My fiancé at the time was accused of stealing computers from the U of A ( he was a professor at the time) but he would regularly take equipment home for research and then bring it back, anyway it was a big to do and got blown way up, and so we hired Mr. St. Louis, and man was that the best decision ever!! Not only is he absolutely incredible in court but his receptionist was amazing and he always answered our calls or if he was busy would get right back to us. Well my fiancé was looking at jail time, and long story short after the jury found him guilty Joe did his magic like he is known for and the next thing you know the Judge made it silent for a minute and then said "I'm not happy with the jury's decision so I am overturning it , and sir you are free to go." So Mr. St. Louis literally got my fiancé off of all charges and even after he was found guilty(which of course is like one in a million) but the point is this lawyer is literally the absolute best there is. Joe St. Louis is the exact definition of what the perfect lawyer is. Thank you again Mr. St. Louis.

I was recommended Joe St. Louis and his firm, from both an established attorney I knew in another state and my manager in Tucson, his firm written up as best firm in field year after year in local paper and magazines, so Not hard to find... Wasn't even sure wether to fight the charge or not at first or if would simply be a waste of money and time...? I was told it important no matter what to have someone represent me and see what they can do to possibly mitigate the best outcome... Truth is, thought no one would believe my story and actually how or why something happened in getting stopped in the first place... Had an officer new to his profession and putting it nicely, very over zealous !!! this in mind, who is going to believe me or even listen... Wasn't until original interview with a zoom call with one of the lawyers in the firm did I feel at all like I had any reason fight a government agency, that assumes guilt and paid to find you guilty.... This attorney, told me after and during the whole story - while asking complete honesty - that there are some possible mishandled issues here, a physical ailment that should of been observed and respected, and a reason for the stop in the first place, actually 5 things !!! Then he proceeded to tell me that the attorneys all have been busy, his docket full, but he will ask and maybe his boss could take the job, but has a confidence with anyone there, to reassure me. I waited a day or two knowing that maybe a thing to deal with or not just wait around for charges etc etc. which they came and after hired - even upped the charges !!!!???? which Joe becoming my attorney and remembered asking him - "did they raise the charge, because I hired you "
Well - this whole thing or time to fight something like this requires nerve and patience, on both the defendants part and the attorney - so should be aware of that, if ever in this predicament!! This firm behind the scenes does a lot of gathering interviews by all involved, so may or may not be used in trial or to further shape a defense along with video, audio, police reports, scene pictures and anything there that may be of use - lighting, area suitability and numerous things to do with that alone.. This all in mind allows a skilled firm to discover something that could be used in pre trial, and causing the case to be dismissed... Not so in mine or observed by the judge allowing any motions and we did have a few good plausible ones at that - they wanted me to hang - !!!! This is where you need balls and your attorney need huevos also - Now, especially if you think your getting railroaded, easier to do - build the best trial case possible with experts that may be able to substantiate and or witnesses to corroborate your story... A phone call or two, or three and then a meeting or three - making this plan and how to go about shaping this part of the defense another thing - different than what happened before as to not get to this point in the effort, but all the info, reports etc. the firm had gathered - becomes more than handy but allows for the defense you will need against what one may think impossible... You and your attorney will hope something happens during this, what may seem like a long awaited time, but allows for many things to possibly happen in a defendant's favor, some of which may be explained to you or may, learn, and this is where patience comes in !!! So - don't think time is a bad thing - like farming and or investing both, time is huge important... I think this applies here or so I have learned... I think being engaged and reading everything sent from the firm, and replying that received etc. a good thing, writing things down develop some notes as remembered and or to develop clarity so that another that may be a juror can understand, important ..
We had a couple, mistrials, one of which, outcome, was very favorable to me...

Getting charged with DUI is terrifying. It's scary, shameful and downright miserable to go through that. Hiring Joe St. Louis was, by far, the best decision I could have made. Joe and his staff (including his private investigator) put everything they had into my case. They were aggressive and consistent in their approach but what truly gave me peace of mind at a time one tends to lay awake at night thinking about the ramifications, was Joe's absolute knowledge of the law and what is right and wrong. After my first consult, I immediately knew I hired the right guy! What a feeling to know you have the guy who is the best of the best. Over the next several months, it was clear just how good Joe and his team really are. I was kept apprised at all times and Joe had the requisite resources to build a very strong case. Then it came to trial... I have never seen a lawyer, "out-lawyer" anyone like that. Joe was prepared, calm, and patient with the judge. He knows these judges and he conducts himself in a way that endears himself to the judge. Not Joe's first rodeo. He was awesome in front of the judge and absolutely killed it at trial for me. I had the right guy on my side and it led to a complete dismissal of my case. I would not recommend anyone but Joe St. Louis as THE attorney you must call if you find yourself in a similar situation. If you are researching attorneys before you sign a contract, count your lucky stars that you have found Rabb and Rabb. I had a very expensive, negative personal injury experience at another law firm, and the staff and attorneys at Rabb and Rabb helped me navigate the fallout from that; and they competently handled the UIM portion of my claim. I would ONLY use Rabb and Rabb in the future for any legal needs (God forbid). They are professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and capable. They went above and beyond to keep me from being taken (complete) advantage of by my former insurance company, (Connect/Ameriprise), and they courteously answered about a thousand of my questions on all aspects of my case. As a person living out of state, I needed a local attorney who would be helpful and responsive. Mr. Lazaro and his assistant Lori Gray are the best. When I first consulted with them I was nervous and scared, they are both kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Mr. Lazarow resolved an over $100,000 tax debt for me. I never had to interact with the IRS. I now have to pay the IRS only a little over $2000. His fees are reasonable, fair and manageable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having any tax issues!

We used S. Lazarow for some IRS debt. The whole process is a lengthy one but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Lori his go to person was very easy to work with and made the process easier. IRS debt is a stressfull situation and they were top notch at handling it and keeping us calm while going through it. If we ever need any services again, this will be the firm we use. They also helped us with a CPA recommendation that has worked out very well also.

I met with Tom about an existing revocable trust that I needed to update. He listened to what I what wanted to change and and asked questions about the reasons I wanted to update it and why I was making changes. He made suggestions about how to improve the trust and to make sure I understood things that have changed legally since the trust was originally set up. He was easy to work with. The changes were made relatively quickly.

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. I have already started recommending Dr. Anaise to other veterans and wish that I had found him a whole lot sooner!!!

Life is good, your career is prosperous, you’re loved by your kid, you’re grateful to life for a promising future, then you receive that appalling phone call. Someone is telling you that you’re being investigated by the police, falsely accused of the worst crime you can imagine, and that you must call a lawyer. And you’re advised to contact Attorney Rick Lougee.
That happened to me, it may be happening to you as you read this, and I was very fortunate to get Lougee’s name. I’m the living case-dismissed proof that hiring Rick Lougee is the right decision when your entire life is in jeopardy.
Always keep in mind Lougee’s principle: You never talk to the police. Throughout my case, sadly, I realized that the police’s investigation is sloppy, they’re lazy in finding facts, the prosecution is ideologically contaminated (e.g. #MeToo), and sometimes, like in my case, rigged.
Rick Lougee assembles an effective and unshakable investigative team for all his cases. For my case, they started working almost immediately. In a matter of a couple of weeks, they revealed the facts that would in time form the foundation for my innocence. They dug deeper than the prosecution during the discovery process, and they found a considerable number of facts and police reports that should have persuaded any police detective to take a closer look at what was going on in the accusers’ house in the first place. But remember, in today’s environment, if you’re accused, you are guilty until proven otherwise. Lougee was determined to demonstrate my full innocence and systematically rejected any proposal of a plea bargain from the prosecution. We agreed that we will go all the way for our battle at trial.
From my experience, Lougee operates using three strategies: He is brashly honest and clear with you about the difficulties of the case. He strategizes with a military mind, planning always under the worst scenarios. He puts extreme care to the detail of law’s fundamentals in his motions, executing the defense brilliantly and effectively in court. I was fortunate to see Rick fighting for me in court. I saw him delivering at least two Perry Mason moments for my case.
My case was complicated by the conundrums of the pandemic, which caused a long waiting process. The nature of my case involved false memories of abuse. Lougee undertook a careful and thoughtful search for the best expert witness from very prestigious academic institution. He covered all the corners of my case, never underestimated the prosecution, and never left my case to the odds. We were ready for trial.
In a fortunate change of events and new information, Lougee discovered a pattern in the police detectives in charge; they were secretly coaching the accusers to provide favorable evidence for the prosecution. And in a most disgraceful act, the police department destroyed all the evidence that we know existed. This triggered the dismissal of my case.
During all my predicament journey of my case, I felt confident that Rick would use all his experience and talents to destroy the prosecution’s case in order to save me from a terrible fate. My confidence was based on Rick’s experience. He has an extensive list of cases that demonstrate he never is afraid of how big the case or the prosecution is. He has been in David vs Goliath situations. He has historical cases featured in newspapers and magazines like The New Yorker, or you can find his cases in academic books on criminal law. I was falsely accused of two sexual felonies and was facing 17 to 39 years in prison. That amount of time would equate to life in prison for crimes I never commited. If you are reading this chances are you are in a difficult situation. When I was facing an investigation and up against the one sided juggernaut that an Army investigation is I didn’t know where to turn. I was facing 30 years in prison and my 19 year career was on the line. After talking to a few different civilian attorneys I found Lance.
