David Farash has been my attorney for years. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff/Detective in the Tampa Bay area. I first met David when he served as legal counsel for the Sheriff in Hillsborough County Florida. I was his investigator. I watched this fine man and the way he handled his legal duties for a long time. He is the best of the best within his profession. His knowledge and experience in law are at an expert level. He represented me when I was hit head on by a stolen car in a vehicle pursuit while I was in law enforcement. Two felons, doing robberies in a stolen car ended my career in that incident. David handled all aspects of my Workers Comp case, and also advised I file suit against my own carriers uninsured motorist coverage. My insurance carrier laughed at us. How dare us try and sue them when the stolen car that hit me caused my career ending injuries. David did not laugh, he went to work for me. Sometime later we went to trial. David worked very hard and we recieved a favorable verdict thanks to his ability as a great trial lawyer. Since then he has handled ALL legal matters for my family. Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! In just a couple weeks she did what 3 others couldn't do in 7 years!!! God Blessed My Boys and I with finding and hiring her!! I mean He truly BLESSED My Boys and I cause as previously stated, she's not a 9 to 5'er........she's all in looking to and hitting home runs!!! John reviewed all my landlord tenant dispute document (lease, county inspection, email and text correspondence, my narrative of the sequence of event) and gave me honest opinion that I'm at fault, advised me to settle with the tenants. It was a very emotional, frightening experience that really clouded my judgement. His honest opinion forced me to face the reality and make the right concession. I was decided to hire him for the settlement offer letter, but the tenants couldn't wait. I had to hurry up and draft the agreement myself and sign with the tenants. After a plumbing malfunction caused a major flood, I needed guidance on getting indemnified for an insurance claim and and a dispute with the landlord. Patrick did a great job keeping me calm and confirmed everything I needed to do before he even began representing me.
He attempted to negotiate for a faster settlement. Neither party involved attempted to move from their original position, in fact one party tried to issue payment for less than the amount they agreed to pay prior. We ended up filing in court and managed to settle for a fair amount on both cases.
I would recommend Patrick as he was extremely responsive to all my requests and questions. He kept me in the loop on all hearings and gave me the option of involvement on each step along the way.

We hired Patrick Brennan for our case against a major timeshare corporation - and we WON! My husband and I were losing sleep over our pending lawsuit. Patrick was very calming and reassuring to us. He kept in constant contact with us every step of the way. This was not a short process, four years total and Patrick sat by our sides during it all: litigations, depositions and finally the trial. Mr. Rothburd is highly knowledgeable in his field. I would consider him to be not only a subject matter expert but he's also well respected in his field. This is important because he had a relationship with the other party's attorney. This allowed them to unemotionally negotiate my case and come to an equitable agreement that worked for all parties.
He's extremely direct and factual about the circumstances. He doesn't create unrealistic expectations and works to get the best results for the clients, and not his own personal gain. I'd not only recommend him but I'd use him again if ever in the same situation, which of course I hope never happens again in my lifetime.
I'm also very knowledgeable about contracts and labor law and a tough judge of character and performance. I've had to use several attorney's for various occasions throughout my career as a CEO just in my daily general business practices and Craig falls into the top 1% of the attorney's I've known and or worked with. He and his assistant, Maria are very responsive and have great follow up. I can’t say enough good things about Kevin Hayslett. He’s a miracle worker and the best criminal defense attorney out there. I was arrested for a DUI and two felony charges after the worst night of my life. I had been drinking way too much, and I ended up breaking into a store and takingthings I don’t even remember. I passed out in the back of the store, and the police found me there.
The State Attorney’s Office wanted to send me to prison for 18 months. My first lawyer told me I should just accept it, and I was ready to lose everything. That’s when I found Kevin Hayslett, and thank God I did.
Kevin fought for me and believed in me when no one else did. He was able to get the two felony charges dismissed completely, and he even got my DUI reduced to reckless driving. The best part? There was withholding of adjudication, which means I didn’t get convicted and now I’m getting my record sealed.
I honestly can’t believe how well it worked out.
Run don’t walk to hire him!!!!!!!

I went to Kevin seeking help with my defense of three violent felonies (two batteries on law enforcement and resisting arrest with violence). Do not hire this attorney for probate . An attorney for this firm gave me the wrong information during our initial consultation, and immediately accused me of trying to do something wrong when she hadn’t seen the will yet, was the designated personal representative in the will. Even after I set her straight about the facts she still just stuck to her sales pitch about what should be done. They specialize in divorce and custody issues, and it was obvious to me that they do not like women who assert their rights in any legal situation. 👎

Nick was referred a wrongful death case involving a relative, He gave my wife's cousin excellent advice NOT to proceed with a legal action which was more likely to result in further grief than in any recovery. Normally, a personal injury lawyer will "roll the dice", hoping to coerce a settlement from a deep pockets defendant. Athought I agreed with his recommendation not to pursue the matter , my wife's cousin did not follow the advice, She was eventually forced to trial, which may have been cathartic to some extent but which was, on the whole, merely a repeat of bad memories.

I contacted Mr. Cordoba in reference to a worker’s compensation case, where I went after the other party privately.
