I had an elevator incident where I had to get surgery on my shoulder due to my injury. I contacted this firm office hired Mr.Shaw and Mr.Shaw didn’t file any paper work for a whole 10 months. Now my case was dismissed I didn’t get compensated for anything and might be liable on paying for my surgery since this firm did absolutely nothing for me! Horrible service I wouldn’t hire them if I were you!

I would like to inform you, that Todd Kulkin Law has done my legal work in the beginning and he completely neglected his duties by being unresponsive to my requests, failing to complete agreed upon tasks and, when he did complete tasks, made so many mistakes that it exposed my company and me to potentially significant tax, civil and criminal liability. Because of his mistakes, he forced me, at great embarrassment, to explain these issues to my investors. The Company has incurred $18,909 in legal, accounting, tax cleanup, filing and other fees to clean up the mess. We then agreed to a settlement, which he signed, but then breached.

A lawyer should be a person entrusted to advocate and bring justice to it's rightful owner. However, when that same lawyer decides to do whatever it takes in order to retrieve the goods his client "claims" to be his lawful right WITHOUT any further investigation of the matter and blindly following his client's lead not think of the other side and who is his client hurting with or without cause, then that lawyer needs to face consequences regardless of his connections or years of practice. This is what happened with my and this Firm represented by Warren Scott Gottlieb. He was hired by an entity who for years tried to collect money on a project that was aborted and client filed bankruptcy. And without any proper communication with us, he got a judgement against our company and sent it to the City Marshall who ended up serving our Banking Institution, which of course panicked and released the money without a question. VERY NASTY STYLE and BEYOND INHUMAN!! People work hard to earn money while others collect it sitting on their desks and hiring lawyers like the ones in this firm to go chase and get it for them without knowing ONE TENTH of the true story! What has this work come to - SMH - what a shame!

Ever since the deal closed i haven’t heard from him, and his office will not answer or return my calls. He withheld money until i shipped the keys, and even after i sent them, i have not received the money back. His office also has not sent me any closing documents which i need for taxes and other things. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. All of my calls and emails are being ignored. I don’t live in the state anymore so i can’t even go to the office to speak to anyone. So this is very frustrating.
