Honest, relentless, resourceful. These are the first few adjectives that come to mind when thinking of James Lenihan.
Upon hearing about Mr. Lenihan from a trusted friend, my initial reaction was that he sounded passionate and compassionate. By the end of our first phone conversation, I was ecstatic to feel "heard" by someone who could actually help me.
Mr. Lenihan listened to me and immediately produced a logical, systematic course of action representing my best interests. This was a welcome surprise after months of dealing with closed doors, ineffective counsel, and zero results. As we continue to work together, I remain in awe of how fortune I am to have him representing me.
Having dealt with multiple law firms regarding a variety of issues over the past decade or so, my highest recommendation goes to Mr. Lenihan. This so called attorney should be disbarred!! I’m still suffering from a divorce, that this man handled. First, every time he appeared in court, he was late and unprepared. Second, he never depositioned my ex-wife. Every time I asked him, his answer was. I don’t know. Third, just before the trial, he left me, to go skiing in Italy and had another lawyer, who knew nothing about my case take care of it. The end result was.
