Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. The insurance company had only offered 46% of my personal injury amount under my policy. My accident was the result of an uninsured, unlicensed teenage driver crossing the center line of the roadway and crashing head-on into my vehicle with my wife and I both sustaining injuries. John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

I called to request a consultation late on a Friday, the attorney was not available at that time. He called me back first thing on the following Saturday. I was really surprised as I had not expected to hear back until Monday.
Tim provided me with suggestions as to what I should do and also provided me with the needed steps to take to move through the dispute on my own. He said that hiring an attorney would be more than the amount I was dealing with in regards to the dispute.
His explanation was great and made me realize that this wasn't something that I had to freak out about and that it could be dealt with regardless of the outcome. He also didn't make me feel bad about the situation, which I appreciated.
If for some reason I need to file bankruptcy in the future (I hope not) or if I know someone who is in need of a bankruptcy attorney, Tim will be who I go to or suggest to others.

I really hope I'm not over-hyping her, but this is honestly how I feel. Kathleen is extremely intelligent, detail-oriented, honest, kept us updated regularly, respectful, timely, empathetic, and her arguing skills are insane.
She took the time to really understand our case and its nuances. Moreover, just to emphasize how intelligent she is - I have a rare, complicated disability that parents, teachers, and even doctors have to study (AND be around it) for years to be able to understand it. Kathleen was able to understand it within a week (possibly less - I didn't time her), even though I was her FIRST client with this particular disability!
She won our case, but even if she hadn't my review would be the same because of how thorough she is. We would have walked away satisfied that she looked at every possible angle.

Hire Natalie she is amazing!!!
I ran the gamut of attorneys before finding Natalie and honestly I was getting quite discouraged. I spoke to leagues of highly recommended and sought after attorneys who have clear reputations for winning cases like this, and I can tell you that I was more impressed with Natalie in the first two minutes of our conversation than with any of the other professionals, even the ones with over 21 years of experience. I have heard many people complain that once retained, attorneys become less communicative and less responsive. Natalie was the opposite, she was fully committed to doing everything she could to help and keep me updated on the case. I talked to her a number of times after normal business hours and even met with her on a Sunday to work on the case. Natalie is the kind of attorney you pray has time for your case. She is honest, ethical, compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive, connected, and encouraging. Her guidance was completely on par and she delivered on everything she said she was going to do. We had the misfortune of hiring an inexperienced contractor to remodel our bathroom. He was very unprofessional and didn't quite know how to do a remodel. We paid him a lot of money but got shoddy workmanship in return. He sued us in Small Claims Court for a final payment of $1280.00 but we were fortunate to have found Jean Bouffard to defend us. Jean had the lawsuit transferred to Superior Court and we sued the contractor for breach of contract. The case was a mess of facts and figures but Jean was able to sort it out and win a judgement of $21,030 for us including attorney fees. We are very happy with her professionalism, knowledge and demeanor.

Cathie was only on my case briefly due to circumstances beyond our control, however, as soon as I met her I felt comfortable, listened to, and hopeful. I know that nobody really wants to have a legal experience and I am no exception to the rule. My long term disability carrier decided to quit paying my benefit due to a patently false claim on their part. Prior to speaking with Ms. Larson, my wife and I spoke with a "top" law firm that specializes in this type of litigation. In order to take my case, they wanted 40% of my award for 5 years. We were devastated... The we spoke with Ms. Larson. After hearing our story, she recommended that we start using her on an hourly basis to see how that turned out. She estimated that it would take about 4 hours of her time and I'm pretty sure we didn't use the full amount. She wrote one of the most concise and "to the point" letters to the LTD carrier that I have ever had the privilege of reading. That was all it took... They resumed payment and have subsequently removed any limitations regarding continuing benefits.

If you want a good loyal honest attorney Nigel Malden is the man for you. My husband and I had a case that we needed an attorney fast. I did not know where to turn so I went to the telephone book.. I called Attorney Nigel Malden's office. His Legal assistant is a very kind, warm and friendly lady. I explained what our case was about his legal assistant informed me to send the documents that I had regarding myself and husband's case, and she would discuss it with Attorney Malden. After submitting the documents requested it was within two days we got a response from Mr. Malden's office to inform us that he would represent us. We had a meeting at his office and the very first time that my husband and myself met Mr. Malden and his legal assistant. Frank helped me deal with my personal injury case related to a car accident I experienced while riding in the vehicle of a friend. I was charged with a felony offense last year that I was not guilty of. I consulted with John and he felt that he could help me so I hired him. Before court John explained exactly what was going to happen and made me feel as comfortable. He met with the prosecutor and explained my position. At the next hearing John had me bring some documentation with me. He showed me some cases he had researched and explained why my case should be dismissed.
