We hired Wade Neal to handle a licensing contract. It was apparent right away that he could translate "legalese" into language a lay person could understand. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Most importantly for us, he was able to keep pace with the awkward and unpredictable timing that characterized our negotiations. He exposed the sort of risky nuances that allow you to appreciate the difference a law degree makes. Thoughtful, perceptive, and more timely that I thought we could expect, Looking ahead at our contract we needed a lawyer as a safety net - looking back I couldn't imagine our agreement without him.

I absolutely recommend Marya Fuller. I was in an auto accident and thought I could handle it on my own, even though other driver admitted fault at the scene and I had a witness, I was way over my head. I was putting bills on my credit cards and not seeking the right treatment, finally after receiving a postcard in the mail, I talked to Marya Fuller and she took over, what a relief it was! Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story

I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective. It was obvious in the courtroom that he was respected by the judges who heard various portions of the case. Joe has a high standard of principled ethics that enable him to provide excellent representation. This lawsuit dragged on for over 3 years, & yet my stress level was minimal because I was extremely confident of Joe's abilities to bring about a favorable resolution in my defense. He did not let me down. Another great thing about Joe, is that being the man of integrity he is, I KNOW he would have never chosen to represent the type of individual who sued me--no matter how much they would have been willing to pay him for the representation. I met Gina Auter back in 2005 when she represented me in my marriage dissolution. My biggest concern was having a fair parenting plan so I could have my 2 kids for more than just a Weds evening visit and every other weekend. I was able to get a plan that allows me to have my kids almost 50% of the time.
A few years later my ex wife remarried and relocated my kids from Puyallup to Seattle and I once again hired Gina to help me try to stop the relocation. Gina was honest with me upfront that our chances were not great but she would do her best. While we were not successful in stopping the relocation, Gina was able to get both my parenting plan and child support adjusted to something that I felt was very fair. I cannot say enough good things about Gina and her assistant and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance with family law. Mark is an exceptional attorney. I had a business lawsuit that 2 different lawyers turned down because they said it was not winnable. I had a very complicated case involving a non-compete and was in a bad place with an ex-employer who set me up to fail. I had started my business and was in dire straits until I met with Mark. Cameron represented me in 2 separate cases. One was a complicated truck title issue. The other was a suit being filed against me regarding an injury at my home. Christy McKinley assisted us on a legal matter with an unscrupulous landlord. The landlord was trying to take advantage of us after the termination of a residential lease by charging us for ore-existing damage. Once we got Christy involved, the truth started coming out and let’s just say the landlord had a lot of explaining to do. She left no stone unturned. The landlord was betting on the odds that we would not consult an attorney, which proved to be a mistake in his part. Christy is detail oriented, and a hard worker. In the past 20-some years Bob has represented me 4 times. Twice he defended me against criminal charges, and twice was my advocate for injury claims.
He was at all times most personable a friendly and always explained the realities of my situation and made sure that I understood what was going on. In all cases he obtained favorable results. His fees for criminal defense were less than what other lawyers quoted me and yet he went full out on my behalf as if I was his only client. (He is a sole practitioner and is sometimes very very busy.) Once he was too busy to take a case from me and referred me to another lawyer who handled my case with high competence and who obtained a great result for my claim.
In addition to criminal defense and personal injury work, Bob has assisted my brother, (who is a musician), with some entertainment contracts and is well versed in entertainment law.
