Dan was excellent at all the various parts of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I felt like he was 100% on my side by immediately stopping the creditors from harassing me and then negotiating some really sweet solutions with them. Our case began in 2022 and just closed in 2024. There were some very difficult moments but we are beyond thrilled to finally hear, that this case against us has been officially closed.
We are so grateful for J.C's expertise, kindness and willingness to take on our case. At the beginning of our case, he reached out to our home insurance, asking them to provide counsel before the deadline was up for a response.

She made the process of divorce so easy. Due to the nature of the case(Domestic violence and children involved) her experience really reassured me. I appreciated that she was always just an email away and if I needed to schedule some time to actually talk over the phone about something she was usually able to get me in fairly quickly. She didn't use legal jargon, instead she made sure to explain the process in a way I was able to understand. I would not have been able to go through this process alone and Esther was the best choice in representation. If she was unable to assist personally, someone from the firm was able to step in and make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Esther!

It's simple Scott is simply the best Criminal lawyer in Arizona you can get! He didnt only win my case, he saved my life . He was dedicated and had amazing communication throughout the whole case, not to mention hes just a truly nice guy. I have never been arrested or gone to jail before. I also have never been prosecuted before. So this whole process was the scariest thing i had ever been through. scott worked so hard for me and was always so patient the whole time. Everything i have ever asked him to do, look into, ask, type up, or follow up on he took care of immediately even though he still had so many other cases to deal with as well. The prosecutor was trying to put me in prison for 5-15 years on a first offense and scott fought it all the way with me for a year and a half and got me a NOT GUILTY verdict on 2 counts. If i could give scott a rating from 1 - 5 stars i give him 10!

I was appointed a public defender to represent me in criminal case in Bullhead City Arizona. Mr. Greene was very clear from the beginning of my case, what I was facing and the consequences if I was found guilty. I would take my papers from court and in a few days following court, I would get papers in the mail and an email making sure I received them. This was his practice and he never missed a beat. I was involved in a car crash where a guy with a 20ft trailer passed me on the shoulder of the one lane on-ramp shortly before entering the freeway. I was represented by an attorney who dropped the case when I was unwilling to accept a ridiculous settlement offer from the insurance company (Allstate). I called all of those injury / accident law offices which advertise constantly on the radio and billboards, the answer was always the same „Sorry, if it’s already in litigation, we are unable to take the case“
When I was about to give up and represent myself, I stumbled upon Eric’s phone number and I was surprised that I was able to talk to him directly, not through some „intake secretary“. He immediately told me that he would be happy to represent me but that he had an appointment on the day of the hearing which was scheduled a few days later. He called the court and was able to get another continuance, (the hearing had already been rescheduled several times).
The end of the story: We won the case. Eric was extremely well prepared and I was impressed how he presented the case. I don’t think that any attorney could have done a better job. The other party was represented by a mean former prosecutor who tried to blame me for the crash. I am not sure what the outcome would have been without Eric.

I was in the middle of a personal injury case that started heading south in late 2007. Mr Thomson guided me through the process necessary to substitute him as my counsel. His representation through a trial setting resulted in a defense counsel, representing my opponent, offering five times the settlement amount that was offered through prior counsel. He explained to me later that not all attorneys accept pi clients with his commitment to follow it through a trial setting. In my experience, his professionalism and courtesy toward me as with others involved was beyond exceptional. As client, my views were in part unrealistic and perhaps naive or ignorant are accurate descriptors. Anyway, he remained cool headed right down to the wire and set aside time for me along the way and afterwards to make sure I felt in the know. I think that you will agree his people skills and professional candor make him second to none. I mean that he won't waste your time and you will find his manner extraordinary.

Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.
Jim has been a straight shooter when it comes to a projected case outcome and finances. He returns the majority of phone calls within 24 hours. Thus he has truly earned “The Best Civil Attorney in Southeast Arizona”

Moved from another state with about 2 years under our belt for our hearing date and was disappointed to learn our original Attorney didn't handle cases in Tucson, only Phoenix. I was reffered To Meghan Miller and was bit nervous about the change but put my faith in my Lawyers referral. Everything went so smooth I was scared I would be in for a disappointing decision. My hearing date arrived and Meghan arrived early for the pre-hearing meeting, answering any questions and preparing me for what the Judge may ask. I went into my hearing feeling more comfortable but still uneasy. Meghan prepared a comprehensive brief I believe was responsible for the Judges immediate in hearing decision in my favor. Jacque Mingle beautifully carried through on multiple aspects of her training, as exemplified through her professional expertises: She was instrumental in overseeing the Guardianship Case on behalf of my ill, age-advanced mother (Alzheimer's), where concepts of elder law were at play, forefront and center. Because a contested, complicated Trust was involved, Jacque Mingle's Estate Planning background became invaluable. I would bet that Jacque Mingle has pretty much seen it all. (And she's so humble that, for the longest time, I thought that her specialty only allowed for her to handle Guardianship cases.) Later in the process, when I was erroneously, anonymously accused of elder abuse, much of it related to family dynamics and greed, Jacque Mingle stepped forward with patience and support, quietly leading the way to better days to come. My daughter was attacked by my son's ex-girlfriend. She knocked my less than 100 pound daughter to the ground and viciously attacked her and stomped on her face as she was being pulled off. TPD decided to paper arrest everyone involved, which created the need for an attorney. In the end, the incompetence of the TPD officer forced us to hire an attorney to protect our daughter against bogus charges. After meeting with Mr. Fullin and providing photographs along with a description of the events, he quickly had my daughter’s charges dismissed without the over-priced fees other law firms require. He was very professional, knew how to proceed quickly and is someone I would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Richard has handled 4-6 legal matters for me, one of a serious and protracted nature. Maricela handled my case very well. She expressed she cared and was always well prepared. I was extremely happy with the outcome of our court hearings and she pursued my requests despite our differences in opinion. I was delighted with the outcome of her approach and was motivated by her boldness in court. My ex-spouse seemed to back out of a continuance that was scheduled part due to Maricela's performance. He was quite adamant about having his way at the beginning, but later Maricela's persistence helped push him to come to an agreement. I was very well pleased with Maricela and how she presents herself before the Judge and how she uses good judgment in her approach. When our family was threatened with homelessness by heartless bureaucrats, as a judge she gave us a strong written decision that ended their persecution.
