Hillery worked for me as outside counsel on multiple business agreements as well as IP agreements at my former company over the course of many years. She is an incredible listener, she always helps guide you to the path of least resistance and gets the deals closed. The product is always top notch and gives everyone at our company great comfort knowing Hillery guided the deal and the delicate issues involved. I would highly recommend Mr. Odimba For anything dealing with family practice. What I enjoyed was that he stayed on top of everything and if there were any big concerns dealing with the other side he would let me know what's going on and suggest the best route to take. Mr. Odimba was very personable and I felt that he truly had my best interest in mind when it came to negotiating my parenting plan. Jillian assisted me with a divorce/custody case for nearly a year, and I have nothing but praise for her! She is timely in her responses to questions, genuinely cares about her clients, and is extremely knowledgeable in her fields of practice. As a father, I was very cautious in my hiring decision when legal representation became necessary, due to fighting an uphill battle against mother-bias in the Washington State judicial system. Jillian was able to offer me advice, guidance, and expertise in all aspects of my case, constantly giving me hope and confidence that I would not be left with nothing by the court. She never made promises that she could not keep, and was always straightforward and honest with me when dealing with the various scenarios that played out during my case. Jillian is distinctly professional and we didn't miss a single vital deadline during my case thanks to her!
Now about the cost. Honestly, I was put off by it at first. I met with about a dozen attorneys who were both more and less expensive to hire, but you are getting every penny's worth by hiring Jillian. She is truly worth her rate and more, and I couldn't imagine where I would be if I had not invested in her!
In summary, I have nothing but respect for Jillian, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again if my legal needs fell in her realm of practice. She helped me get far beyond what I would have gotten with another lawyer, let alone if I had fought the case by myself. Jillian is wonderful! She represented me for over three years; first for a dissolution of marriage, and then for a petition for modification of custody/parenting plan. Her experience, rationality, and focus have produced excellent results. She is exceptional in the courtroom by being well-prepared and very quick on her feet.
I've found Jillian to have great attention to detail and foresight. She often would recall something relevant and useful that I had overlooked. My case was lengthy and complicated. From the beginning she set a clear path and expectations for me. If there were changes during the process she would adjust those expectations and clearly communicate them to me. Jillian and her office have always kept me well informed and quickly responded to my questions and concerns. They’re efficient and trustworthy.
The outcome of my case was better than expected due to Jillian's help. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Carry and her assistant Michael. This was my first time needing a lawyer and I couldn't have found a more perfectly suited match for my case. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and was able to significantly reduce the sentence down from what they originally gave me. I personally, will never put myself into that situation where I was in before, to even need a lawyer but I strongly recommend others partner with him if that's what you need. His prices are extremely fair and cheaper than what you'd get elsewhere, and he puts in double the effort to get you the most fair sentence possible.

Jason represented my son in a criminal defense case in 2013. Jason was very effective in navigating us through every plausible option for us to consider in my son's defense. He thought of virtually every possibility and made tactical moves to avoid them. The "victim's" family attempted to misrepresent damages resulting in the prosecutor actually filing a felony against my son, and while we all knew it was unfounded and made us extremely concerned, Jason was cool, calm and collected through the process of exposing all this and getting the charged reduced back to a misdemeanor. I have worked with people my entire professional career and have come to be able to read personal characteristics very well. Jason is a smart, caring and savvy individual that we could not recommend strongly enough.

I own a small dry cleaners, family owned, and using perc as a solvent. When our landlord refinanced the bank required them to test for contamination. Even though I had insurance, the process became very stressful. I felt at the mercy of my landlord, the environmental companies they hired and the dept. of ecology. I sought help from a friend in the industry and he highly recommended Bill willard.
I could not be more pleased with the work Bill has done for us. As He educated me on my options I found him to be very knowledgeable. When he came to meetings with us he was obviously the most informed person in the room giving us a position of strength and confidence. We had a situation where the work a contractor did on our house was so bad that it had to be completely demolished and redone (by a much more trustworthy company). Bill was an excellent person to work with while we tried to recover our damages. He had extensive knowledge of the subject matter of construction law, and was a great tactician, .always planning several steps ahead to anticipate what the other side's lawyers and insurance company might try. His communication with us was always timely and detailed without being overwhelming, always making sure we understood what he was doing on our behalf, the advantages and risks of any decisions, etc.. I felt that he understood our needs and priorities well enough that we could always go with his recommendations when we had decisions to make, and those always turned out to be the correct decisions for us. I can't imagine that we could have gotten any better results with any other attorney, or that anyone else could have mitigated the stress of what we had to go through any more than he did. His fees were certainly reasonable -- to be honest, I accused him at least once of billing us for less hours than he worked, but he always denied that.. Great person to work with.

Elisa gave us wonderful advice and counsel at every step of the way. We initially consulted with Elisa to determine our options before choosing the fiancee visa as our best option to permanently reside together in the US while minimizing time apart. We hired Elisa to help us prepare our documents for the K-1 visa and then continue representing us on a path to the Green Card. Elisa is incredibly thorough and we worked very well with her, iterating back and forth. She caught small errors, irregularities between documents, or things that might require explanations to USCIS. She always worked with us to devise a plan. For example when another country puts names in a different order on official documents - we decided to change the US legal name to match the foreign passport.
Our one small delay was due to a translator's error that forced us to re-submit some documents for the work/travel authorization and green card. Despite almost no guidance from USCIS, Elisa caught the most likely source of the holdup. We had the errors in the translation fixed and she also encouraged us to add as much supporting documentation as we could provide. Her strategy worked and the rest of the process went smoothly. The entire process took less than 2.5 years from engagement to Green Card. Elisa was quick to address questions even while she was on vacation. She's kind and operates out of a desire to help those she represents; we cannot thank her enough!

I was going through a divorce and hired Ashby Law to represent me. My original attorney was terrible. We only met once over several months and he missed three court dates (He is no longer employed by the firm because of this). My case was dumped on Allen the night before a court date. Allen spent most of his night reviewing my case and did a valiant job of representing me the next day in court.

With the caveat that I did not end up proceeding with litigation, I found both Mr Anderson and Mr Mitchell to be exceedingly professional and timely in their responsiveness to my inquiries. They easily could have recommended proceeding with litigation, but instead recommended against it as despite a strong case and likelihood of their own personal benefit secondary to fees, even a positive outcome was unlikely to be beneficial to me. They certainly put my interests ahead of their own.

David is a truly great lawyer, as well as a tremendous human being. His character is impeccable: my personal experience, as well as his reputation in the community is that he is a straight shooter and a truth teller. There’s nothing fake about David. What you see is what you get; very refreshing. Rare qualities in this day and age.
As a lawyer he is brilliant, aggressive when needed, thoughtful, confident, considerate, calm under fire, and most importantly has impeccable judgment. In addition he is a walking law library, and because of the depth of his knowledge and experience, able to think "out of the box" and with tremendous creative skill. As a client this was a huge advantage.
When our son was tragically killed by a negligent driver I immediately called David. I didn’t really consider a different lawyer. He was the clear choice. He will always do the "right" thing and fight for justice, regardless of the time and energy needed and the insurance company’s unlimited financial resources. He’s was all in. The value of this to our family simply can't be overstated. David Beninger, both professionally and as a person, is one of a kind.
David represented our family in a lawsuit where our son, a young man in his late 20s with a new wife and a baby on the way, was killed by a negligent driver while on his way to work. Initially the insurance company tried to blame our loved one for causing his own death. Many lawyers would have accepted the conclusions of the so called "experts" and insurance company, and turned us away. Not David. He instigated a thorough and comprehensive investigation that showed, through engineering and reconstruction, there was no fault on the part of our son. He was the innocent victim, not the cause. Through David's hard work we learned the company who employed the driver, either knew or should have known the driver had no business being behind the wheel of a truck. Without David's unfailing belief in our case our family, including his new wife and unborn child, would have been out in the cold.
David cared for our family with unfaltering compassion, and answered each and every phone call any of us made to his office almost immediately. Our family was in the throws of the worst tragedy of our lives when David took on our case. David took the weight of the day to day dealing with the legal aftermath, leaving us the ability to begin healing, resulting in a well-founded a sense of security.
David, and his carefully chosen partners and staff, were all there for not just me, but for our entire family through a lengthy and complex battle to hold those responsible for the tragic unnecessary death of our son responsible. At our request he successfully made sure we were largely insulated from the horrific facts of our case, to the extent that was reasonable under the circumstances. That was a blessing.
I think it's also important to comment on David as a person. He told us what happened when we asked, even if it was not what we wanted to hear. David cares about people first. To that end he is extremely generous with his time. He wanted to know about our family. It was important to him to know who our family is and who our son was. He wanted to get to know our family: it wasn’t a chore. Did our son like fishing? What were his favorite hobbies? Did he enjoy playing soccer? Was he a Seahawks fan? How many children did he want? What was his personality?
David couldn't change what happened, but as a person, not just as a lawyer, he made it clear that our family came first. What he could do was find justice our son and our family. His result far exceeded our expectations and assured the security of his widow and daughter.
