My grandfather passed away a couple of years ago. Half of my family ended up with the entire trust, leaving me and two other members with nothing. We contacted other lawyers initially that wouldn't take our case, but Mr. Santiago decided to take us on. After a couple of years of the other parties refusing to even acknowledge us, eventually Mr. Santiago was able to secure us a sizeable settlement. We're incredibly fortunate to have found him, and we're all now getting our fair share of the estate. Dan is a great family law attorney. Why? he's calm. Keeps it simple. Doesn't chase wild geese, and politely stops you if you want a wild goose chase. He's an excellent writer. I get impatient sometimes when he is re-writing things, but the end result is SO worth it. Wonderful guy, really cares. Will absolutely tell you to "dial it down" when these family law issues get you heated. Nicely.

Franklin was so incredible throughout this process. He was the first lawyer I interacted with when I walked into the Bloom Firm, and his kindness & empathy and understanding was the reason I chose the firm. I never once felt like it was about money for him, and I needed to feel that way. I was extremely vulnerable and untrusting (domestic violence case) but for some reason I felt able to trust him. I was involved in a serious car accident and the insurance company attempted to exclude part of my damages on a legal technicality. John and his staff zelaously protected my interests and the insurance company eventually accepted full liability on behalf of their insured. My settlement fully compensated me for my damages.

I don't know the details of your case, but I unfortunately have been in two massive litigation's, involving too many attorneys (on both sides), so feel I am "experienced." When CT, a BOP inspector launched some egregious allegations against us, we were in a tailspin. Lost, confused, and angry are just a few emotions to describe our ordeal.
We did not know who or where to turn to. It appeared we were guilty until proven innocent. We asked many colleagues for references and interviewed a handful of firms. We were fortunate to stumble upon Marcarian law firm. We knew we needed a fighter in our corner. Through this 3 year ordeal, his team ran us through the highs and lows of a legal proceeding. The more we aggregated the data, the more frustrated we became. The more we dug through the accusations, the more hope we had thanks to his team.
At the end of this ordeal was a bittersweet resolution. Not all BOP inspectors are quick to jump to conclusions. It is unfortunate that there is at least 1 and they will continue with minimal repercussions. It was a significant cost not just financially, but mentally and physically. However, with law firms like Marcarian law firm there is some hope for us to retain our dignity, reputation, and integrity in the healthcare profession.

I was a 31 year firefighter with VCFD. I had numerous on the job injuries, the worst were cumulative trauma to my back. Trying to use the county’s work comp system was most often slow, unpleasant and a waste of time. Thanks to Mr. Sherwin, I was able to get through the process and receive treatment. By the time I was reaching the end of my career, Mr. Wicke was able to deal with the county’s attorneys and bureaucratic nonsense. In the end, I received a deserved medical retirement.
Unfortunately, I still have unresolved medical issues. Mr Sherwin was able to again deal with the Sedgwick (workers comp) and get all my issues settled. In this way I never had to go through the county again and can seek my own treatment through my insurance. This process is much quicker. Days instead of months. There is no way in Ventura County to manage this process without this great team of lawyers.
