My wife and I just needed to a reinstatement of our out dated trusted from another state. Former home and beneficiaries had changed. We went through two different law firms in Tucson before finding Beth. Our estate is simple all we needed was a couple changes ; home and beneficiaries. Firm 1. had us sign a ridiculous legal contract, charging us $3,800.00. Stung us along for over4 mos. in wasted meetings.Firm 2. Wouldn't even talk to us unless we signed a contract with a $250.00 retainer, and a cost of $3,200.
Beth took my phone call and free consultation meeting. She is very proficient, kind, and listens to you needs. Doesn't try to push you into something you don't need. Gives good advise of the law, and makes you understand it in laymen terms. Doesn't over fill your head with a bunch of " legal terms" that are totally confusing.

Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Dombrowski for her the time, effort and dedication to our case involving my wife’s accident. Our settlement totally changed our future. Never having experienced something like this before, we were lost as to what to do following the accident. My elderly father hired Atty. Newborn to resolve a breach of a verbal agreement between himself and his son where his son took a significant amount of money not owed to him after the sale of my fathers property.
Atty. Newborns assistant Isaiah researched case law due to the nature of this particular incident and along with other factors in this case helped my father *win* his case.
Atty. Newborn and the office personnel were always professional. Our calls were returned if we had questions and my father was kept current about case progression.
*The down side to this case, which has nothing to do with Atty. Newborn who did a fantastic job, is that my father will probably never recover his money because the COURT SYSTEM/LAWS do not protect the victim/plaintiff from defendants who liquidate assets to avoid liens or collection of payment and or disappear prior to the case being decided in court. How does a victim recover his stolen money from the unscrupulous defendant?
Something to think about if pursuing a defendant in a civil case where money is involved. These laws need to be changed to protect the victims.

My father had a trust with Kinghorn Law and after his passing, I became the Trustee. I retained Kevin's firm to do the Trust Administration and worked with Amber from their office.
Amber was able to resolve all of the issues dealing with Canadian investments, Treasury Direct, creditor notices and many other items. She is also creating beneficiary trusts for the survivors and taking care of all paperwork.
