Terrible. Worst most unprofessional lawyers I have ever dealt with. Marvin hasn’t submitted my paperwork the court requested 6 months ago and will not answer any calls or texts. When I call the office they tell me he isn’t in or in a meeting on a call etc and he never returns messages. I will be reporting them to the bar association. If you ask me they robbed my money!

I have Frank dealing with HCPO misconduct and bias issues against a PA father for calling his children during a divorce. No threats, no violance ect.. just a father wanting to love his family.
I trust Frank will do his best, since the State wishes to appeal a dismissal of the indictment in Hunterdon County. Dawn Solari is aledgely over zelious and bias or there is politics at play with this case?

I have used Mark Gallo to first handle my parents Last wills, Health Care Proxy and Trust. Everything was done meticulously and timely. The transition for my mother to get help with home healthcare was very easy and orderly. The fees were exactly what is standard in the industry as I did the research.
A few years later, I used Mark again for a real estate transaction. Mark was so meticulous and focused, and paperwork so specific that when when sale of my home fell through, he included a clause in the paperwork for a home I was going to purchase contingent on the sale of my home, I was able to recover my $20,000 down payment back. Due to the fact Mark was aware enough to cover every angle of the attempted sale and buy of 2 homes, which failed, I was able to get back and save $20,000 I would have otherwise lost.
I completely and wholeheartedly recommend Mark to handle all of your elder care, trust and real estate legal needs!

I needed a new will made as I had a significant change in my assets. When he presented the will to be signed which I was doing with my children present. He had changed the executor and written in an alternate as being my oldest and second oldest of my children because “this is what most people do”. However my prior will clear stated I wanted two of my children to serve as coexecutors, neither of whom were the ones he had already written in as being executor and alternate. I felt obligated to go along and signed the will. And I regret ever signing that day. That was not my wishes, and I can’t change that now.

He charged more than twice the amount of what other lawyers charge and only realized that when after paying him the quoted cost for everything upfront. A month later he said I owed him almost that same amount to complete the process. He never provided a bill or explanation of why there was the second payment needed when I paid the initial agreed upon price.

My modification was handled terribly. We were promised the world but once our $4000 was handed over it was a different story. His assistant was unprofessional and lied all of the time. We rarely got to speak with Charles, only her. He parted ways with his partners after we hired him and he and assistant did not answer phone calls for several weeks. We were receiving threatening letters from our bank and our lawyers were ghosts. Finally they called me back after many many concerned calls, (weeks not days) From that moment on it was one fiasco after another. They got me a decent rate but failed to renegotiate my loan. The payments were only a few hundred dollars less than before and $100 less than our take home pay. We told said that we live in NYC with no property tax cap that our escrow would increase our mortgage again and they did not listen. How do we get along with less than a $100 after you pay your loan? Their answer was pay for a year and then refinance. Well that proved poor advice. all they had to do was ask the bank to extend our loan from the previous refinance before we finalized the mod. They could not be bothered with us because they already had our money. We have begged them to help us now because we know all they have to do is make one simple phone call and re open our case as our attorney that we PAID THEM FOR. But they refuse. I have to hire someone else since I cannot live this way and GUESS WHAT??? property tax and escrow went up as I told them it would. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM and it is sad because the people who sent me to them had a wonderful experience. Something happened to change the way he did business because every client I speak to that they took on when we were taken on have the same answers.

Charles Spinardi's office handled my bankruptcy very efficiently. His personnel were on top of everything throughout the whole dismal process (dismal because of the nature of the case). I could not have asked for nicer people working on my case and I really appreciated the service I received. Charles is a great attorney. After I lost my job Charles helped me to buy enough time to get back to work and eventually modify my loan. I was paying $2867 and my new payment is $1923. He made all my headaches and sleepless nights go away. I tried with some other company but they did not help me and then ended up closing their doors. I was skeptical about hiring somebody else but after a meeting with Charles I knew he was the right choice.

Lawyer didn't put in paperwork on time to get reimbursed for any legal fees, from ex during divorce. Judge put this in the divorce decree, so I have the proof.
Put in a complaint with the Attorney Disciplinary / Grievance Committee.

From start to finish Mr. Hiatt made a very difficult and stressful situation much easier to deal with. After going through a very long painful divorce with an attorney I felt never had my best interest at heart and only prolonged things for a paycheck (shame on me for not being stronger at the time and firing her) I found myself back in court again with my ex-husband while dealing with both my mother & grandmother being very ill and both passing during the process. It was an extremely hard time and very difficult for me to choose an attorney because of my prior experience. Mr. Hiatt was honest, always quick to respond to every phone call, email and question I had. He played no games, was focused and made me feel safe and confident having him as my attorney. He resolved things as quickly as possible. He's a gentleman and compassionate and well worth his fee. From my past experience and the stories I have heard from others who have dealt with attorneys I would say Mr. Hiatt is a rare find. If you unfortunately find yourself in need of legal assistance he is who you want representing you.

Hired to help get rid of bad tenants. He gave my bad tenants extra time on my property. Failed to file pw in timely manner even though I enphasized with plenty of time, how important it was to get them out as fast as possible. Was supposed to file pw on Sep 1st but waited until Sep 7th. Does not return calls when promised or at all. Does not respond to text messages and avoids answering a text regarding the case that could highlight his tardiness. Says one thing, then another after getting paid. Bad hire. You're better off filing your own paperwork.

I’m posting this hoping to save another person from having the same terrible experience. Eric Gansberg is unprofessional, unreliable, disorganized and has no problem lying to you. I paid $1500 for a simple service that still isn’t complete, we had a court date in December, the judge was furious that he came unprepared and for not have the ONE DOCUMENT that I paid for him to prepare, and that the judge was waiting to sign. This started in October 2021, and nothing has been submitted to the courts on my behalf and Eric Gansberg is now avoiding my calls. But he has taken my money!!!!

Richard Rosenzweig is an ill mannered attorney and treats his clients like a money bag. The paperwork he prepared for me was poorly written and had so many spelling errors that I felt embarrassed for him. I wonder if he ever went to law school. I don't recommend hiring Mr Rosenzweig if you are seeking a professional attorney. Don't waste your hard earned money on this joke of an attorney. He doesn't take his work seriously and has a very bad attitude towards his clients maybe he is angry because he is so incompetent!

This guy has zero integrity. Based off of strictly intimidating tactics. He will only find justice for the corporations and institutions that have a monetary benefit to him. This man is not a fighter of the people. He is a modern day mobster. His defense mechanism is predominantly based on continuance after continuance. There’s no true “fight for the people” in that. So much so that he’ll uncover loop holes to leave defendants without any public representation, what kind of a judge does things like that? Strictly abuse of practice. He plays the case and wastes court time using it as a tool. No protection of individual liberties. He just delays the process of justice. Completely abuses power to undermine valid discoveries. So why are we letting this man be up on a stand?

They don’t put any time into ur case ur told to do all the leg work they don’t fight to get your doc s to file nor do they tell you when ur case is in jeopardy.
They were reprimanded by the judge for not having paperwork and they were told to get it and as soon as we left the court they told me I needed to go get the papers from doctors.
I could have don’t it all myself.
Total waste avoid them.

I used the services of the Law Office of Jonathan H. Poznansky. I mainly dealt with Christopher Moterosso and Peter G. Malloy. Peter and Chris were extremely pleasant to deal with and their level of professionalism is that beyond words! Christopher Moterosso represented me in a Worker's Compensation case. I was not expecting anything; I was just hoping to get the case over with. To my surprise, not only was the case over with, but he managed to get me a decent amount. The exceptional thing about these attorneys (and the Law office of Jonathan Poznansky) is that from the moment you walk in, they demonstrate that they care. Christopher Moterosso and Peter G. This "attorney" is no better than a used car salesman. Have had dealings with him a few times. He was an NYPD Lieutenant at one time, got screwed over by the job, then "vested out". Since then, he has been taking advantage of clients by under performing and not actually helping them.
He also uses is EDP son to do his dirty work and trickery.

Don't use him for personal injury unless you want your case dragged out for many years to receive very little if anything. If you do any litigation with him get his fee in writing up front because it always will be a lot higher in the end. He does suggest paying cash you MUST request a signed receipt for when you have a disagreement with him, be prepared for him to withhold your file and be yelled at.
