Mr. Bartolotta got me the best possible results in my case, and I'm 100% ecstatic! It was a hard fight but he was tough and didn't back down, even though the other lawyer was "famous and expensive" LOL.
I had talked to another two lawyers first, and they both seemed uncertain and not very committed to their clients, or to anything except getting me to give them a big retainer LOL. My mom was going to pay for it, because she buys the most expensive everything thinking it's the best, but then I met with Mr. Bartolotta and knew he was the best lawyer for me to hire regardless of anything else.
I'm glad I chose him. Everything turned out better than I hoped for, and although any court case is stressful, he was really good at making me feel at ease and keeping me informed. Thank you Mr. Bartolotta, you did a great job!

We called David’s law firm when seeking a Santa Rosa criminal defense attorney and he gave is helpful legal advice and he was able to answer all of our questions. Even though my brother’s criminal case was in Santa Rosa Court and he was not from California, the process the Law Offices of David Chesley had of dealing with the court was very smooth. Retaining Tom changed my life. I was in debt and being sued by several law firms representing various debtors. Tom was transparent, realistic, and extremely patient and understanding, he didn’t judge me and most importantly he was successful. Ms. Parranto was recommended to me by my bankruptcy attorney after my involvement in a motorcycle collision. Her accomplishments iny case include the following:
1. She obtained the policy limit payouts for me despite the fact that the other car did not hit me or I it. Violating my right-of-way I still avoided impact with his vehicle but struck the ground hard leading to significant injury and a 9 day hospitalization.
2. My covered medical bills were in excess of $100,000. My employer group provider could make claim on the other party insured payout to me up to their out of pocket charges. Ms. Parranto was confident she could at a minimum keep that to no more then 1/3 of my recovery which paid out 5 months after the accident. 8 1/2 months later she released me another 8% of the recovery after concluding negotiations with my health insurer.
Ms. Parranto was also a great resource in teaching me about prudent insurance strategies.
Ms. Parranto has my unreserved endorsement if you need a PI attorney. Her representation of me was professional. She delivered all she said she would and more. She does not over promise.

Kim Marois is the best! She told me I was incapable of taking care of a pet. Now there are several and Chippy just had five kittens. They are 1/2 leopard and 1/2 tabby. They go purr 😸 all day long and bite everybody else and their pets, except me. Chippy's labor was extremely difficult, she took a 24 hour break but still accepted food.
