I contacted Mike (and Sean) to assist me on a business lawsuit for which I was being deposed in 6 days. We spent over an hour discussing my case. Mike was completely upfront and knowledgable on the deposition process and how we should proceed. Having never been deposed, I was quite nervous before speaking with Mike. He put me at ease and assured me that he would be there to represent me and my business partner so that we presented our case succinctly and accurately to the deposing attorney. He met us early for the meeting, reviewed our documents and took control of the meeting from the beginning. I hired Henderson Legal Services after already spending thousands with another law firm that just kept asking me to refill my retainer but I wasn’t seeing any results. I consulted multiple attorneys before hiring Ashley. The team was understanding of my needs. The other attorney's came with the "rip the band aid off" mentality. Which meant get ready to lose custody of the children and pay child support. It wasn't the case here. After doing what they told me to do, the case never made it past mediation. I was able to get my kids with equal custody, zero child support and I was able to keep the property with the highest value.

Atty Gomez and his staff understand the confusing Federal Bankruptcy System and walked us through a complex Chapter 11. We not only were handling a five-year bankruptcy plan; a problem with an erroneous property title; but also a five-year IRS audit simultaneously. From my viewpoint, it was very overwhelming but from theirs, it was easy. Because Atty. Gomez and his staff does this "every day", they just walked us from one step to the next. Eventually it unraveled. The IRS Audit is over, the property title handled, and we are fortunately on our last steps as this is the end of our five-year-plan. There is really light at the end of that dark tunnel. We are very close to having only the daily schedule of work and family again. Our personal recommendation is to work closely with Atty Gomez and Andrea, help your spouse get through this with full support and no blame on either side, and you will get through this with a closer happier marriage like we have.

We were involved in prolonged Interstate litigation case. With the goal of protecting our corporate structure as well as protecting our shareholders personally, we hired Mr. Gomez to take us through a Chapter 11 . He provided the best legal advice we received over the 8 year long case. In less than a year the case was filed, the Chapter 11 was plan approved, all creditor payments were made and the case was closed. Prior to hiring Mr. Gomez we were considering walking away from the business and seeing where the cards would fall. Instead we have retained the ownership of a profitable business.

I hired Mike to represent myself and my siblings when our fathers second wife looted a trust fund after our father's death. While I very much wanted to recover the trust money, I did not want to spend a lot of time and money to get a judgment against her only to be unable to collect, or to spend more time and money on collection. I explained this to Mike the first time we talked on the phone, and throughout our almost 2 year journey together he never forgot it. All of his actions were geared toward recovery, not a useless moral victory. In the end we did prevail and recovered all our money and had our legal expenses reimbursed. The second wife's attorney had an excellent reputation, so victory was not easy or a foregone conclusion, yet Mike was able to counter them at every turn.
I can't say enough good about Mike, and I recommend him without reservation. I should add that I live in Colorado, so I never met Mike in person. We conducted all of our business via phone and email, and he was always very responsive when I would reach out to him.

Lauren was co-counsel on my ADA discrination case. At first, I thought there is no way I want her respresenting me,... She's too nice. Ohhh was I wrong. Well, Lauren is nice, very nice, but don't let that fool you. Lauren is the kind of soft spoken attorney with a big stick.

Dealing with issues from ex-spouse for 18 years and had never won a case. I filed for divorce in 2005. It took over 3 years to finally get my dissolution of marriage completed in 2008.
Since, 2011 I have basically been litigated against by my ex-wife and her new attorney non-stop. My other attorney (who was also a family friend) quit because she got tired of handling it and I started handling everything Pro Se.
In June 2016, I finally had enough and asked another attorney friend of mine to a family a referral. He recommended the office of Christine Derr. Christine put Kim Hamill on the case.
I want to tell you that Kim is probably the most capable, most well prepared attorney that I have every worked with.
Kim meticulously researched and countered all the opposing attorney's issues, resulting in ALL his motions basically being denied. As a result the case, that has dragged on for YEARS now looks to finally be coming to an end even though Kim has only been on a case a short time.
I emphatically recommend Kim Hamill for any family law case that you may have. I am sure she is probably just as capable in other areas of law as well but I have not personally see her in those areas.

I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. I literally set out to find somewhere to write a review for Jim Mancuso, because he certainly earned it, so read on about our personal experience with this attorney.....
How I actually met Jim was due to the fact that Billy, my step-son, had been hanging around with the wrong crowd for some time, and unfortunately ended up in serious trouble and landed his butt in jail. Almost 2 months after he got arrested I decided to make an effort to help him versus just letting him sit there in jail, which was my initial outlook cause I figured it 'might' straighten his butt up this time, but home life drastically changed, and my wife just seemed so distant and resentful towards me that I could no longer take it.......so I gave in.
I'd consulted with several attorneys, and I'd liked Jim's attitude and outlook right away. He was very professional, and the fact that he didn't seem to be kissing butt just because I was holding his paycheck really set him apart from the others, and that was a big plus for me cause it didn't seem like a 'show'. He'd told me that he wasn't a miracle worker, nor would he pretend to be, but he would certainly do his absolute best and provide the best possible representation. Right after I'd hired him, despite the fact that his public attorney, the one they afford in jail, wasn't able to get his bail lowered, Jim was able to get his bail significantly lowered, so we'd paid his bond, he was released, and my home life became better instantly. Praise the Lord for that!
Anyways, he'd been facing a total of 5 years, and the prosecutors had been offering him something like 23 months because of his prior record. It might've been 21 months, but I'm pretty sure it was 23. Regardless of the exact number, before trial, he did make a miracle happen in our eyes because he got the prosecutors to drop his charge to something lesser, which resulted in time served (from what I understand the almost 2 months that he was in jail was counted as his total sentence).
One thing I forgot to mention is that before I'd hired Jim I'd flat-out asked, "Why do you charge so much less than the others that I'd consulted with?" He says, "Well, I understand that this is the real world, and I know that not everyone is made of money, but with that being said, the sad truth is that most people think that the more you pay for something, the better it's going to be, and that's just really not the case. The average price of a book at Barnes and Noble is probably around $14.99, but I assure you there's many books there that are just as good, if not better, priced around $9.99. Everyone deserves a defense, and I just try to make it a little more attainable, that's all." To me that was a remarkable statement, and right after that I'd wrote the check and he'd never veered from being the true professional that I'd met.
Anyways, the reason I set out to write this is because my wife is extremely happy, as am I, as Billy just left here a little while ago with my grandson, and he truly seems like a changed man with renewed hope for the future, and though I know Jim's not responsible for his change, I do factually know that he would've been going away to prison for some years without him, and for that I would very highly, without a doubt, recommend Jim to anyone who has a loved one going through hard times in the legal system!

My wife and I hired Brian Battaglia to represent us in a terrible law suit against a contractor who ruined our home and cause major flooding issues, during a major remodeling effort. We ended up, based on contractual agreement, going through mediation with the contractor and their insurance company.
