website. I wish I could giver her 6 stars for that.

A few weeks ago, we posted that Fred Anderson had quit our friends suit and was quite upset. Later we had found out that Fred Anderson had not quit and was proceeding with trial. My wife and I were there through the first two days of trial. Watching Mr. Anderson through the glass door, you could tell his passion for the truth and his total dedication to our friends situation, and at times could hear Mr. Anderson through the glass getting his point across to the courtroom and to the presiding judge. During this process, getting ready for trial, having to be here or there, Mr. Anderson always kept our friend informed and gave the facts of the case to him, without sugar coating it. His strength, courage and knowledge of this type of the law was beyond, what we would ever think was out there and saw a master of his craft working hard to prove that his client was wronged. To sit with Mr. Anderson you can tell his mind is working constantly, doing every sceneraio that he could imagine, thinking of what ever law he needed to be brought in on this case and kept looking at the trial steps ahead of time. While questioning myself and my wife, Mr. Anderson helped us with the questions, engaging us to relax and think about our answers and answer them clearly as we could recall. Mr. Anderson never made us feel inadequate while questioning us and thanked us several times for standing by our friends side. So to you Mr. Anderson, we sincerely apologize for "jumping the gun" our our last posting. We had been misinformed and just took that information as the truth. You are a man of a fine art and you have the wisdom beyond all others when it comes to the law and helping your client with delicate issues, was well done. Even though that day the court didn't decide in your favor, you still won this case in our minds. We have told several of our trucker friends that if they ever have an issue that requires an attorney, we have recommended you to them. You have a sincere passion for the truth and sought the truth to be told on that day, You didn't promise anything to our friend, except that you'd be there, do your best in representing him and to get the truth to be told once and for all. It's sad that they don't give 10s in this case, as watching Fred Anderson go from aggressive, to passive, to aggressive on this case, made me scratch my head at times. Watching him was a true art form while fighting for his client and keeping the composure through-out this trial was a rare site. Fred Anderson looked, acted, and dealt with the matters that were handed him in the ut-most professional design. We were a little worried as there were times he seemed out in a zone, but it was that he was searching for the law, the words, the fight, to win this case. He came across as posed and as professional as anyone we had ever witnessed before. He knew what he was up agaist yet, he bowled right through it as he had a job to do. He won this case in our minds, but the jury didn't see it that way, that day. I would reccommend Fred Anderson to anyone I know that has a legal problem. If he doesn't know what he could do to help, he'll help you find some one that will. I certainly am very happy and willing to eat my words on this case. Fred Anderson won this day.

Imagination is a scary proces, not all cases are the same. One thing they are the same is that we are fighting to stay, and although there is no sure way . She help me thru it with her honesty, and kindness. I talked to manny lawyers and my case is not that simple. Most lawyers did not want to even try. The ones that did acted like money was more important. I was shocked to find her. I know I have a long road ahead of me but I fell hopefull with her leading my fight .
