Do not retain Mr.Quinnan if you are in need of an actual advocate. He is sadly a cog in the broken machine. When things get tough he won’t be there for you. He is a man’s man in every sense of the word and I’m sorry that I made the mistake in trusting my life to him and his partner Peter Kuykendall. In my most crucial moment they deserted me and blamed it on the “fine print.” I guess speaking the truth was simply too much for these boys to handle. not a huge surprise there. Buyer beware.

Evan Zelig is the best criminal law attorney in Sonoma county. I had someone wrongfully accused of DV, and we called Evan immediately. He educated us on the law and the likely outcome. The charges were dropped in the interim but Evan still supported us as a courtesy on the hearing date to drop the charges and emailed back later to answer more questions I had. He's very responsive and I like that he helped me understand how the laws work for criminal cases so I could understand what was going on. He has reasonable prices (even though I didn't need to hire him) and a great attitude. Don't look elsewhere if you find yourself or a loved one charged with a criminal charge.

Doing a bankruptcy was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made. A lot of anxiety, stress, and having to lay out what I felt were failures. Had big medical bills and my insurance didn't cover all of it. Had to file bankruptcy to discharge it. Did not want to, and really felt like a failure. Could not have asked for better help. I really need a good bankruptcy attorney to help me with a growing financial problem, and had no idea where to turn. I didn’t know anything about bankruptcy, and I was anxious about the process and what might happen. A friend referred me to Tom, and he was outstanding from the start. "When we went to Robert we had already been looking for an attorney for several weeks to help us with our bankruptcy. We even had one hour-long interview with another attorney in town who asked us a ton of questions but then ran out of time just as we wanted to ask him questions about the procedure. We left with more questions than answers and an uncomfortable feeling about his skills.
Then we saw Robert Bialkin's website which was upbeat, professional and specific as to procedure, so we met with him. Very disappointed. If this attorney didn't file the lawsuit and then decide to drop me as his client, I would have been a lot better off. It would have been better to let me know from the beginning that he would not represent me. Either do your investigative work and commit, or allow someone to get an attorney who will represent them and believe in their case. Any attorney I would seek now would see he dropped my case and be reluctant to represent me...very disappointed!

Mr. Fierro was the only attorney in the Sonoma County area that spoke directly with me regarding a landlord-tenant dispute. All other law offices screened my case and found it to be too small to deal with. I could not even get an email response from a few. Because he took the time to speak with me, my family now has heat in our home after not having it for 10 months. Being educated on your rights as a tenant goes a long way when you are having a discussion with your landlord. It is not just his knowledge and experience but also the empathy he has for his clients.
