I hired this atty, through a recommendation, to handle my divorce. Rosenthal Was a poor choice!! He lacked every aspect of a professional attorney, had absolutely no knowledge of how to handle the case against an aggressive opponent, and admitted he had no court experience…as we sat in Supreme Court to try the case!! He was dishonest in how he handled my case, relative to costs, charging me X2’s for the same work sometimes and when I brought it to his attention, he said he was giving me a “credit for part of his work”!
I’ve filed a complaint with the NYS Bar Association!

This man has no right being a public defender! He never returns his clients calls,letters,emails ect. He didn't even introduce himself to me the first day of court when he met me, didn't ask any questions just went in and the only words out of his mouth to the judge were " id like a month"!!!

Horrible lawyer and will NEVER recommend using her. I hired her thinking I could trust my lawyer, she was far from that. She clearly only looked out for her best interest.
After her lying to me saying she reviewed the final divorce proposal when in fact she didn't.....I lost a tax exemption for my son and many other issues. I thought I could trust her. Losing the tax exemption meant I lost approximately $25,000 until my child reached 21. Every time I called her it was as if I was bother. Rarely returned phone calls with 2-3 days of leaving a message. I wasted a lot of money thinking she could be trusted. "Never Use Nancy"
