We (my sister and I) had trouble understanding our family trust wondering where we actually stood as beneficiaries. After we sent Attorney Harpst our information which he reviewed then explained to us that it was an AB Trust to start with verses an individual trust, so we contemplated taking legal action. As time moved forward different amendments showed up making our heads spin in bewilderment, we sent them to Attorney Harpst and he was able to make sense of them. Ive had a couple cases where ive retained Mr Kazarian as my criminal defense attorney and i really cant express how grateful i am for him in words. He continues to make the impossible, possible. He is honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat the situation and what punishment could be enforced under the law, but with his hard work, creativity, and thorough knowledge in his field, he always manages to obtain the most fair and reasonable outcome for me. Bryan helped me tremendously with my case. The DA wanted to pursue a felony for a 1st time offense and Mr. Kazarian was able to get my case reduced to a misdemeanor. He kept in contact with me via calls, texts and emails. He was always on time or early to meet me at the courthouse to discuss any information I may have needed pertaining to my case. He kept me very well informed and explained the civil criminal codes to me as I had no understanding of what they were or meant. I always dealt with Mr. Kazarian directly and not a paralegal or secretary. His fees were quiet reasonable for all the work he did investigating my charge and helping me to move forward from my charge as painlessly as possible. It's public record he has made mistakes in his life and career, but was able to turn his life around, and is now a success. I had full confidence my case would be handled well, and I was not let down. He was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend at least a consultation about your case. Mr. Rettenmaier helped me during my hour of need regarding a Landlord Tenant Unlawful Detainer Action (Eviction). I am so glad I hired Robert Rettenmaier to defend me with my unlawful detainer. Robert, was able to prepare me for trial in case we needed to go forward. During a time that was very stressful, Robert sat me down and explained to me what was going to happen and what would likely happen. On the morning of my unlawful detainer trial, Robert calmed me down. Mr. Rettenmaier protected my rights and even future rights. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. We eventually settled my case instead of going to trial. When Robert was negotiating a settlment, the other party's attorney tried to get me to sign a general waiver of rights. Robert would not let me do this. I am so glad he was there to protect my rights because now I am capable of suing for injuries that were sustained. Also, I don't have an eviction on my record because of Robert. I would definitely recommend Robert to defend your rights in an unlawful detainer eviction action.

We shopped around and spoke with 6 other attorneys before finding Richard Thomas Collins. We knew he was "the one" when he took time to listen to every aspect of our case and even advised us for awhile, before we officially hired him. And then when we did sign on with him, he tried to be reasonable about the fee and not charge more than necessary. His attitude was to see how things go and maybe he wouldn't need to charge more.
Other attorneys wouldn't even talk beyond 10 minutes or so without demanding a retainer fee.
Richard Collins remained realistic and careful not to promise positive results that might not happen, but at the same time, he was thorough and quoted actual penal codes that pertained to our case. He did his homework and made sure the details were correct. The letters he wrote on our behalf were so outstanding and accurate that it helped us get through rough days and cheered us up to read them!
It appears that the outcome of the case is exactly what we had hoped for, and we attribute that result to Richard Collins' expertise and knowledge, for our type of case.
He was completely professional yet sensitive to what we were going through as real people with feelings.
His manner is so pleasant and reassuring.
He was always good to return calls and kept us informed.
Having worked with other attorneys on other unrelated issues in the past, we wish we had known about him sooner!

I had an issue with my Landlord over a pipe burst in my apartment while I was away for work. They didn't clean it correctly and my belonging sat in water for a week causing damage to prized possessions. The problem persisted and mold spread. Thanks to Gerald I was compensated for my damaged items, as well as relocated while they properly fixed the pipes and mold situation. As a new CFO with an alcoholic business partner, I sought legal protection for myself and the company. An attorney recommended the drafting of a shareholders agreement. Not specializing in them herself, she referred me to Kurtis Urien.
Without knowing anything about shareholders agreements, I was hesitant to approach the subject at first. However, Kurtis soon put me right at ease. All of my questions/requests were answered in a polite and timely manner, whether by phone or email. Additionally, Mr. Urien made the legal jargon simple to understand and offered helpful explanations/advice whenever asked.
