Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them: 1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case. 2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024. 3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely. I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case. 4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well. I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised. I’m grateful for my case worker team for all the attention you paid for my case: Jan, Mario, Mary, Jackie, Busola 🙏🏻🎉 overall, I highly recommend this law firm for your EB1 needs. They are legit!

I engaged the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram for my EB1A visa application. The firm's systematic and thorough approach to gathering evidence, developing case arguments, and client communication is highly impressive. My experience with them has been outstanding and has exceeded all my expectations. I am deeply thankful to Rhea, Judith, and all the staff members who worked directly and indirectly on my case. Thanks to their efforts in making the entire process flawless, my I-140 and adjustment of status (I-485) were approved quickly without any issues. The entire team at the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram is professional, well-informed, and exceptionally supportive. I highly recommend Chris Ingram’s firm for their expertise, responsiveness, and unwavering dedication to clients, which greatly eased my anxiety and ensured our green card success.

Peter Gellerman is an outstanding attorney! I have been very satisfied on several occasions with his expertise and services that he has assisted me with. I agree that he is exceptionally knowledgeable and ethical and has been a tremendous help to me. Peter Gellerman is always professional and kind. I feel very comfortable with his vast abilities and will always consultant with him first on all legal matters for his input....if it is not his field of expertise, although I believe that he can do it all, he will refer me to someone instead of taking it on....I really appreciate that! This great quality speaks to his ethics and business practices! I most definitely highly recommend Petter Gellerman as well! P. S.... I too believe that you get what you pay for.....when you pay for the best....you get the best!

I needed an estate/wills/trust attorney, and fortunately for me two friends had used Mr. Gellerman and highly recommended him to me. I've given him five stars in all categories because he was great -- knowledgable, experienced, and responsive. I think his years of practice have really honed his people skills in addition to his legal expertise, because he helped us combine what we wanted emotionally with what would work best for us practically and legally. Best of all, he gave us peace of mind -- we knew we had someone we could trust to look out for our best interests. I'd hire him again any time, and definitely recommend him.

BEWARE: This attorney has been Disciplined w/actual suspension by the State Bar. I strongly advise against hiring Edmond Salem as your attorney. My experience with him was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, he lacks credibility and has a history of disciplinary issues, including an actual suspension from the state bar. This alone should raise red flags for anyone considering his services. Moreover, he is not honest in his dealings. I found his advice to be misleading, and he failed to provide clear and accurate information about my case. His lack of transparency was concerning and made me question his integrity as a professional. To make matters worse, Edmond Salem finds ways of overcharging for his services. I was shocked by the exorbitant fees he billed, which were not justified by the quality of his work. It's clear that he prioritizes his financial gain over the best interests of his clients. In summary, Edmond Salem is an attorney you should avoid. His past disciplinary actions, lack of honesty, and unreasonable fees make him a poor choice for legal representation.

Mr. Salem was not only able to minimize very stiff penalties I was facing in a criminal case, he also helped me save my job by getting the charges reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. He and his very capable staff stood by me every step of the way during very a frightening time for me. No one ever expects to find themselves facing jail time and the quality of your legal representative can determine the outcome of your case. Should anyone find themselves facing an improbable situation, I would strongly recommend Ed Salem for knowledgeable and effective representation.

Going through a divorce is never easy, and it was no different for me. I needed a reliable attorney for my case, which involved more substantial assets, and thankfully, a trusted friend referred me to Tammy. From the beginning, she was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Tammy was always available to answer any questions I had. I had a question about a bill once and I was worried from past experience that it would turn into a fight, but Tammy patiently resolved my concerns, drawing from a detailed record of the work she'd done to represent me. Her expert handling of my case led to a satisfactory agreement with my ex-spouse. I am grateful for her guidance and professionalism during such a difficult time. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for competent and compassionate legal support in a divorce.

I hired Tammy for my divorce when I was in a very vulnerable time of mi life. She unethically overstated her expertise, overcharged, engaged in theft through intentional double billing, back-charged for conversations that happened prior to our engagement, then abandoned me (After billing $60k in only 2 months for no random stuff that did not in my case). She only wants to drain everything you have. Stay away!

He did nothing for our case. We paid him nicely to get up to speed on the issues and facts on our case, and then he went on vacation right when we needed him to take action. We had to hire another lawyer. Also, when we simply asked him if he was familiar with a rather complex area of law relevant to our case, he charged us even more simply to respond to that email.

Jeff Dominic Price was my attorney in a court matter. I'm posting this review in the interest of justice & the public's right to know. (If this site deletes my review, as it is notorious for doing, then I'll post this review on a well-known site that's known for NOT removing posts, and I'll make known that THIS site chose to hide it, That way, this site, too, will be exposed). He represented me in poor fashion. WHILE he was my attorney, he coerced me into relations. When I declined, he intentionally threw my case for his personal gain from the opposing side. Yet even before doing so, while the case was still active, he was frequently late with crucial filings which led to the judge imposing hefty sanctions. He also failed to show up to at least 3 court dates. The judge had to send the Marshal to get him & bring him to court. He's problematic in that he often alienated court staff, which made it doubly difficult for me as the petitioner. The former Honorable Judge Stephanie Sautner twice banned him from her court room, because he caused an uproar during court proceedings. Because the public has the right to this information to be able to make informed decisions, I am posting this factual review.

Michael is being investigated by the state bar for going MIA and abandoning my case right before a trial, among other things! -He missed important conferences with the other side, ignored calls and emails for months, creating issues for me, and preventing me from having the information I needed to join the conference and explain to the judge what was happening -he tried to tell me he had been "on medical leave" when I had recently spoken with his secretary, who told me he was at work and taking calls! -I am told he apparently failed to file parts of my discovery (?), which is obviously extremely important to my case -personnel from his firm also called me and asked me to send them information at the last minute that was time-consuming to prepare and I had to drop everything and do it -he apparently forgot about my lawsuit after I had hired him and filed it much later than he told me he would. -he apparently did not even know my name when he filed the lawsuit- it does not state the name that it should, which I did give him. -he was extremely rude to me when I confronted him on some of these issues -he is now ignoring my emails about getting my case file, so I can get a new attorney!!!

If this attorney wasn't away on a ski trip, giving excuses for extremely poor communication, or made an effort at all, then I could have something good to say. The initial meeting was pleasant but it was a complete bait and switch with regard to following through on discussed expectations. I spoke more to the receptionist to get updates more than this attorney. Overall, dealing with this attorney was a terrible experience and a huge headache. Would advise you to either take caution or strongly consider finding someone else.

Knickerbocker is a disgrace for legal profession!! I too would give Richard zero rating if it was available, took money and never did anything on the case and when i requested refund he quickly wrote several pages and claimed he earned the money I gave him. Very dishonest and tricky! When you get to him you have one problem when you hire him you will have one more!! AVOID! Also, not only is he rude, but his paralegal wife Saloy that answers his phone calls has a severe attitude. Knickerbocker is hands down a terrible lawyer who did not help me, which is why I would never recommend this man to any friends or family. I hope karma comes back to him after how he's treated my family and clearly many of his unfortunate clients.

My experience with Harry Floyd with Meller and Floyd has been frustrating and disappointing. Over several years, I’ve encountered significant challenges in my dealings with the firm, particularly in relation to issues involving my landlord. Lack of Transparency: In my opinion, one of the biggest issues I faced was a lack of transparency. Despite multiple requests, I felt that I did not receive clear and timely information on important matters that affected my rights as a tenant. Unresolved Concerns: I raised serious concerns about the actions of my landlord, which I believe involved discrimination and harassment. Unfortunately, I felt that these issues were not adequately addressed by the firm, leading to a prolonged and stressful situation. Sudden Change in Representation: After expressing concerns about potential conflicts of interest, I was surprised by a sudden change in legal representation without clear communication or explanation. This raised further concerns for me about how my case was being handled. Lack of Accountability: Overall, my experience with Meller and Floyd left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. This is not what I expected from a law firm that should be advocating for fairness and justice. Based on my experiences, I would caution others to consider these issues when choosing legal representation.

Mark Kleiman is unprofessional and disrespectful to his clients. He took my case on a contingency basis. Upon doing so, Mark gave me the brunt of the work to do in filling out several extensive documents with detailed information, which was the foundation for the case. Upon completion Mark explained that he will review the documents and get started on the case. “Get started” consisted of his asking for a copy of my employment documents from my former employer. This was the extent of what Mark did. He would ignore my numerous calls, emails, and voice messages left in his office leaving my case unattended to. Mark never made any efforts to call me regarding the case. His legal assistant however continually reassured me that he was indeed working on my case. As several more months passed, I finally got Mark on the phone after many attempts of reaching him, and he apologized for not attending to my case because he had personal things to attend to. He admitted he never even looked at the case. He however promised that he would not take on another case or attend to another case before mine. He vowed that at the end of the month, he would have reviewed my case, have a document ready to send to my previous employer, or at that point give me the name of another attorney that he had spoken with that could take on my case and finally help me. This was two months ago. I never heard from Mark, nor would he return any of my many emails, phone calls, or voice messages. After 6 months of being misled, manipulated, and disrespected as a client, I have decided to let others know to be careful of this attorney. My case now is by the wayside due to Mark’s lack of professionalism and promises to attend to my case. I am disappointed because I have put my faith in him to help me through an unfair circumstance and now I am left at square one.

I was represented by this idiot for a workers comp.back injury..as the previous review said its nearly impossible to actually talk with him...he carried my case for 7 years, I met him 3 times in that span , the initial meeting, the deposition,& at a very informal meeting between him & my former employers lawyers to decide of the case would be accepted as a valid claim...lets keep In mind I am seriously injured, only being relieved by medication, sitting in a folding chair for 6 hours before he finally came out and said they don't think your injury is serious enough..coming to this conclusion by reading 4 different orthopedic reviews all starting I had a 10mm disc herniation at L-5 S-1..of course in the Dr report it said 1cm...they said that was not substantial...this is why I call him inept...1cm or 10mm is just below 1/2 inch.after I have him a very fast and clear math lesson he ran back up & represented this and a room of lawyers were dumbfounded that all their education combined they could not figure this out yet a simple high school grad working retail showed them up..needless to say the next words were good news they are accepting your claim. Keep in mind to get to this point took 8 months after injury. I knew I was in for a long ride. Little did I know it would be a long as it was. 18 doctors, 7 orthopedic specialists in 2 years all agreed what was said 2 months in after first MRI, surgery is needed, yet it took them 2 years to the day of accident to perform surgery...failed surgery, UN-repairable nerve damage. 46% disabled..on top of my issues I CDs not get a hold of him, I finally sent a letter to him demanding attention or I would terminate him as its my right when not being represented properly..as soon as he seen his 15% going out the window he started sending communication to me. I was never given anything but limited W/C pay unlike everything I had the right to, such as a position catered to my limitations and restrictions, no vocational training, almost like they once again forgot it wad a legit claim. By this time I was frustrated, depressed, and at times furious. The deal I accepted was way under what I would have got with an actual lawyer, but I needed to move on with my life. Now the company I worked for, its a retail home improvement giant,I was the best at what I did,7 years of employment & the highest marks in every review. He had a chance to make a name, take down a company for millions, we came no where near that..as a matter of fact to receive the award I did I had to agree to never work there again, which I believe violates W/C rights..but I was done fighting with both my lawyer and their lawyers. I still sit unemployed because of this..can't get state disability, or ssd because I had been out of work so long...needless to say thank good I have family otherwise I would be on the streets with no income..life is hard & these programs are in place to protect you & lawyers are there to fight for you when you can't...I was duped, put on the sideline for 7 years, lost my livelihood, my health had taken several hits, my pride, & essentiallymylife was taken from me because thus man is an inept, unreliable, impersonal man who dies not care about his clients...he robbed me of my life, don't let him do this to you..how he has a rating over 1 is just astonishing.

When I initially spoke to mr. black, he was very nice. after a week of nothing, I called, and the rude secretaries (there are several), said he'd call me back. 2 more weeks of no response. I can't get past the gatekeepers, who just hang up on me..as if my case doesn't pay for their salary!

Upon meeting Ms. Albaum you will hire her on the fact that she is an experienced attorney from a very reputable firm. Within two years of your never ending legal battle you realize that she loves to litigate, particularly in matters that can be easily settled with a phone call to the other party. After over $100,000 in legal fees and getting NO WHERE... I realized it's better to take matters in my own hands...relieved her of her duties and represented myself in court.

With hindsight being 20/20, I wish I would have researched Ms. Albaum as well as the reputation of her firm and their policies before retaining her as my divorce attorney. Unfortunately, I wrongly assumed they were effective and credible based on the high-profile clientele they represent. Once I dismissed Ms. Albaum in favor of new representation, I learned from several sources (including my new attorney) that both the firm and Ms. Albaum have earned a reputation for drawing a case out beyond what is necessary to reach a mutually acceptable settlement. Of course, this adds up to an increase in both fees and the emotional burden associated with the process of divorce. The advice I was given demonstrated the firm had zero interest in settling matters out of court, which is typically the less costly and time consuming route . Although Ms. Albaum is very aggressive, she provided what I would describe as counter-productive advice, which caused more drama for both me and my children in what was an already stressful situation. In hindsight, she seemed to leverage my emotional state, convincing me to make decisions that didn’t feel right. Furthermore, I felt nickel and dimed. Ms. Albaum used associates at ridiculous hourly fees to accompany her to court when their presence added no value and was not necessary. I was billed for erroneous, unsolicited communications (emails/faxes) and on three occasions she recommended filings that were declined by the judge. After several months, $80,000 in legal fees and no progress, I left the firm and hired another attorney. This was the best decision I could have made. My new attorney was appalled when he reviewed my case and the advice I was given. He offered facts, told me what I should and shouldn't expect financially through alimony and child support, and told me which actions would be a waste of money – even when it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. My divorce was settled in less than a few months in mediation. Shame on this firm and Ms. Albaum. It’s my opinion both thrive on and profit from people's pain, vulnerability and sorrow.

GARY FIDLER COMMITTED MALPRACTICE IN MY CASE 5 DIFFERENT TIMES. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE USE THIS ATTORNEY. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU AND GIVE THE WORK TO HIS UNQUALIFIED ASSISTANTS WHO DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT LAW. I retained him to do a simple unlawful detainer case. He completely ruined the case, failed to read any letters from opposing counsel, made me wait 3 MONTHS and then i had to dismiss my case due to his negligence. He knew he messed up so bad he returned all my costs and fees. THE ONLY THING I TOLD HIM WAS TO DISMISS MY CASE SO I CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY. One month later I find out that he couldn't even dismiss a case properly. My case was never dismissed. This ruined the second case I filed with a different attorney. I HAD TO DISMISS MY SECOND CASE BECAUSE OF GARY FIDLER'S NEGLIGENCE. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE HIM. HE SHOULD HAVE HIS BAR LICENSE REVOKED.

Most of my calls and e-mails to Mr. Fidler went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. He promised to write a letter to the opposing party but never did. After weeks of waiting for him to write the letter and since time was running out in this case, I had to go and hire another lawyer to actually do the job that Mr Fidler took but never delivered. To add insult to injury, when contacted to return the balance of the retainer payment I gave him, he sent a list of high-priced phone calls that somehow balanced out the payment. Stay away!
