My experience with Attorney Kevin Sparkman was very good. I have dealt with other Attorneys in the Tampa Bay area including larger Law Firms and I never experienced the level of professional service that I did received from the Law Firm of Sparkman and Sparkman P.A. My spouse was involved in an automobile accident and I spoke to other attorneys and was not satisfied till I met Kevin Sparkman. Mr. Sparkman settled my spouse case effectively and even reduced his fees. After working with Kevin on my spouse personal injury case, I would not recommend that my family or friends see anyone else .To anyone looking for representation for a automobile accident, family law, business law or an appellate law or needs an attorney’s advice, I highly recommend Law Office of Sparkman & Sparkman, P.A and they are located in South Tampa. Sparkman & Sparkman, P.A. may not be on television as much as other lawyers, but Mr. Kevin Sparkman sure knows his stuff better than all of them!

There is nothing beautiful about divorce! Regardless of who initiates the divorce, it's down-right awful. Fortunately, I was referred to Ky Koch. Ky made me feel like I was more than just a client. I felt an immediate connection to him, which allowed me to trust him from the get-go. I felt like Ky truly had my best interest at heart. Choosing someone to represent you can be a very scary process. After inquiring with a few lawyers, I hired Marcia to represent me in a custody suit. There are attorneys, and then there’s Ms. Locke. She’s one of a kind. I highly recommended Ms. Locke. I had a very difficult divorce case. Ms. Locke was not the first attorney with whom I had spoken. I had a particularly strange divorce case being my now ex was in prison at the time. Ms. Locke was recommended to me by a friend who had her in their very difficult divorce case and described her has brilliant, tenacious, and had a big heart. Ms. Locke was that and so much more. She was so kind and understanding to me in my situation. She is intelligent, she didn't sugar coat anything, and always responded quickly to any questions I had (and I had a lot). She took my case to heart and moved it along as quickly as she possibly could but never forgetting any details. I always felt like I was in the loop with every step that happened. We had an unfortunate situation arise that required us to obtain legal representation. We met Alex Dowding during our initial consultation. Mr. Dowding was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and guided us through our case until the situation was resolved. Legal problems can be very stressful almost overwhelming. On a couple of occasions I became upset or stressed during our situation, but Mr Dowding quickly resolved the problem and thoroughly explained everything and reassured us everything would be ok; and it was. I live out of state, but due to a contentious contract litigation case I needed a local attorney who I knew would represent me just the same as if I lived in the area. After much research I narrowed down my search to Mr. Denman and after many months I couldn't be happier with my selection. Ron spent considerable time understanding my case before our first call, and once we kicked things off, he never looked back. Although I strive to be a self-sufficient person, there comes a point where hiring a professional is the smart thing to do, especially with legal matters. Well, I reached that point; I needed a lawyer.
Ron Denman produced quick results. It was clear that he knew this particular aspect of the law fluently. He developed a sound, assertive legal strategy and communicated it to me in a way that made sense to me. As events unfolded, he adapted our strategy to suit new circumstances which increased our plan's effectiveness. In the end, the strategy had worked- I walked away achieving the ideal outcome.
Another thing that was notable to me: he approached my situation as if he was representing himself. When it comes down to it, it was one of the main reasons that I hired him. I had met with plenty of lawyers, and they all had the right qualifications and plenty of experience. But, I left my initial meeting with Ron feeling that I could trust him to get the job done. That's a big deal. I was obviously looking for someone who was qualified and capable, but what I really wanted was someone who was going to stand up for me and be there every step of the way. There were an incredible amount of stressors throughout the duration of the case, and it made all the difference feeling like the situation was being taken care of.
Since the resolution of my situation, I have thankfully not needed legal representation, but I can say that if I did, I would definitely work with Ron again. Thanks Ron!

I was arrested for DUI in St. Petersburg with a BAC level of 0.017, far under the legal limit.
Joe Rosier was bar none the most responsive and understanding lawyer I interviewed. He took my case on and dealt with a difficult attorney's office.
He explained every detail with patience in layman's terms. I really appreciated his calm, practical approach during this difficult time.
In the end the case was dismissed and I never lost work time due to my arrest. I can't recommend him enough.

I hired Joseph Rosier shortly after receiving a DUI in January of 2017, in the initial meeting I found him to be very professional and thorough regarding what to expect and how he was going to handle the case. I had a very complicated auto accident case and many companies to deal with while also trying to heal from my injuries. Melody took on my case and lifted the worry off my shoulders. She was able to successfully negotiate a settlement for me with a full payout from the other guy's iauto insurance without having to go to trial. I found Mr. Patel through this website and decided to call his office for an inquiry after emailing and calling several immigration lawyers. I was explaining my case to the lady who answered the call, and to my surprise she gave the line to Mr. Patel. Unlike other lawyers who charge consultation fees before you can actually talk to them, Mr. Patel did not charge me any cent. It was a complicated case, because my two children were involved in a cross complaint my ex-husband filed, accusing me of blocking his shared custody.
