I met Wayne Black several years ago. He helped me on another case and what impressed me most of all is he wasn’t concerned about the amount he was concerned about my mental and physical well being. Which was amazing he helped me all the way through never left me. So about 4/1/2 years ago I was injured on the job and of course I called Wayne Black he remembered me right away and got busy on my case. I ended up having 2 back surgeries and 1 shoulder surgery well as I was recovering and going through some things again Wayne was there now don’t get me wrong he is a lawyer and I of course wasn’t his only client so sometimes I would call and he wasn’t available but would get back with me within 48 hours which I appreciate for sure. I am very disappointed really about the whole Experience. I went to David due to his reviews and all of the things I have read that has wrote about high conflict divorce and fathers rights. I guess I should have gone with don’t judge a book by it’s cover cause the book was horrible! I was charged different amounts for the same initial meeting twice. One charge was 400.00 the second one was 540.00. I was billed 3500.00 for never going to court. One extension for trial was faxed in and a couple phone calls that was it. I could never get him to answer my calls once he took my money. I had to call from my girls friend phone to get him to answer. Don’t waste your time. Those other reviews are fake I heard him joking about a couple of them the one time I did actually have something you might call a meeting(which was the initial meeting). If you want a Attorney that will let your ex spouse just leave with your kids out of state and do nothing this is your guy !!! Even know he promises that he will do his job and do the ex parte and then not answer his phone for days this is your guy!!! I hope you get the picture!!! Other than that nice guy somewhat clean cut, has no style and shouldn’t be a attorney or is just over the hill at this point !

This review has been a long time coming. Over the years I've been struggling with a huge stolen identity issue that has caused a lot of problems and it was affecting my driver’s license status. Dealing with government agencies can be time consuming and draining and you find yourself getting nowhere in a hot second; I was at the end of my rope. A friend referred me to David. Found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and over all a good attorney to work with. Unlike many other attorneys’ I have worked with he asked his questions, pulled the emotion out of the situation, and got the problem fixed. It wasn’t easy but he was relentless. Its rare to find an attorney that gets invested in his client and worries more about solving the problem than the amount of hours he can bill. David, you literally saved my life. Since then I’ve found him to be useful on many other little things in matters of the law and his guidance is something I know I can rely on. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to David Olan and Olan Law for really stepping up to the plate with my personal injury case. David has been directly working with me and handling my unfortunate accident I had about 2 months ago when a car took a right turn into me as I was going south through the intersection on Pico and Ocean. Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them:
1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case.
2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024.
3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely.
I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case.
4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well.
I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised.
