I Had the Pleasure of using Mrs. Jardine as a mediator to create a parenting plan. She was very helpful, creative,and realistic in what will and will not work. she was by far one of the more knowledgeable attorneys i had come across in my travels . also a genuinely good person . I hired Russell in the Fall of 2013 to represent me in a multi million dollar securities fraud lawsuit. The lawsuit came to an end in the Fall of 2015 after a three week trial by jury in which we prevailed on all counts.
I cannot say enough good things about Russell Knight! He is very through and organized. He took well over 5000 pages of documents and testimony, wove it into a story that the jury could understand and lead them day by day to the final outcome. Russell is as steady as they come. Do not let his boyish face and soft demeanor fool you. I guarantee that he will not let anyone take advantage of him or the situation.
Most importantly, the jury really liked Russell. After the verdict, both sides sat down with a couple of the jurors to get their feedback. They stated that Russell had presented a full, concise, believable story, which they appreciated.
If you have a large case, which this was, and need an attorney that will spend whatever time is necessary and keep you informed every step of the way, you cannot do better than Russell Knight.
Obviously, I highly recommend Russell and the entire Smith Alling firm!

David Corbett represented us in an appeal in the Washington State Court of Appeals, where he worked on our behalf to reverse a large default judgment. Even though the ultimate result was a split decision, we were both impressed by David and the high quality of his work. Because we are residents of Toronto, Canada, we never met David in person, but he was always available by phone or email on short notice, and consistently responsive to our concerns. He was also very good at explaining what was going on in the case as it progressed. We strongly recommend him to anyone who needs counsel for a civil appeal in Washington.

I am writing this review from the perspective of a client who has a case which has yet to be resolved. Therefore, my review of Mr. Corbett's work on my behalf is not influenced by a favorable or unfavorable outcome.
Integrity and brilliance best describe David Corbett.
He has the unique ability to know what the response will be from his opponent, prior to formulating an argument. This allows Mr. Corbett the ability to know if his argument will be strong or weak.
Mr. Corbett researches the applicable laws and previous rulings on similar cases so thoroughly that he is able to clearly articulate how the law applies to the case at hand. Not all judges and lawyers will research the applicable laws thoroughly. For this reason, Mr. Corbett is able to articulate effectively on behalf of his clients.
He has constantly kept me informed about his research, and his work on my behalf.
I have seen how his work developed because he shared his thoughts with me as he worked on my case.
He has restored my faith in the law, and in justice, regardless of the outcome of my particular case. If there is justice in the modern court system, he will find it.
On the subject of integrity, I have actually seen him with a stop watch in his hand so that he is only billing a client for time that is used on their behalf. I have never known any attorney to be so conscientious. I consider the work Mr. Corbett has done on my behalf to be one of the best investments I have ever made.
I trust him completely, and I highly recommend him.

Ms. Herrmann is exactly what others clients have said about her. She covers all of the possible problems that might come up in the settlement process, and explains the thinking of insurance companies. I have a good idea now, of what to expect, and what kind of expectations to have. It takes a unique mind to be able to have such a comprehensive understanding of her profession, and she has it. Ms. Herrmann went above the call of duty to make sure she listen to my exact concerns, spoke to me at layman's level versus a lawyers and gave me many options along with the option she would have chose which turned out to be the best option for me.

Filing bankruptcy can be a stressful and humiliating time. My husband and I never dreamed we would ever even have to contemplate such a thing, but there we were, facing the harsh reality of a chapter 7. You see, my husband and I have always worked multiple jobs, prided ourselves on being hard workers! I'm an RN and he's an Aircraft Mechanic. But due to circumstances out of our control we found ourselves at David Smiths Law Office, to discuss bankruptcy. Talk about feeling at an all time low. David Smith was amazing! He and his staff walked us through our options. Dallas said this is how it would happen! We always paid our bills on
time but the writing was on the wall with this economy. He filed `-got rid of our debt..kept our cars and house and reasonable lifestyle.
Too many people wait to file after they fail......if you see the writing on
the wall do it now and file with Dallas. AT that point he can protect your assets. He covers all bases very well. He really knows bankruptcy law!!
You will need to be on top of your paperwork and assignments. He does not hold your hand.

TLDR: HIRE SHANE.
Shane Cridlebaugh is A-MAZING! First off, I called around to many different lawyers and Shane stood out because he instantly told me that I was paying my spouse BAH (military housing allowance/spousal support) when I didn’t have to since we had a prenuptial agreement. No other lawyers had pointed this out. Even the military lawyers had not noticed this. He was the first one to notice during the free consultation. He was right! I took my agreement to my chain of command and military lawyers and they confirmed that I didn’t have to pay based on the prenuptial agreement. Every other lawyer I called around to told me I would have to continue paying my spouse BAH until the divorce was final. Shane was also the only lawyer that was ready to start making moves. During our phone consultation he was already telling me the next steps that he would take. He’s an aggressive lawyer which is what you want. I sincerely felt like he was fighting for me. Shane moves quick. The other side would take days or weeks to respond whereas Shane would always respond promptly. You will want that because you want the divorce to finish quickly! I didn’t have to communicate with the other side at all which was one of my requests. Shane is very honest about money. When the other party agreed to a settlement, Shane was upfront and informed me that he had not used all of the initial retainer fee and would pay the other party from the remaining retainer fee I had already paid. Shane could have easily charged me extra and claimed he had already worked the equivalent of the entire retainer fee. Shane was always available by email even on holidays and weekends. In fact, my final papers were prepared and signed on New Year’s Eve because he was working! It’s a long review because Shane deserves it. He seriously made my divorce so easy. You won’t be disappointed when you hire him.

I hired Shane to handle my divorce. Unfortunately, I discovered Florida was taking jurisdiction of the divorce about a month after I hired him, so I was no longer able to use a WA attorney. Despite this, Shane was willing to help me look over the new documents I was served to better explain the verbiage in layman’s terms for my understanding, even though he made it very clear he couldn’t advise me on anything or provide services. When I was working with him in the beginning, he always took my calls, made time to see me and got things to me in a timely manner. He also refunded me the majority of my retainer fee since state laws didn’t allow him to work on my case. Most recently, he happily answered WA law questions that I called him with over the phone at no cost. I would highly recommend him! You can tell he is honest and genuine, not about screwing people out of money.

I have known Hunter for many years and am happy that I have someone like him to refer to in cases that are legal in nature.

Talbot refused to take my case when Ben was under him. Ben saw my case and called me 3 days later and he took my case and won. I was a scared 21 year old and he made me feel okay with the whole process. He told me from day 1 that the insurance had 3 years before court and it would take them almost 3 years to agree to settle. He was honest and compassionate. I would hire him again if I ever needed his help.

Mr. Sutherland was amazing!! I had worked with another attorney for over a year who did not help me or listen to my needs! Within 4 weeks of hiring Tim, he had changed my situation for the better!!! He always called me back (often calling me before I had a chance to call him) and was very honest and realistic with my case. He took my case at the last minute was very understanding about finances. He put in SO much effort to learn my case inside and out in such a short time. Not often do you meet lawyers that honestly care! It is odd for me to say honesty and lawyer in the same sentence!! Steve helped guide several multimillion dollar transactions through to the finish line. In one case, Steve negotiated and drafted all legal documents related to a transaction with Netherlands-based multi-national company and involved another nine individual share holders. Involved property transfer, leases, and a myriad of other complex issues. In another instance, Steve negotiated sale of shares in a company where Washington Tribe and native individual were both shareholders and purchaser of shares of another 5 individuals. Mr. Buffington was very helpful with our process, and we felt very comfortable with his services. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story

I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective. It was obvious in the courtroom that he was respected by the judges who heard various portions of the case. Joe has a high standard of principled ethics that enable him to provide excellent representation. This lawsuit dragged on for over 3 years, & yet my stress level was minimal because I was extremely confident of Joe's abilities to bring about a favorable resolution in my defense. He did not let me down. Another great thing about Joe, is that being the man of integrity he is, I KNOW he would have never chosen to represent the type of individual who sued me--no matter how much they would have been willing to pay him for the representation.
