I got into a horrific rear-end car accident in Sept of 2020 and immediately hired an attorney. That attorney after handling my case for 2.5 years recommended I accept the top offer being made by the insurance company of $37,500. Something didn’t seem right and thats when a friend referred me to Max. I had an initial consultation with him and instantly knew I was in good hands. I quickly fired my old attorney and hired Max. Within 1 month of taking my case, he filed a lawsuit and within 1 year he settled my case for $375,000. Not only did he attend all the depositions and take my case to mediation, but he made sure I got the medical care that I needed. I don’t usually trust anyone, but I truly felt like I could trust Max with my case. His communication was great, he’s aggressive with his cases, and he wants to get you as much compensation as possible. I highly recommend using Max for any personal injury case.

Upon notifying her of my father's passing, she informed me of what I immediately needed to do, and to put together a list of questions for our initial meeting. Throughout the entire process, Eileen was professional and in constant communication with me. I hired Attorney Jacobs to represent me in a military retirement former spouse benefits case. My first impression when I met her and listened to her, I immediately thought that she really knows her stuff. She was confident and knowledgeable of military law. Phenomenal criminal defense attorney. Has great knowledge of criminal law and procedure. Judges like him and prosecutors respect him because of his smarts and integrity. Years ago I had a dream vacation of mine cut short and ruined by a negligent hotel infested with bed bugs. They wouldn’t give me a refund whatsoever even after cutting my trip short because they wouldn’t work with me to get transferred to another location! I didn’t know what to do and after a google search, found him, and he absolutely crushed them and made my really awful vacation into something that was actually nice. Explained everything to me how things worked, was polite, kind, understanding, and all around really felt like he genuinely just didn’t want to do my case because it was a cut of mine but because he felt I got wronged and wanted to help try to fix it.

Dan is one of the friendliest lawyers I have met, and I know a lot of them because I am an attorney myself. When I got into a car accident I didn't know what to do. Insurance companies wanted statements, my car was totaled, I was in pain, I didn't know how to proceed. Most were not really interested because they felt it was too small of a case ( not enough of a fee for them )

Marie is an exceptional human being, and the greatest lawyer you will ever find. When our house flooded over two years ago, we didn’t know what to do. Our house was destroyed, insurance denied our claim, my newborn baby was ill from the water/mold damage, and I was lost. It was such a dark time. I didn’t know where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. All I knew is that I needed to leave my home to keep my child in a safe environment, and that my house needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. But where to begin? How could I afford it? Why wasn’t insurance doing what I paid for? I didn’t know how to answer ANY of those questions. Marie was like a knight in shining legal armor. At no upfront cost, she not only went to bat for me against my homeowner’s insurance, but she also helped me navigate where to go, who to talk to, and in what order to start tackling the demolition/reconstruction of my house. She was there with my family every step of the way. She communicated, even if there was nothing to say. She got angry with me, she got angry FOR me. She fought for us where we couldn’t, and NEVER gave up. It wasn’t easy and it was a very long road, but Marie knew our worth. I have hired many lawyers over the years and have had occasion to think about what I need from a legal representative, Since meeting Russ in 2011 and working with him on a number of real estate transactions through my company, I have used his firm exclusively. I am writing to review his work on a recent matter that involved my personal real estate portfolio. Very simply, I do not think I could ask for more in an attorney. He exceeds expectations in every area, specifically:
Legal Knowledge- In this case, as with every other he has handled, it was clear that he had total command of the legal issues. He always has a plan of attack. He is creative and can think on the fly.
Interaction with Client- Russ keeps you informed and I am always comfortable that he is aggressively protecting my interests. Every attorney has other clients and cases but with Russ I always know he is up to date on my case and he is always available for consultation. If he is going to travel informs me in advance how he can be reached. He makes you feel like the center of attention and never an afterthought. He cares, no matter the size of the case.
Billing and Value- Russ is exceedingly fair in his billing. Everything is fully disclosed and in the end I paid far less than I would have expected for the amount and quality of the work. The resolution that Russ got for me was better than I had ever imagined. What I was expecting to cost many thousands ended with me collecting a substantial check at closing.
Mr. Sibley is a very smart lawyer, has great judgement, is scrupulously honest, and an excellent communicator. I enthusiastically recommend him without reservation.

I meet many attorneys due to my job, and Russell shows the highest level of ethics, knowledge, competence. He represented me in a very bizarre collection case. The defendant tried everything from frivolous motions, counter claim, harassment to drive up my legal cost. Russell spent 10 times more time than what he charged me for, protected me from the defendant's threats. He clearly puts his clients' interest before money. We prevailed. In a different case, another attorney was unsuccessful to collect a judgement from an out-of-state debtor. Russell took care of it easily and recovered the money.

Did not crumble under pressure by MSPB Judge or the Office of Personnel Management attorney’s. He was cool, calm and knowledgeable as he presented my case flawlessly to MSPB board. OPM attorney’s attempted to deny me of my retirement benefits which I worked so hard to achieve, but thanks to Mr . Maharaj’s knowledge and experience they were not successful.
