Justin is a highly knowledgeable and diligent lawyer. His integrity is second to none. When I first approached Justin for legal advice, I was hoping to avoid the need for a lawyer altogether, but wanted the opinion of someone trustworthy. Justin took the time to make a few inquiries on my behalf before recommending that I utilize his services.
His advice was highly beneficial. Justin quickly ascertained that the responsible party in my legal claim had no intentions of otherwise making things right (which explained the roadblocks I was facing on my own). Once Justin took on my case, the claim was taken seriously and he was able to expeditiously settle my case. He handled all of the details and otherwise removed all of the personal burden of dealing with an unfortunate situation.
I am far better off due to the services Justin provided and would not hesitate to hire Justin again should the need arise. I would recommend others do the same. His services are invaluable from both a personal and financial standpoint.

Jason was recommended to me by a lawyer friend. My lawyer friend said he hadn't been able to win against Jason in a similar case; that seemed a good recommendation to me!
Jason was thorough and he listened—smartly and kindly. He did not give up. And he helped me understand how the legal system works. I always felt like he had time for my questions, and he answered them clearly. Car accidents and the subsequent pain (and pain meds) can make you emotional and a little fuzzy; Jason was patient with that, too. Although my case was probably small compared to his other cases, I felt like he treated my case just as he treated the rest.
Jason is intelligent, strategy-savvy, and he really connects with people genuinely. He prepared and he came through for me. I highly recommend him.

I had a very complicated and sensitive situation. I required FMLA/DVLA after being assaulted; in order to approve such leave, my employer required detailed information about the situation. My employer, one of the largest in the state, then shared this information internally, on a wide scale, without my knowledge or consent and in direct violation of the leave I required. It was an emotionally devastating experience to learn my situation was now common gossip, truly worse than the assault itself. I began researching attorneys and spoke with three before finding Jason Rittereiser. The other attorneys were impersonal, challenging to speak with, and slow to provide information. I thought perhaps this wasn't as offensive and illegal as I thought.
I felt very alone, humiliated, and inadequate in pursuing anything against my employer but then I spoke to Attorney Jason Rittereiser. He was genuinely outraged and simultaneously empathetic of my situation; he reassured me laws had been broken and this was an unlawful situation more than sufficient to require intervention. Attorney Rittereiser spent vast amounts of time with me thoroughly explaining process, procedure, possible outcomes, and legal tactics. He answered every question I had and those I had not thought of from the beginning until the end of our involvement. Even if I asked a question more than once or was challenged by a concept, he was a model of patience, professionalism, and fluency in employment law. We spoke and emailed at all times of the day and everyday of the week. He was incredibly prompt in returning contact and/or informing me of points of interest in my case.
Attorney Rittereiser ensured I was expertly prepared for all phases of this lawsuit. Any direction or request from his office was communicated clearly and proactively. He worked with my schedule when in person meetings were necessary and these encounters were highly organized and he was completely prepared.
Attorney Ritereiser is an impressive man and an excellent attorney. He is pleasant to speak with and is an active listener and competent communicator. What always impressed me the most was in nearly every conversation he reminded me that the primary goal, "Is that you are okay, everything else is secondary to you and your health." As I said it was an emotionally charged situation that took it's toll. Even in what became the end, during mediation when we spoke of settling or moving onto trial the primary consideration was of my comfort and mental health above monetary considerations. While I was provided with excellent advice and guidance through this process by Attorney Rittereiser, the decisions were always mine in the end. Any choice to be made was fully discussed and I never hesitated to disagrees if I felt it necessary. The atmosphere he provides is one of utter transparency and respect.
I can not recommend Attorney Rittereiser and his team highly enough. They are incomparable in their competence, empathy and dedication to the clients they serve.

We used John Keckemet to create our wills and estate planning documents after we used his partner, Albert Lirhus, to finalize our adoption. We were pleased with the work that John did. He was very patient, willing to explain the differences between different facets of estate planning. The documentation he created was very thorough. I would recommend him, especially for those who need a little hand holding (not literally) through this difficult and often tedious process.

I owned a piece of property that I bought when I was young and the taxes on the land were killing me...paying more than the property was worth. I owed a substantial amount in back taxes and sought the help of Sally. She made several calls and straightened the entire mess out. Sally has a great disposition, is very approachable and possesses an excellent knowledge of law. One of the few people in the world that still takes notes with a fountain pen! I used Ms. Lanham to help me through a very difficult divorce. I sufered a brain aneurysm in 2003, and as I result of my brain injury, I can not transfer memories from short term to long term memory. Roger was the attorney that reached out to me after I contacted his office regarding my disability insurance policy. After meeting with Roger and his paralegal I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Roger was very knowledgeable and able to explain the different aspects of my policy and how we could proceed to move forward from there. I appreciated the game plan that was put in place and how effectively it was executed. There was always direct intention to keep the ball moving and have appropriate information gathered to make our case stronger. Over the course of two years I never felt that an aspect of my case had been forgotten or that I myself was an afterthought to a bigger case they may have had.
The entire two years I had the privilege of working with Roger communication has always been prompt and easy. My 19 year old son was killed on his second day at work at Pacific Top Soil. Because the L&I laws were written long ago, it was very difficult to find a wrongful death attorney to take on our case. My husband and I signed a fee agreement with him and his company and felt confident in Rodger Davidheiser’s professional knowledge of how to approach this case and come to a resolution. I contacted Ms Thompson for a case relating my rental history. Something that caused me problems when I tried to move to a new apartment. Furthermore, caused me stress and a feeling of unfairness.

Bob Christie is a great attorney and an even better person. I have worked with him twice.
The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
I was so impressed with Bob that I employed him recently on a certification hearing. He was again very impressive in this hearing and he won this case as well.
Both times I worked with Bob he was always the most prepared attorney in the room.
